MOGADISHU -- Somalia's Al Qaeda linked Al Shabaab group has stoned an 18 year old teenage boy to death in secret execution for alleged rape in undisclosed vicinity in Lower Shabelle region of southern Somalia according to credible sources.
Al Shabaab judge was quoted as saying that Hassan Ali Ahmed, 18, was convicted of forcefully raping Fadumo Hassan Mohamud, 28 in area under the control of militants.
Not that we'll ever condone rape at the Burg but I'd like someone other than a Shaboob court doing the judging...
In late September, militants executed a woman for polyandry in the newly liberated coastal town of Barawe. Territories acquiesced to Al Shabaab rule have been witnessing mass executions.

If only he'd joined Al Shabaab, things would be very different...
KISMAYO -- Jubaland forces clashed with Al Shabaab fighters in Luglow area, 20 km north of the southern port city of Kismayo, capturing 11 militants in the self-defence attack overnight on Tuesday, Garowe Online reports.
Jubaland spokesman Abdinasir Serar Mah Wednesday told a news conference that Al Shabaab militiamen launched abortive raid on Jubaland army bases: "Our troops repelled an attack by [Al Shabaab], at least five militants were killed in gun battle and they fled with more than the wounded".
Mah furthermore stated that Jubaland forces inflicted heavy losses on Al Shabaab and seized 11 militants as prisoners.
On October 6, allied forces liberated Bulo Gadud which lies 30km north of Kismayo from Al Qaeda’s largest franchise in the horn. Jubaland troops alongside Kenyan-AMISOM forces have pressed ahead with surge on militant hideouts, making advances on the frontline.

[Iran Press TV] At least twelve people, including six coppers, have been maimed after an bomb went off outside the main gate of Cairo University in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
The bomb detonated near a faculty building across the street from the main university campus in the Nahda Square of Giza district on Wednesday.
The maimed have been transferred to hospital, and explosives experts have been dispatched to the scene to help diffuse other possible bombs planted in the area.
The injured coppers had been stationed outside Cairo University campus to quell student protests.
On Tuesday, a student protester succumbed to the wounds he had sustained during a crackdown by security forces in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria.
Omar Sherif had been in a critical condition since October 15, when he was shot during a university campus protest. The 19-year-old fell into a coma after being targeted with birdshot in the head and neck.
The Egyptian government has tightened security at twelve leading universities across the country, following a rise in anti-government protests at the start of the academic year.

[Libya Herald] Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... was gripped by disorder today as armed gangs seized four people and the unoccupied Egyptian embassy on the Corniche attacked and ransacked in an assault by at least ten weapon-mounted vehicles.
The kidnappings began in the morning when the local Red Islamic Thingy Secretary Nasser Mohammed Daou Al-Alwani was grabbed in his office in Shara Haiti. Witnesses claimed that he were tossed into the calaboose by security forces from Tajoura. In an immediate protest at the abduction, in which Red Islamic Thingy workers stopped work.
The most spectacular event of the day however has been the attack on and the looting of the Egyptian embassy. Witnesses said that at least ten "technicals" bearing the markings of Misratan and Suq Al-Juma militias stormed the building, smashing down the front gates and shooting their way through the front doors. There were later reports of firing within the elegant building which was formerly the home of the Libyan Crown Prince.
The attackers were still in the building late this evening. It is believed that the raid was in response to reports that Egypt has been giving more assistance to Libyan forces targeting Ansar al-Sharia ...a Salafist militia which claims it is not part of al-Qaeda, even though it works about the same and for the same ends. There are groups of the same name in Libyaand Yemen, with the Libyan versions currently most active. Tunisia's Shabaab al-Tawhid started out an Ansar al-Sharia and changed its name in early 2014. It still uses the old name now and then, probably because the stationery's not all used up and the web site hasn't expired yet... in Benghazi. Egypt, in concert with the United Arab Emirates, is assumed to have been behind air attacks on Libya Dawn ...aka Fajr Libya, the Islamist operation launched to counter that of General Khalifa Haftar (Operation Dignity). It is made up of the Libya Shield militia (Misrata and Moslem Brotherhood), Libya Revolutionaries Operations Room (Moslem Brotherhood), and Tripoli Brigade (close to Abdul Hakim Belhaj, head of Al-Watan party). [Libya Herald] Sporadic fighting has continued today in Obari between Tebus and Tuaregs, with local residents from both communities still fleeing to safety in nearby villages.
"The fighting is continuing. It is sporadic but sometimes intensifies without warning" Ahmed Younis, a Tebu resident in Obari told the Libya Herald in a phone call from Murzuk where he has taken refuge.
The Tuareg militia involved in the festivities were launching raids into the town from the Tendi Mountain to the west of it, firing mortars and grad missiles, he claimed.
It has been reported that the number of refugees from the fighting runs into several hundred, with Tuareg families being moved to Ghat, Tahala and Owainat and their maimed being taken to Brak as well as to Birgin, southwest of Obari on the road to Ghat. Tebus, living in the eastern part of the town are being moved to Murzuk where their maimed are receiving treatment.
Tebu and Tuareg members of the House of Representatives, Saleh Galama and Ibrahim Kranfouda, both condemned the bloodshed in Obari at a presser yesterday in Tobruk, urging the government to take immediate action to stop it.
In reality, there is almost nothing the government can do in the present situation.
Reports that Misratan forces had arrived in the town to bring an end to the fighting were premature, the Tebu source said. No outside forces had arrived, whether members of the Misratan Third Force based at Tamenhint airbase near Sebha or anyone else. However he believed that Misratans were planning to move. It had been reported by Sebha residents that some 80 armed vehicles had arrived at the airbase from Misrata and it was thought that they would be heading shortly to Obari.
Because of fears that they would support the Tuareg militia, additional Tebu forces were also moving to the town, the source claimed.
The fighting between Tebus and Tuaregs erupted last month when a pro-Libya Dawn ...aka Fajr Libya, the Islamist operation launched to counter that of General Khalifa Haftar (Operation Dignity). It is made up of the Libya Shield militia (Misrata and Moslem Brotherhood), Libya Revolutionaries Operations Room (Moslem Brotherhood), and Tripoli Brigade (close to Abdul Hakim Belhaj, head of Al-Watan party). Financing and moral support come from Turkey and Qatar... Tuareg militia tried to take control of a local petrol station from the Tebu militia guarding it. A peace deal mediated by elders from local towns as well as by Zintanis broke down last week.
In the past three days, "we received some seven dead bodies and 14 maimed from fighting in Obari," Murzuk hospital spokesperson Mohammed Whamer told the Libya Herald today. All were Tebus.
Figures for Tuareg injured and dead are unknown.
Whamer also said that the hospital was suffering from a lack of medical supplies.
In the town itself, electricity, telecommunications and life as a whole remain fully disrupted.

