[Real Clear Politics - 2 July 2015] On FOX Business News this morning, FOX News chief legal correspondent Judge Andrew Napolitano told FBN host Charles Payne a "conspiracy existed" among President Obama, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Treasury Department and various Congressional leaders to have arms sent to rebels in Syria and Libya. Napolitano came to the conclusion after going through several hundred pages of documents with FOX News' intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge.
"A conspiracy existed between the president, and Mrs. Clinton, and Congressional leaders from both parties in both Houses others in the State Department, the Treasury Department and the Justice Department to get arms shipped to rebels in Syria and in Libya," Napolitano said.
"Some of those rebels are members of organizations that are on the terror list and providing them with material assistance is a felony," Napolitano explained. "So the arms dealers applied for and received permission from State and Treasury lawfully to sell arms to the government of Qatar and they lawfully did so."
Qatar then sold, delivered, bartered or gave these arms to the terrorist organizations with the knowledge and consent of Hillary Rodham Clinton when she was Secretary of State. As you listen to the short video discussion between Napolitano and Payne, pay particularly close attention to the closing question and answer; "Panye: Personal gains to any Americans involved? Napolitano: Yes, yes, a former congressman and his wife."
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan Ulemas have opposed with the invitation of the Pak Ulema (Clerics) Council Chief Maulana Tahir Ashrafi to Kabul ...the capital of Afghanistan. Home to continuous fighting from 1992 to 1996 between the forces of would-be strongman and Pak ISI/Jamaat-e-Islami sock puppet Gulbuddin Hekmayar and the Northern Alliance, a period which won Hek the title Most Evil Man in the World and didn't do much for the reputations of the Northern Alliance guys either.... to participate in religious summit which is expected to be organized in capital Kabul.
A letter sent by the Ulema Council to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, states that the decision was taken during a meeting of the Ulema Council on Wednesday.
The Ulema Council cited character weakness of the Maulana Ashrafi as the main reason to stop him from participating in the upcoming summit.
The letter sent to Ministry of Foreign Affairs was apparently gesturing towards Maulana Ashrafi's endorsement of Jihad in Afghanistan.
In a controverial statement earlier in 2013, Maulana Ashrafi said suicide kaboom in Afghanistan, Paleostine and Kashmire is permitted, while boycotting the Kabul-Islamabad religious scholars conference due to Afghanistan's opposition to allow Taliban representatives in the summit.
His remarks sparked widespread objections by the Afghan people and the former President Hamid Maybe I'll join the Taliban Karzai ... A former Baltimore restaurateur, now 12th and current President of Afghanistan, displacing the legitimate president Rabbani in December 2004. He was installed as the dominant political figure after the removal of the Taliban regime in late 2001 in a vain attempt to put a Pashtun face on the successor state to the Taliban. After the 2004 presidential election, he was declared president regardless of what the actual vote count was. He won a second, even more dubious, five-year-term after the 2009 presidential election. His grip on reality has been slipping steadily since around 2007, probably from heavy drug use... who said "Apparently those who are encouraging and supporting terrorism and kill ordinary Afghan people including men and children should be added to the blacklist. This is a violation of the human dignity to kill women and kiddies."
This comes as comes relations between Kabul and Islamabad have been at all-time low following a series of deadly attacks in capital Kabul and other parts of the country recently with Afghan holy mans suggesting Maulana Ashrafi's invitation would not be appropriate at such time.
The Afghan officials slammed Pakistain's role in curbing the Lion of Islam groups activities in Pakistain saying that the terrorist network's including the Taliban and the notorious Haqqani Network are actively operating in Pak soil and plot and coordinate attacks in Afghanistan.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... 's top holy man hit out at Iranian film "Muhammad" on Wednesday describing its portrayal of the prophet's childhood as a "hostile act" and a "distortion" of Islam.
Iran's most expensive movie, which opened nationwide in the Shiite Islamic republic last week, depicts the prophet on screen, an act that is prohibited in Sunni Islam.
"This is an obscene work... It is a distortion of Islam," Saudi Arabia's Grand Mufti Abdulaziz al-Sheikh told Al-Hayat newspaper. "It is a hostile act against Islam.
"This is a mockery of the prophet and a degradation of his status," he said.
Shiite Iran and Sunni Saudi Arabia, the birthplace of Islam and home to its two holiest sites, are regional rivals and frequently accuse each other of seeking to destabilize the Middle East.
The Mecca-based Moslem World League also condemned the movie, insisting that portraying the prophet is prohibited.
The league's secretary general Abdullah al-Turki urged Tehran to "suspend and prevent the screening of the movie" and called on Moslems to boycott it.
While Iran has denounced cartoons of the prophet like those published by French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo ...A lefty French satirical magazine, home of what may well be the majority if the active testicles left in Europe... , Shiites are generally more relaxed than Sunnis about depiction of religious figures.
Directed by Majid Majidi, the visually stunning 171-minute film cost around $40 million (36 million euros), partly funded by the state, and took more than seven years to complete.
Majidi says the aim of his work, the first part of a trilogy, is to reclaim the rightful image of Islam, which he said Death Eaters have distorted.

