[WASHINGTONPOST] The FBI's probe into the security of Hillary Rodham Clinton ... sometimes described as America's Blond Eminence and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Edmund Randolph ... 's e-mail has expanded to include a second private technology company, which said Tuesday it plans to provide the law enforcement agency with data it preserved from Clinton's account.
The additional data, provided by Connecticut-based Datto Inc., could open a new avenue for Sherlocks interested in recovering e-mails deleted by the former secretary of state -- now the Democratic presidential front-runner -- that have caught the interest of GOP politicians.
Datto's work on the Clinton e-mail system became public Tuesday when the Republican chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee sent the company a lengthy letter seeking information about the role it and other firms played in managing the Clinton e-mail system. A 'cover firm' contract within a 'cover firm' contract. Who could have orchestrated such a scheme ?
Datto was hired to provide backups for the Clinton e-mail accounts starting in May 2013 by Platte River Networks, the Colorado-based tech firm hired earlier that year by the Clinton family to manage the system after Hillary Clinton ... sometimes described as The Heroine of Tuzla and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Henry L. Stimson ... concluded her term as secretary.
The FBI has been investigating whether classified information may have been improperly stored and transmitted through Clinton's private server.

You use your government email to do government business because:
1. It is behind the government firewall
2. Retention laws get obeyed
You use your own e-mail when you are doing shady sh*t.

[BREITBART] Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) says that the House of Representatives will impeach IRS ...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies... Commissioner John Koskinen this session.
"It is something that has to be done," the Washington Examiner reports Jordan, chair of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, told members of the Young Americans Foundation. "If we don't hold some people accountable in the executive branch for the executive overreach we've seen in [the Obama] administration, then they'll never get the message."
Three months ago Jordan, chairman of the Subcommittee on Health Care, Benefits and Administrative Rules of the House Oversight and Government Operations Committee, was only willing to say that the House "should consider impeaching" Koskinen.
Two months ago, in July, Jordan said the House should impeach Koskinen if President B.O. doesn't fire him.
With the resignation of Speaker Boehner, Jordan has changed verbs.
Now, instead of calling for the House to "consider impeaching" Koskinen, he is saying it "will impeach" Koskinen.

I will note that, for the second year in a row, IRS officials will not be attending our year-end tax seminar. There is one guy that is a panelist (former IRS guy) who is a huge apologist for these guys. Last year I shot this assclown the dirtiest look possible when he chalked up the targeting to a 'mistake'. Let's just say I'm going after him this year. Details next month.

If after 8 years of this scum administration, Congress only has one thing to show for it, It will not be enough, but if you can do this, it is a Bey Bey step.
Ohh, if we could get something, anything to correct DC
But to no avail.......................
Please don't add rows of periods to indicate your strong feeling, dear newc. You temporarily broke the Burg until I deleted most of them.
[NYT] WASHINGTON -- Representative Kevin McCarthy on Thursday abruptly took himself out of the race to succeed John A. Boehner as House speaker, apparently undone by the same forces that drove Mr. Boehner to resign.
Mr. McCarthy's candidacy was damaged when he suggested in an interview on Fox News last week that the House committee investigating Benghazi had the political aim of damaging Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign. He acknowledged that his remarks about Benghazi had factored into his decision.
Like most politicians, Mr. McCarthy knows how to count. In this case he couldn't get to 218 so he folded. I do wonder how close he was...
[Breitbart] On Monday, the Obama administration announced that President Obama would veto a defense authorization bill if it did not close down Guantanamo Bay. White House press secretary Josh Earnest explained that the House funding bill would be vetoed "principally because...of the irresponsible way that it funds our national defense priorities, but also because of the efforts to prevent the closure [of] the prison at Guantanamo Bay." He added that Democrats would sustain Obama's veto, and defense authorization would die.
Obama's strong stand on Gitmo underscores two vital points. First, President Obama does not fear defunding America's national security. Second, Obama does not fear Republicans in Congress.
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has been authorized for five decades running. The current NDAA fully funds the military through a workaround measure, thanks to President Obama's demands that a huge chunk of sequestration cuts come from defense funding. Now Democrats complain that the workaround measure isn't good enough: Republicans should bust open the bank again.
But that's not Obama's main criticism of the NDAA. He has long had a bug in his ear with regard to Gitmo, which he feels has strengthened terrorists' feelings about the evils of the United States. Given his recent moves to parlay with the Cuban dictatorship as well, Obama may want to hand Gitmo in totality back to the Cuban government. The fact that Obama would be willing to dramatically cut America's military funding, even as Russia takes over Ukraine and Syria, as Iran gears up for a big regional military push, as China continues its aggressive behavior in the South China Sea, demonstrates Obama's top priority is doing leftist work, not protecting the United States.

There can be no GITMO 'hand-over' and ribbon cutting ceremony without releasing the current occupants. We have extensive renovations and runway extensions left to do and we are months behind schedule already.
Vlad is getting quite anxious about his new military base.

Obama may want to hand Gitmo in totality back to the Cuban government. and here we get to the real nut.
Our CIC wants to totally destroy any impediment to the spread of OWG Socialism and supporting Cuba by handing over Gitmo is a large statement in that direction.

Like the Paleos, the Trunks always pass up an opportunity when given them. Pawns yes, but what better 'poster child' to have than the troops going without pay food , etc to be laid at O's desk. Trump is the guy who knows how to and could exploit this opportunity to scare the Donks in Congress. The rest are too afraid because they don't want to play that game.