[Libya Herald] Pro-government forces have pushed Benghazi Revolutionaries' Shura Council (BRSC) from one of its most prominent Benghazi positions over the course of the seventh day of festivities in the city.
The Commander of Operation Dignity's Airforce, Adam Saqr Geroushi, told the Libya Herald the victory was "deeply symbolic" and "full of meaning". Ansar al-Sharia ...a Salafist militia which claims it is not part of al-Qaeda, even though it works about the same and for the same ends. 's control of the entrance to Guwarsha, a predominantly pro-Islamist area, was one of the most visible signs of BRSC power in Benghazi.
Elsewhere in the city, the violence which has plagued Benghazi for a week continued. Operation Dignity carried out Arclight airstrikes on an Ansar al-Sharia stronghold in the Masekin area where there has been heavy fighting in recent days. Further army reinforcements to bolster pro-government fighters also arrived in the east of Benghazi, Geroushi said.
In Fweiha,t fighting continued near the 17 February Brigade base that Operation Dignity claimed to have pacified on the first day that it reentered the city. Residents said tanks were deployed from 204 Tank Battalion during the festivities.
Senior military sources claimed they had enjugged Drop the gat, Rocky, or you're a dead 'un! 12 individuals related to the commander of the Brega Martyr's Brigade Mohammed Al-Araibi which is aligned with BRSC. The whereabouts of Araibi, also referred to as Bouka, is unknown. In September he was maimed in Benghazi after he was hit in the leg by shrapnel.
Residents in Benghazi have said, echoing claims made by Operation Dignity, that pro-government forces now control roughly 80 percent of Benghazi. The districts of Benina, Buatni, Fuwaiyhat, Majouri, Kish, Budheima, Sabri, Sidi Mansour and Al-Rajma just off Benina are said to be firmly in pro-government hands.
In the Hmeida district a jacket wallah detonated an bomb but managed to kill only himself, locals explained. Because of the fear of suicide bombers, there is now reportedly a shoot-to-kill policy at Benghazi checkpoints maintained by Operation Dignity and the army. Reliable sources have told this newspaper that the majority of recent suicide kabooms in the city were carried out by young men from Derna.
Because of the gains by pro-government forces, BRSC can now only reportedly move in and out of Benghazi through the port, resupplying in Derna. A source familiar with the town explained that "every single day a minimum of three bodies arrives in Derna." BRSC has never reported how many of its troops have been killed in festivities but it they generally retrieve their dead taking them for burial to nearby towns they control.