[ALMANAR.LB] South Korea on Wednesday accused North Korea of flying a suspected spy drone across the border during talks last week aimed at ending a military standoff that had pushed the neighbors to the brink of an armed clash.
A radar detected the flight of a suspected unmanned aerial vehicle first on August 22 in the demilitarized zone (DMZ), which bisects the Korean peninsula, Seoul's joint chiefs of staff (JCS) said.
"It has been seen flying close to the southern perimeter of the DMZ several times, but we failed to intercept it," a JCS front man told AFP.
The suspected flights took place after the two Koreas began high-level marathon talks to de-escalate tensions, which had flared after a mine planted on the border maimed two South Korean soldiers.
Under a deal struck last week, Seoul switched off loudspeakers blasting propaganda messages into the North after Pyongyang expressed regret over the mine blast.
The drone flights were believed to be aimed at monitoring South Korea's military posture along the border as the two rivals remained on high military alert, Yonhap news agency said.
The intrusion sparked an anti-aircraft warning and prompted South Korea to send an attack helicopter and an fighter jet to track down the drone, without success, it said.

[ALMANAR.LB] French judges investigating accusations that Paleostinian leader Yasser Arafat was murdered have closed the case without bringing any charges, a prosecutor said Wednesday.
"At the end of the investigation... it has not been demonstrated that Mr Yasser Arafat was murdered by polonium-210 poisoning," the three judges ruled, according to a statement from the prosecutor from the court in Nanterre near Gay Paree told AFP.
Arafat died in Percy military hospital near Gay Paree aged 75 in November 2004 after developing stomach pains while at his headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
His widow Suha has maintained he was poisoned, possibly by highly radioactive polonium.
But the judges ruled there was "not sufficient evidence of an intervention by a third party who could have attempted to take his life," the prosecutor said.
Suha's lawyer, Francis Szpiner, also announced the judges' decision on Twitter.
She filed the murder case in 2012 at the Nanterre court. The same year, Arafat's tomb in Ramallah was opened for a few hours to allow three teams of French, Swiss and Russian Sherlocks to collect around 60 samples.
Three French judges concluded their investigations in April and sent their findings to the Nanterre prosecutor, who recommended in July that the case be dropped.
A center in the Swiss city of Lausanne had tested biological samples taken from Arafat's belongings that were given to his widow after his death, and found "abnormal levels of polonium."
It stopped short of saying that he had been poisoned by the substance.
French experts found that the isotopes polonium-210 and lead-210, found in Arafat's grave and in the samples, were of "an environmental nature," Nanterre prosecutor Catherine Denis said in April.
Lawyers for Arafat's widow accused the judges of closing the investigation too quickly and called for more experts to be questioned.

