Thus the rationale for 'traffic stop' invasive body searches. Critters like this create the environment that the snowflakes decry but then never hold such perps severely responsible (as in punish). So cops and departments get sued, not the perps.

I would not do that to any good firearm. It is a travesty. The article didn't say whether or not Castanada and Garcia were illegals. If they were, they will probably be a part of the Fed's "catch and release" program.

[DAWN] The parents of a girl who reported being inappropriately touched by a man, later identified as a Pak citizen, while flying alone from New York to Iowa have sued the man and American Airlines, saying the airline failed to protect the girl.
Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, 57, was incarcerated Please don't kill me! after the July flight on charges including engaging in sexual contact with a victim between the ages of 12 and 16. The Pak citizen, who has denied the accusations, has since been released on bond.
The lawsuit alleges that Chaudhry moved to an empty seat beside the girl. The girl texted her mother, who had just arrived at work in Iowa, saying she was woken up by a man inappropriately touching her with his foot and later his hand.
"I can't move cause the seat belt sign is on and I want to get away," the girl said in texts turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), according to the lawsuit. She began another text, "Mommy, I'm scared...," and said a man tried to touch her genitals. The family's attorney, Brett Beatty, said the mother was so stunned by the texts that she fainted.
When Chaudhry left the seat to use the restroom, the girl alerted a flight attendant, who moved her to a vacant first-class seat. The airline reported the girl's complaint to authorities, and an FBI agent met Chaudhry when the flight, the first leg of her trip, landed in reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ... home of Al Capone, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel,... .
"American cares deeply about our young passengers and is committed to providing a safe travel experience for them," front man Josh Freed said in a statement Friday, a day after the lawsuit was filed in federal court in Des Moines. "We take these matters very seriously and have cooperated fully and immediately with law enforcement's investigation of the suspect."
Chaudhry denied touching the girl, according to the FBI. The girl gave the investigating agent a cellphone photo she had taken with Chaudhry's leg across her lap, the agent said, according to the documents filed by the agent in Chaudhry's criminal case.
Chaudhry told the FBI he was in the US on vacation and to visit family in Oklahoma. He was released on bond after relatives helped pay his $100,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday in Chicago.
"I'm not allowed to talk. My friend will talk to you later," Chaudhry said when reached by phone Monday by The News Agency that Dare Not be Named.

[THESMOKINGGUN] In a bid to "exact Dire Revenge" on a high school student, a Florida teenager broke into his rival's car and planted a loaded gun, a knife, and a bag of marijuana and then instructed an acquaintance to contact police to report spotting the items in the vehicle, according to court records.
The alleged plot to frame the student backfired after a witness told cops that they had spotted James Harrison, 18, breaking into the victim's 1988 Honda while it was parked Tuesday in a lot at Clearwater High School.
As detailed in a series of criminal complaints, Harrison placed a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver, a knife, and a "52 gram bag of marijuana" inside the Honda around 9:30 AM on August 31. The gun, cops noted, had its serial number ground off.
Harrison then "directed another person to contact the school resource officer and Crimestoppers to report it," according to Sherlocks. "The goal was to have the vehicle's driver...tossed in the calaboose Drop the gat, Rocky, or you're a dead 'un! for serious offenses and removed from the school to exact Dire Revenge."
The complaints do not reveal why Harrison allegedly sought to "exact Dire Revenge" against the victim, whose name was redacted from Clearwater Police Department reports.
In a videotaped police interview, Harrison--who is seen in the above and below photos--reportedly confessed to trying to frame the student.
The 6' 5", 300-pound Harrison, who graduated from Clearwater High School three months ago, has been charged with four felonies stemming from the bizarre scheme. The teenager spent two days in jail before being released Saturday on $55,000 bond.
Harrison's Twitter and Instagram pages are filled with photos of guns, jewelry, and stacks of cash, along with references to the consumption of Hennessy cognac, Xanax pills, and "lean."

[Dhaka Tribune] In a tragic incident, a Russian teenager has died after playing an online computer game for 22 days straight.
The 17-year-old boy identified as Rustam, who had broken his leg and was bored, saw his character die on screen before he passed away at his home.
The tragic death happened in the town of Uchaly in southern Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan.

Investigators stated that the addicted gamer spent more than 2,000 hours playing the game in the last year-and-a-half.
It is a schedule which works out at around six-and-a-half hours a day, culminating in the intensive almost non-stop sessions over 22 days leading to his death.
"In the last 22 days it is suspected he played the game almost all the time, stopping only to take a nap and grab a snack. Since August 8 he had a broken leg and has spent all his time at home playing computer games," Svetlana Abramova, a police spokeswoman, was quoted as saying.

I worked it out to about just under four hours (3.65) per day average. That's a lot of gaming, but not excessive, IMO.

[DAWN] The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed federal and provincial governments to adopt Urdu as official language in the country.
Announcing the verdict on petition filed by Advocate Kokab Iqbal, pertaining to promotion and implementation of Urdu language, a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Jawwad S Khawaja directed the government to fulfill its constitutional obligation.
"In the governance of the federation and the provinces there is hardly any necessity for the use of the colonial language which cannot be understood by the public on the lam."
Even for many civil servants and public officials, who may have received education in English, this language would in most cases, not be the language most used by them, read the SC's verdict
It went on to read that "many officials are therefore forced to spend time on attempting to initiate and take decisions in a language which they are not entirely comfortable with".