[Libya Herald] Following its declaration of allegiance to the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (or Daesh), Derna's Shoura Council of Islamic Youth (SCIY), part of the local Ansar al-Sharia ...a Salafist militia which claims it is not part of al-Qaeda, even though it works about the same and for the same ends. There are groups of the same name in Libyaand Yemen, with the Libyan versions currently most active. Tunisia's Shabaab al-Tawhid started out an Ansar al-Sharia and changed its name in early 2014. It still uses the old name now and then, probably because the stationery's not all used up and the web site hasn't expired yet... structure, has moved to formally institute an Islamic Court in the town.
A Yemeni, variously named as Abu Al-Bara Al-Azadi or Abu Taleb Al-Jazrawi, is now said to head the court, housed in the public legal aid building next to the King Idris library. His assistant is said to be from Algeria. Over the weekend, it handed down a sentence of public flogging for a group of young men found guilty of alcohol abuse. The punishment was carried out on Saturday in the courtyard of the town's old mosque.
In August, the SCIY carried out two public executions supposedly as a result of a Sharia court trial but illegal under Libyan law.
It is meanwhile reported that Jazrawi has met with education authorities in Derna to demand that they stop teaching foreign languages, physics, chemistry and biology. In August, a wall was built across one of the town's university campuses to segregate male and female students.
As part of the new Sharia legal system, illuminated Islamic State signs can now be seen around the town. One of the cop shoppes has a new sign up, reading "Islamic Police" in Arabic. Police vehicles too denote themselves as belonging to the Islamic Police.
There was an earlier move to set up an Islamic court in Derna. In May, SCIY took over the same building, formerly the Qadaffy regime's People's Committee offices, and announced it would be converted into an Islamic court. However, facts are stubborn; statistics are more pliable... a few days later the sign on the building to that effect disappeared and nothing happened. At the time, a local official told the Libya Herald that there were problems because there were no qualified Sharia court judges in the country. They would have to be brought in from outside the country, he said. That issue now seems to have been dealt with.

[Libya Herald] There is now increasing certainty that Mohammed Al-Zahawi, the leader of Ansar al-Sharia ...a Salafist militia which claims it is not part of al-Qaeda, even though it works about the same and for the same ends. There are groups of the same name in Libyaand Yemen, with the Libyan versions currently most active. Tunisia's Shabaab al-Tawhid started out an Ansar al-Sharia and changed its name in early 2014. It still uses the old name now and then, probably because the stationery's not all used up and the web site hasn't expired yet... in Libya, has died of wounds sustained in an air strike 11 days ago.
Reliable sources have told the Libya Herald that they believe that Zahawi died in hospital in Turkey last Thursday. After he was hit, he was initially taken to Ajdabiya for two days of treatment. He was then transferred to Misrata by ambulance and finally flown to Turkey where he died. It was originally thought that Zahawi had been taken to Sirte's Abin Sina Hospital.
Sources maintain that four days ago Zahawi's body was flown back to Misrata where he was buried. Heavy security was reportedly in place at the Ansar leader's funeral.
Zahawi had been the leader of Ansar al-Sharia since its inception in April 2012, initially as a predominately humanitarian organization. However, there's more than one way to skin a cat... he was also the figurehead of the organization as it started to employ brutal violence to achieve its aim of an Islamist state in Libya.
He was the leader of the group during the September 11 attack in 2012 on US diplomatic facilitates in Benghazi in which Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed. Ansar was heavily implicated in the incident and was subsequently condemned as a terrorist organization by the United States.
There was no official response from Ansar when rumours of Zahawi's death first began circulating. The group was equally tight-lipped when it was reported this June that he had been killed in fighting near Bouatni. It was left to officials at Jalaa Hospital to say that although he had been injured in the neck, he had not died.
Two days prior to sustaining the injuries that eventually killed him, Zahawi pledged in an online message that Ansar and its Islamist allies in the Benghazi Revolutionaries' Shoura Council (BRSC) would soon have the whole of Benghazi under their control.
The Ansar leader was born in 1968 and was ipmrisoned in Abu Saleem under the Qadaffy regime for his Islamist views. Before that he was a musician.

[ARABNEWS] Al-Qaeda murderous Moslems and Iranian catspaws have fought a bloody battle in central Yemen, tribal sources said on Wednesday, amid fears of worsening sectarian tension in the impoverished Arabian country.
Thirty Iranian catspaws and 18 Sunni fighters and their tribal allies were killed in the festivities, the tribal sources told Rooters. Shiite Houthi ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The Yemeni government has accused the Houthis of having ties to the Iranian government, which wouldn't suprise most of us. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to Americaâ¢, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews ... rebels seized control of the capital Sanaa on Sept. 21 and their forces have fanned out to Yemen's west and center since then.
Al-Qaeda in Yemen's Twitter page said it fought the rebels with light weapons and demolished their homes in the city of Radda in Al-Bayda province over the course of several hours on Tuesday -- an account confirmed by local rustics.
The statement did not mention any casualties on its side, which the tribal sources put at 18 among the murderous Moslems and tribal gunnies fighting along with the group. In a separate incident, Al-Qaeda grabbed credit for an attack on an army checkpoint elsewhere in Al-Bayda province which killed 5 soldiers, the fighters and security sources said.