[IsraelTimes] Legislation to scupper accord expected to pass; White House hails 34th senator's support for Iran deal, which could uphold a presidential veto
The US House of Representatives will vote next week on the Iran nuclear deal, Republican leadership said Wednesday, the first congressional step in a process President Barack Obama The point I was making was not that Grandmother harbors any racial animosity. She doesn’t. But she is a typical white person... hopes will uphold his landmark accord.
"Next week the House will consider a resolution of disapproval of the Iran nuclear deal," House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy ...the GOP house majority whip. He replaces Eric Cantor, who got whupped because his politix are like Kevin McCarthy's... said in a statement.
"This vote will have an immense impact on our national security as well as the security of our friends and partners around the world," he added.
The vote had been expected in September, but the timing was not previously known.
With most US politicians opposed to the accord, which aims to severely restrict Iran's nuclear program in exchange for an easing of punishing economic sanctions, the resolution of disapproval is certain to pass the House.
"With a clear majority of Congress and the American people lining up in opposition to this deal, the House will not approve this deal. This is a bad deal for our country and for our allies," McCarthy said.
Action would then shift to the Senate. Should the resolution pass both chambers, Obama will veto it, setting up votes in Congress to override his veto.
Such an override would require a two-thirds vote in both chambers.
But the White House earned a victory of sorts Wednesday when a retiring Senate Democrat became the crucial 34th senator to support the accord, ensuring that Obama's veto would not be overturned and the deal would proceed.
The White House said it's encouraged that more than a third of the Senate has announced support for the nuclear deal with Iran.
White House press secretary Josh Earnest called the growing support a validation of Obama's effort to "make sure that every member of the Senate understands exactly what's included in the agreement." The deal sets Iran back so that it is at least a year away from being able to produce enough nuclear material for a weapon, before the restrictions ease after a decade.
[IsraelTimes] Republicans unanimously oppose accord to curb Tehran’s nuclear program; 34 Democrats say they’ll sustain a presidential veto
Republicans who control both chambers of Congress are unanimously opposed to the deal. They need a majority in the House and 60 of 100 votes in the Senate to pass the disapproval resolution.
If it does pass, President Barack Obama has pledged to veto it. At that point, opponents would need to muster two-thirds majorities in both the House and the Senate to override Obama’s veto.
In the Senate, 34 senators — the number required to sustain the president’s veto — have announced they support the deal. Forty-one votes would be required to filibuster the disapproval resolution in the first place and prevent it from passing.
Here’s a breakdown of where the 46 members of the Democratic caucus stand:

These commitments to support the Iran deal are no more binding than "You can keep your doctor".
If the MSM actually reported on the vicious rhetoric coming out of Iran the pressure would be unbearable for at least one or two of these partisan creeps.
The 'pubs and sane dems need to force this to a vote and vote it down loudly proclaiming the evil that is Iran. Then when Zero vetoes it, bring it up for an override explicitly hanging it on the creep brigade.

So these are the folks who do not care what the other two-thirds of the Senate, and a large portion of the citizenry, want.
May they all die a slow political death (losing the next election, and every one thereafter).

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] A man sentenced to more than 17 years in federal prison on terrorism-related charges is appealing his conviction.
A lawyer for 32-year-old Tarek Mehanna, of Sudbury, said in a filing Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Boston that Mehanna's sentence should be vacated because prosecutors withheld information about a key government witness during his 2011 trial.
An appeals court upheld Mehanna's conviction on providing material support to al-Qaeda. The U.S. Supreme Court last year decided not to review the case.
Prosecutors said he traveled to Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of. Except for a tiny handfull of Jews everthing there is very Islamic... seeking terrorist training and intended to fight U.S. soldiers in Iraq. When that failed, they said, he returned home and promoted violent jihad online.
Mehanna's lawyers said he didn't give any tangible support to al-Qaeda, and his online activities were protected free speech.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Former CIA chief and retired general David Petraeus wants the U.S. to consider working with some members of an Al-Qaeda-affiliated organization to tackle the ISIS in Syria, he said on Tuesday.
In a statement to CNN, Petraeus said some members of the Qaeda-linked Al-Nusra Front might be persuaded to join the coalition battling the ISIS group.
"We should under no circumstances try to use or co-opt Nusra, an Al-Qaeda affiliate in Syria, as an organization against ISIL," Petraeus told CNN, using another acronym for the ISIS group.
"But some individual fighters, and perhaps some elements, within Nusra today have undoubtedly joined for opportunistic rather than ideological reasons: they saw Nusra as a strong horse, and they haven't seen a credible alternative, as the moderate opposition has yet to be adequately resourced."
So, Petraeus argued, it may eventually be possible to "peel off so-called 'reconcilables' who would be willing to renounce Nusra and align with the moderate opposition to fight against Nusra, ISIL, and (Syrian Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad Oppressor of the Syrians and the Lebs... .)"