A court in Saudi Arabia sentenced 27 people to prison for planning a series of attacks against US forces in Qatar and Kuwait, with more than half of the defendants charged on Wednesday with also trying to join forces with a group in Syria to smuggle fighters to Iraq, official media reports said.
First caning, then beheading...
The same court also sentenced on Tuesday two Saudi citizens to death and a third to 12 years in prison for taking part in violent protests in the eastern town of Al Awamiya.
The Al Qaeda-linked members on trial included 25 Saudis, a Qatari and an Afghan national. They were given varying sentences of between six months to 30 years in prison. The state news agency said the group planned to attack US troops in Qatar with grenades, rockets and mortar fire. The cell is comprised of 41 members, 38 of which are Saudi nationals. The remaining three are from Qatar, Afghanistan and Yemen.
Verdicts for 13 people were handed down late Tuesday and another 14 were sentenced on Wednesday.
The Specialised Criminal Court in Riyadh, created to try terrorism cases, found members of the group guilty of planning to send someone to Iraq for training on how to make car bombs to target foreign troops in Qatar and Kuwait. They were also found guilty of planning to carry out directives from Al Qaeda's branch in Iraq.
One of the group's alleged leaders, a Qatari national, received a 30-year prison sentence. Another alleged cell leader, a Saudi national, was sentenced to 25 years in prison, the SPA reported. The Afghani was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to be deported upon his release on charges he helped raise money for fighters in his home country.
In the case of the three Shia Saudi nationals, the Specialised Criminal Court said the men were guilty of chanting hostile slogans to destabilise the country, using violence during protests and helping provide cover for someone opening firing at police.

[Ynet] British police placed in durance vile Please don't kill me! a woman and a man on Wednesday on suspicion of terrorism offences related to the ongoing civil war in Syria, the latest arrests in recent weeks amid warnings of a growing threat from Islamist Death Eaters.
Officers from London's Counter Terrorism Command said they detained a 25-year-old woman in Bedfordshire, north of London, on suspicion of preparing terrorism acts, and she had been taken to a cop shoppe in the capital for questioning.
[FOXNEWS] A Canadian soldier was rubbed out and a suspect killed in a brazen attack on the Canadian Parliament complex in Ottawa Wednesday morning that left the nation's capital on lockdown just two days after a terror attack in Quebec, officials said.
The shooter was identified by Canadian authorities as Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, 32, Fox News confirmed. He was believed to be Canadian-born.No further details were immediately available.
The shots rang out just before 10 a.m., when a guard at the National War Monument was fatally shot. The gunman next ran into the Parliament Hill building, where one MP reported hearing as many as 30 shots fired and a sergeant at arms was later credited with shooting the suspect dead. In the following moments and hours, Royal Canadian Mounted Police converged on the scene, more shots were reported less than a mile away near a mall and officials told Ottawa residents to barricade themselves in their homes as they searched for more possible gunnies.
At a news conference hours later, authorities described a "dynamic" situation, and could not confirm whether more potential gunnies were on the lam, although they said no arrests had been made.
"We're still in the process of clearing Parliament Hill. It is a slow and methodical process," Ottawa police Chief Charles Bordeleau said.
The shooting at the government complex came after witnesses said they saw at least one man jump out of a Toyota Corolla and run toward the memorial and open fire on the soldier, who later died at Civic Hospital. Officials did not identify the guard pending notification of his family, but The Ottawa Sun said he was a member of Hamilton's Argylls of Canada ‐ 91st Canadian Highlanders who were on tour guarding the memorial.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the member and his loved ones," Bordeleau said.
After shooting the guard, the gunman ran to the Parliament building and unleashed a flurry of shots in the building, where witnesses later said they saw a suspect down near the library. Bernard Trottier, a Toronto-area MP, tweeted that the gunman inside Centre Block "has been shot and killed." The other was reportedly being sought.
Veteran Affairs Minister Julian Fantino told QMI Agency that Parliament's sergeant-at-arms, Kevin Vickers, shot one unidentified gunman dead.
"All the details are not in, but the sergeant-at-arms, a former Mountie, is the one that engaged the gunman, or one of them at least, and stopped this," Fantino said from inside Centre Block. "He did a great job and, from what I know, shot the gunman and he is now deceased."

How'd Zehaf get a gun? He was 'known' to authorities and guns are supposedly hard to get in Canada.
Good thing the Canadians allow their Sgts. at Arms to have bullets for their guns.

Total confusion in the Capitol also known as "Disneyland On The Rideau". Mounties and city cops running in all directions, hiding behind cars and around the corners of stone buildings, cop cars screeching hither and yon, newspeople flapping their gums over anything at all, everything possible locked down. Only problem with the situation is that the ONE SINGLE YAHOO was already getting cold and rigid lying dead on the stone floor.
Sgt-at-Arms of Parliament nailed him with a 9 mil pistol (certainly wouldn't be my choice of calibre) deep INSIDE the main Parliament building . . . as he is supposed to do in order to protect Parliament.
Total goat rodeo. RCMP looking for ways to pat themselves on the back for doing nothing, city cops hoping to get more attention, newspeople blathering endlessly on every supposed detail, nobody at all looking at why it really happened.
Muslims-as-victims whining has already started. Going to be a hot winter here in Canuckistan no matter what the weather.
[DAILYMAIL.CO.UK] A gunman rubbed out a Canadian soldier at the National War Memorial in Ottawa today before firing dozens of shots inside the Parliament in a terrifying attack that left the nation's capital on lockdown.
After fatally shooting Corporal Nathan Cirillo, 24, just before 10am on Wednesday, gunman Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, 32, opened fire inside the Parliament and was rubbed out by the House of Commons Sergeant-at-Arms.
The city's entire downtown area is under lockdown following the attack, which came just two days after a Canadian soldier was killed in Quebec by a man with jihadist sympathies.
Authorities initially said they believed 'two or three' gunnies were responsible for the attack, but at an afternoon presser, Chief of Police Charles Bordeleau would not confirm whether or not they are still searching for other shooters.
A front man for Prime Minister Stephen Harper said Harper was safe after being evacuated from Parliament Hill. He is expected to make a statement about the attacks later today.
He had been scheduled to give Pak activist Malala Yousafzai ...a Pashtun blogger and advocate for girls' education from Mingora, in Swat. She started blogging at age 11-12. She was 15 when a Talib boarded her school bus and shot her in the head in 2012. She was evacuated to a hospital in Britain and the Pak Taliban vowed to kill her and her father. Among other awards, she received the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize, which she deserved more than Barack Obama, Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, Yasser Arafat, or Rigoberta Menchu... , co-winner of this year's Nobel Peace Prize, her Canadian citizenship today.
The government said there is not yet any evidence that Zehaf-Bibeau has any ties to violent Islamic extremism but noted that it is still early in the investigation.
An Ottawa Citizen news hound inside the Parliament building, Jordan Press, wrote on Twitter that a suspect was '5'9-5'10, overweight & wearing a dark jacket'.
Witnesses also told the Citizen that they saw a man wearing an 'Arabic scarf' and carrying a long rifle, while others said the suspect looked South American.

The attack on Parliament Hill's Centre Block and the National War Memorial has left one Canadian soldier and one male suspect dead. Several hours later, Ottawa Police and RCMP officers were still searching Parliament Hill and officials declined to say whether the gunman acted alone.
Federal sources have identified the suspected shooter as Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, a man in his early 30s who was known to Canadian authorities.
Seems like he's not quite a "sudden" jihadi -- he's been simmering for a while.
Sources told The Globe and Mail that he was recently designated a "high-risk traveller" by the Canadian government and that his passport had been seized – the same circumstances surrounding the case of Martin Rouleau-Couture, the Quebecker who was shot Monday after running down two Canadian Forces soldiers with his car.
The soldier that was killed was identified as Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, according to his aunt. Cpl. Cirillo, who was a member of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, a regiment of Reserve Forces based in Hamilton, was training to join the Canada Border Services Agency, his aunt told The Globe and Mail.
"We're still in the process of an active operation right now. We're treating this very seriously with the RCMP in identifying and clearing Parliament Hill to render it safe," Ottawa Police Chief Charles Bordeleau told a mid-afternoon media briefing.
Buildings in Ottawa's downtown core remained under lockdown and police enforced a perimeter around Parliament Hill after the gunman fired on soldiers guarding Canada's main war memorial and gunfire rang through the halls of Centre Block.
Asked if the attack had caught police off guard, Gilles Michaud, commanding officer of the RCMP's national division, said: "I think that from our reaction, it caught us by surprise."
Still, he said "all available and necessary resources were activated and deployed immediately" and will remain in place as long as necessary.Â

He is charged with conspiracy in the shipping of thousands of pounds of cocaine and marijuana across the U.S.-Mexico border and with money-laundering.
U.S. officials hailed the arrest as a sign of cooperation between law enforcement agencies in the two countries.
Saenz-Tamez made an initial appearance in court Tuesday. He is being held in Beaumont. Prosecutors said they hoped to seize up to $100 million in assets he acquired during his alleged drug enterprises.
If convicted on all charges, he will face a maximum of life in prison.

[Iran Press TV] At least 37 people have been killed and dozens more injured as two separate boom-mobiles rock Iraq's capital Baghdad.
At least 27 people were killed and 37 others injured after a boom-mobilewent kaboom! near a service station in Baghdad's central district of Karrada on Wednesday.
A further 10 people were killed and 29 others maimed after the second boom-mobile went off across the street from a hospital in the Shia neighborhood of Sadr City.
According to local residents, the blast took place when a boom-mobile which was parked across from the hospital blew up.
Over the last two weeks, Baghdad has seen an increase of kabooms, for some of which the ISIL Takfiri ...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed... group has grabbed credit.
On Tuesday, a series of kabooms claimed the lives of at least 21 people in and around the Iraqi capital.
On Monday, three boom-mobiles went kaboom! simultaneously near government offices in the Shia holy city of Karbala, killing at least 16 people and injuring 40 others.
The overall security situation in Iraq has worsened over the past months after the ISIL Takfiri terrorists, of whom many are foreign holy warriors, took control of parts of Iraq's northern and western regions.
According to the United Nations ...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships... , over 1,110 people were killed in acts of violence across Iraq in September.
The ISIL turbans have been committing heinous crimes in the captured areas, including mass executions and beheading of people.