Let's see: bring in building supplies to build tunnels instead of housing/commercial buildings; destroy a thriving greenhouse business because the Jews built it; spend all your time talking about killing Jews instead of making do; blame the Jews for a war that they started. Can't imagine why it is almost uninhabitable.

Fifteen years, tops, and more likely ten, Dr. Steve. The Israelis have this down to plug'n'play engineering, with all the needed parts stocked in warehouses.

A greenhouse takes less than a year to build, Two year tops to make the kit, ship, and erect. The Dutch crews would be on the job in a heart beat during the winter months since nobody wants to build a greenhouse in the winter in Europe. Biggest problem is make sure the crew comes to work and is not going to the beach! That is my personal experience here in Florida.
[EN.ZAMANALWSL.NET] Teachers in liberated areas in southern province of Daraa face the risk of being arrest each month they receive their Salaries, as they have to visit the the regime's intelligence before getting paid from the directory of education.
Teachers working in schools in the liberated areas, reported that each month they receive their salaries, they have to pass the branch of the military intelligence linked to the directorate of education in the Daraa, which gives them a permission to release their salaries.
A teacher works in a village in the Liberated part of Daraa confirmed to Eqtsad those procedures, and mentioned that they have for more than a year, as an agreement between the regime and local councils indicated that regime would re-open schools in the liberated areas and pay the teachers' salaries on condition to exclusively getting them from the directory of education and after the agreement of the security and intelligence.
The teachers added that many teachers were incarcerated Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw! after visiting the security branch because of a report or query about them, and they disappeared for long time.
Moreover, the speaker mentioned that many teachers who were active in the revolution or those who did not attend military service, teach in schools but don't dare to go and receive their salaries, in the same time there was no support or compensates for them from any party f the opposition.
This case raises a lot of queries about the opposition's institutions are supposed to take responsibility for schools in the liberated areas.
Suhail, one of the activists in local councils said that the matter of teachers' salaries had been discussed many times, however, the cost was too high to get covered by any sponsor as number of teachers in Daraa exceeded 10 thousands.
From his point of view, the activist expected that the regime offered to pay teachers' salaries in order to assure controlling of the liberated areas and people's source of living. He appealed to businessmen and institutions of the opposition to intervene and support schools and teachers, as many of them were arrested when they went to the Directorate of Education to receive their salaries.

[ALMANAR.LB] Syria held the Turkish leadership fully responsible for any crime committed by armed terrorist organizations in the towns of al-Fou'a and Kefraya.
In two letters addressed to the UN Secretary-General and the head of the Security Council on Tuesday, the Syrian Foreign and Expatriates Ministry condemned the silence of the Security Council over the crimes committed against civilians in al-Fou'a and Kefraya by the murderous Moslems besieging the town, particularly the silence of certain states that boast of fighting terrorism.
The Ministry said that the terrorist organizations, which are backed by the Saudi, Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates... i, and Turkish governments, didn't stop at besieging the towns and preventing food, drink, medicine, and fuel from entering them in a bid to starve their locals; rather the terrorist organizations have also been targeting the towns on daily basis with explosive shells, killing and injuring civilians, most of them women, children, and elderly people, according to SANA.
The letters said that these crimes committed by terrorist organizations including al-Nusra ...formally Jabhat an-Nusrah li-Ahli sh-Sham (Support Front for the People of the Levant), also known as al-Qaeda in the Levant. They aim to establish a pan-Arab caliphate. Not the same one as the Islamic State, though .. ... and Ahrar al-Cham, crimes which are carried out under logistic support and direct instructions from the Turkish leadership, constitute a continuation of a series of methodical terrorism targeting the Syrian people.
Syria called on the Security Council to implement its counterterrorism resolutions immediately in cooperation with the Syrian government which is bearing the brunt of combating terrorism in Syria, and also demanded that the practices of the states that support and fund murderous Moslems -- particularly Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... , Qatar, and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... -- be exposed and stopped.
The letters concluded by saying that the time has come to act instead of remaining silent over the crimes of murderous Moslems and their supporters, and that the international community must hold the sides that prevent the Security Council from fulfilling its duties responsible for failing to combat terrorism.