[Ynet] The Israeli Navy detained two Paleostinian fishing boats from the Gazoo Strip on Wednesday after the boats sailed beyond the allowed fishing zone.
Seven Paleostinians on board the boats refused Navy instructions to return to the beach, following which the IDF used rubber bullets to force them to return to the beach.
One of the Paleostinians was lightly maimed. The seven were taken for questioning.
[Ynet] Man lightly maimed after stones thrown at his car in East Jerusalem; Paleostinians riot, hurl stones at police, after deadly terror attack kills baby girl; police struggle to deal with 'quiet intifada'.
Violence rocked Jerusalem on Wednesday both before and after a deadly terror attack at a Light Rail station left a baby girl dead, with riots and stone throwing reported in East Jerusalem. The attack and riots have highlighter the police's struggle to deal with what some are calling a 'quiet intifada'.
A man was lightly maimed after Paleostinians pelted his car with stones near Beit Hanina in East Jerusalem. Damage was also caused to the vehicle, and police were searching the area for suspects.
Dozens of Paleostinians, some masked, rioted in Isawiya and Silwan in East Jerusalem, with some throwing stones at police, who attempted to subdue the riot. No injuries were reported but residents of the Mount Scopus area reported breathing issues as tear gas from the riots reached the area.
Meanwhile, ...back at the barn, Bossy's udder had begun to ache... scores of young religious Jews flocked to the scene of Wednesday's deadly terror attack and held a makeshift vigil for the baby girl who was killed in the attack. The youths waved Israeli flags and sang religious songs.
Throughout the day, both before and after the terror attack, stone throwing continued throughout the capital: In the early afternoon, a 13-year-old Paleostinian pelted a car in the a-Tur neighborhood of the city with stones, causing damage to the car. Earlier, five teens aged 15-16 were placed in durance vile ... anything you say can and will be used against you, whether you say it or not... for throwing stones on a central road in Jerusalem.
On Tuesday night, the police arrested three Paleostinian teens from Beit Hanina for their role in yet another stone throwing incident which took place that day.
Recent weeks have also seen a number incidents on the train: Just two weeks ago, the Jerusalem Light Rail came under a hail of stones in five separate attacks in a single evening. All of the incidents took place in the train's East Jerusalem stations, near Shuafat, highlighting the perils the rapid transit system faces in the Paleostinian parts of the city.
The recent two months have seen a rise in the number of attacks on the train, especially in the Paleostinian parts of the city. Those using the Light Rail for their daily commute say incidents in the Shuafat and Beit Hanina stations have become routine.
Police fight 'quiet intifada'
Only Wednesday morning, Israeli Police Chief Yohanan Danino said he believed the violence that has plagued the capital would calm down, highlighting fears the police could not handle what some are calling a "quiet intifada".
In recent days, security forces have attempted to better monitor the Shuafat neighborhood by launching a patrol blimp to view the area from the sky. In a video shot from the balloon Wednesday, police forces could be seen chasing two 10-year-old Paleostinian boys suspected of throwing rocks near the station.
The municipality says it plans to launch a number of other such balloons over other flashpoint areas in the capital.
Speaking after Wednesday's terror attack, Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat said that, "the situation in Jerusalem has become unbearable and we must act unequivocally to end all violence in the capital."
Barkat urged the police to take action, saying "today it is clearer than ever that police forces should enter the Arab neighborhoods where disorder is rife."

A few years ago you could see some cars in Israel with a slogan "Have Arabs, have terrorism". Outlawed by the Supreme Court, of course.
[Ynet] Abed a-Rahman a-Shaludi, 20, died of gunshot wounds after driving his car into a crowd of people at a Jerusalem train station; his family maintains that it was an accident.
The family of Abed a-Rahman a-Shaludi, who carried out the deadly attack in Jerusalem on Wednesday evening, vehemently deny that he deliberately drove his car into a crowd of people at a light rail station. But 20-year-old a-Shaludi, who died hours after the attack from police gunfire, had a history of violence against Jews.
According to Paleostinian reports, a-Shaludi was released from jail in December 2013 after serving a 16-month sentence. He was locked away ... anything you say can and will be used against you, whether you say it or not... again last February for a period of one month. He is also reportedly a close relative of the Muhi a-Din Sharif, aka "Engineer No. 2", a senior member of the Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, military wing who was killed near Ramallah in 1998.
The notice posted on websites affiliated with Hamas showed a-Shaludi alongside and five-year-old Einas Khalil, a Paleostinian girl who was run over and killed this week by a resident of the Yitzhar settlement in the West Bank town of Sinjil. The settler expeditiously departed at a goodly pace, saying he was afraid of being lynched. One website's Twitter account posted the picture with the hashtag #thirdintifada.
Later Wednesday evening, a Hamas-affiliated website reported that IDF troops had arrested the terrorist's 15-year-old brother, Izz al-Din a-Shaludi, in Silwad. A Hamas front man abroad, Husam Badran, was somewhat vague Wednesday afternoon, saying that if this was indeed a terrorist attack as claimed, then it was "a natural response to the crimes of Israel in Jerusalem, particularly in light of ongoing invasions of the al-Aqsa mosque."
Terrorism background
A-Shaludi had a history of security violations. When he was 18, he was indicted, along with his brother and his friends, for targeting the Jewish residents of Silwan in East Jerusalem, and for trying to prevent police cars from entering the neighborhood.
In May 2013, he was sentenced to 16 months in prison in a plea bargain, having pleaded guilty to, and been convicted of, throwing petrol bombs at Jewish cars and at a police vehicle, attempted arson, aggravated assault, attempted assault of a policeman and rioting.
A-Shaludi confessed and was convicted under the plea bargain to one of three charges, for an incident that occurred on Nakba Day: He and his friends made Molotov cocktails, which they divided among themselves and hurled. The two charges that were dropped referred to the throwing of Molotov cocktails at Jewish residents of Silwan.
In addition, he was arrested last March on suspicion of vehicular theft.
Nevertheless,
...and at this point, in the spirit of balance and fairness, the family of the dead miscreant is allowed to vent their spleen that those Jooos jumped to the assumption that their beloved good boy would have tried his damnedest to kill Jooos with his car out of sheer meanness.
[NY Times] A Paleostinian driver plowed his car into a group of people waiting at a light rail station in northern Jerusalem on Wednesday, the police said, killing an Israeli baby and injuring eight other people. The driver was shot and seriously injured by coppers as he tried to flee, according to the police, in an episode that added to the escalating tensions in the city.
A front man for the police, Micky Rosenfeld, said the event was being treated as a suspected terrorist attack, with a strong possibility that the driver had deliberately run people over. Footage from a traffic camera aired on Israeli television showed the car swerving off the main road and driving fast in the direction of the rail station.
The Maan Paleostinian news agency identified the driver as Abd al-Rahman Al-Shaloudy, 20. Mr. Rosenfeld said the driver had previously served time in an Israeli prison.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel ordered a reinforcement of security forces in Jerusalem and, in a statement, accused President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas ... a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial... of the Paleostinian Authority of inciting violence against Jews in Jerusalem. In a speech over the weekend, Mr. Abbas called on Paleostinians to defend the Al Aksa Mosque by all means after a series of violent confrontations between Moslem worshipers and the police in the mosque compound, Islam's third-holiest site.

[ARABNEWS] Attackers on Egypt's Sinai peninsula opened fire on Israeli soldiers across the border on Wednesday, wounding two, the Israeli military said.
Militants are active in the peninsula, which borders southern Israel, though assaults across the fenced frontier are rare.
The attackers fired guns and an anti-tank missile at the Israelis, the military said in a statement.
"Two soldiers were maimed by fire directed at them from Egypt," it added, without identifying the attackers.
Egyptian security sources said Egyptian forces later clashed with several gunnies who had likely attacked the Israeli border patrol. No casualties were reported in the confrontation, and there was no immediate comment from the Egyptian military.
Security concerns and an influx of tens of thousands of African migrants prompted Israel to erect the fence, a 250 km long barrier that runs from the Red Sea port of Eilat to the Paleostinian Gazoo Strip on the Mediterranean. It was completed in 2012. Earlier that year, attacks by bandidosmurderous Moslems operating from Sinai killed an Israeli soldier and a civilian who was working on the frontier fence.
Egyptian Interior Ministry spokesperson said the shooting incident at the border in which two IDF soldiers were maimed occurred after Egyptian security forces thwarted a smuggling attempt, reported Paleostinian news agency Maan.
According to the report, a confrontation evolved with a group of gunnies which led to the crossfire that injured the Israeli soldiers.
The spokesperson added that the fire exchange lasted several minutes and afterward the gunnies managed to escape.
And the usual suspects claim responsibility, legitimate or not:
Security sources in Egypt told an Egyptian news outlet Wednesday that the Salafist, al-Qaeda linked group Ansar Bait al-Maqdis has grabbed credit for an attack on IDF troops on the Egypt-Israel border.
Two soldiers were maimed when snuffies fired an anti-tank missile at a patrol on Israeli side of the border.

A baby was killed and eight people were injured when a car slammed into pedestrians at a Jerusalem light railway stop on Wednesday, emergency services said, in what police described as a "terrorist attack".
The driver, whom police identified as Palestinian Adbel Rahman Shaloudi, 21, was shot by police as he tried to flee the scene on foot and was in serious condition in hospital, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said, adding he was a resident of Arab East Jerusalem. Video footage aired on Israeli media showed Shaloudi lying on the ground and a plain clothes officer pointing a pistol at him.
Two of the injured pedestrians were in serious condition, police said.
"We can confirm that this was a terrorist attack. The driver ... is a resident of Silwan and has a terrorist background. He has served time in jail for terror activity," Rosenfeld said.
The car was owned by Shaloudi's father, police added. After nightfall, Silwan residents clashed with police, who responded to rocks and petrol bombs with stun grenades.
Far kinder than I would have been. I'd fired up the D9 and taken out a few blocks of Silwan, and tossed the residents across the fence at the Golan into Syria. Let them enjoy the waters in Damascus...
Footage of the incident showed the car veer to the right from the traffic lane and hurtle at speed into a light railway platform, hitting pedestrians before coming to a halt apparently after flattening a signpost.
The incident took place along a main north-south route leading into the centre of Jerusalem, close to the national police headquarters and one of the city's main hospitals at Mount Scopus.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu blamed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and the Hamas movement, with whom he has forged a unity government deal, for the attack. He also ordered police to heighten their presence in Jerusalem.
Repeated damage caused by Palestinians to the Jerusalem light railway, which links Arab and Jewish neighbourhoods and was once hailed by Israeli authorities as a symbol of coexistence, has put a third of its carriages out of commission.

A combined army and police force on Tuesday arrested an ordnance expert wanted for a series of deadly bombings in Central Mindanao in recent years. Suspect Abi Salman, also known as Sauman Usman, is known to have links with the Jemaah Islamiyah.
Salman, who has a P1.3-million bounty on his head, was cornered at his hideout in Mamasapano in the second district of Maguindanao. Salman at first yielded peacefully when he saw that his house had been surrounded by uniformed policemen and soldiers, but was shot in the leg by one of the operatives that arrested him for trying to escape.
Local officials said Salman is a close relative of wanted bomber Basit Usman, who was said to have undergone training in handling and fabrication of improvised explosives in Peshawar, Pakistan and in Kandahar, Afghanistan in the early 1990's.

18??? EIGHTEEN???
Geez, if you are going to stop ISIS with air assets, the number of strikes should be 118 or 1118 not 18, that's not very impressive or very "Resolved".
Yes. The hard boys. The ones who have been fighting the Syrians and the anti-Syrian rivals for three years.
They're using the dross, the wannabes. They got plenty to of them to throw at the Kurds. Wear the Kurds down. Tie or use up assets that could be used elsewhere.
Lemme know when you start seeing reports of dead Iraqi, Syrian or Chechen IS

Many times when a skirmish starts, the Kurds will withdraw and allow ISIS to take the objective, only to call in an airstrike to destroy ISIS when they occupy an objective.
[Iran Press TV] The Syrian government has admitted that the ISIL Takfiri ...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed... murderous Moslems have conducted flights by three captured planes belonging to the Syrian army.
Syrian Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi said the country's forces managed to shoot down two of the three after they made trial flights over the northwestern city of Aleppo on Tuesday.
"Regarding... that bully boyz control three jets in al- Jarrah military air base in Aleppo, there are three old aircraft that the bully boyz were testing so the Syrian Arab Army immediately destroyed two of them on the runway as they were landing," Zoubi said.
He noted that the Syrian government is not worried about the third plane as it "cannot be used" by the myrmidons.
The information minister added that the plane might be a pretext for the Turkish government to work for the imposition of a no-fly zone over Syria.
The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Friday that the ISIL was preparing pilots trained under former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein for future Arclight airstrikes against Syria.
Reports by Syrian opposition media said that the murderous Moslems targeted two MiG 23 fighter jets in Aleppo's Neirab military airbase.
Meanwhile, ...back at the game, the Babe headed for second base. He almost made it. Then Sheila slapped him.... Syrian army forces continued making advances against Takfiris in the south by launching a vast operation against murderous Moslems of the al-Nusra ...the current nom de guerre of al-Qaeda in the Levant, which isn't to be confused with al-Qaeda in Iraq and the Levant... During WW2 many of the German jets were taken out that way. Low, slow and throttled back (older jet engines especially can't be slammed to full throttle without stalling the engine). Sitting duck mode. Prop planes could take them out in that situation.
[ARABNEWS] Kurdish fighters defending Syria's border town of Kobani held out against the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group Wednesday, anxious for relief as Iraq's Kurdish parliament was set to vote on sending reinforcements.
Backed by air strikes from a US-led coalition, the Kurds have been defending the town on the Turkish border against a fierce IS offensive for more than a month.
After initially losing ground to the jihadists the Kurds have fought back hard, with the US military saying Tuesday they had halted the IS advance and remained in control of most of Kobani.
They were given a boost this week by the first US air drop of weapons and other supplies, though one of the parachuted crates was reported to have fallen into IS hands.
Now local Kurds say they need reinforcements, after Turkey announced Monday it would allow Kurdish fighters from Iraq to travel to the town, which has become a crucial symbolic battleground in the fight against IS.
A senior politician in Iraq's Kurdish regional parliament told AFP it would vote later Wednesday on deploying its peshmerga forces to the battle for Kobani.
"Today, the Kurdistan parliament will hold a session... to give the authorization and allow the president of the region to move forces to the town of Kobani" in Syria, Omid Khoshnaw, the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's parliamentary bloc, told AFP.
Kurdish forces have played a leading role in northern Iraq in combatting IS, which has seized large parts of the country and neighboring Syria, declaring an Islamic "caliphate" in areas under its control.

Bet that senior politician is concerned that sending reinforcements would leave Kurdistan open to attack from Iraqi Shiite militias, maybe with help from their Turkish friends.
