[VOE] Former Danish migration minister Inger Støjberg said, "If you no longer need our protection and your life and health are no longer at risk in your home country, and specifically in Somalia, you must, of course, return home and rebuild the country from which you came from."
Since 2017, Denmark’s Immigration Service began carrying out comprehensive reviews of ’refugee residence permits’ and has revoked the residency permit of nearly 1,000 Somali migrants.
On top of that, the Danish parliament has also approved a new policy will see criminal migrants relocated to an uninhabited island before they are deported. The idea behind this policy seeks to limit the spread of Migrants.
If only their Scandinavian neighbor Sweden could adopt the same outlook.
A recent study conducted by Professor Emeritus in Economics Lars Calmsfors has revealed that Sweden ‐ compared to Norway, Denmark, and Finland ‐ has the most difficulty getting newly arrived migrants to work.
[IsraelTimes] United Nations ...an idea whose time has gone... anti-racism committee urges the "state of Paleostine" to combat anti-Semitism, end incitement, better protect journalists and dissidents.
The "State of Paleostine" joined the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in 2004. But although states must file reports on their implementation of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination one year after acceding, and then every two years, the Paleostinians submitted their first report only in March 2019.
The 62-page document basically clears the Paleostinians of any wrongdoing, while repeatedly accusing Israel of the worst offenses.

They just like to bandy that imaginary title about. 'State of Paleostine'. They probably thought it will hit the Israeli papers verbatim and the term shall gain entry into Israeli discourse.

[IsraelTimes] Al-Manar report says terror group has handed the crashed drones to Lebanese army after conducting investigation into attack said to have destroyed key missile component.
The TV station of Leb’s Hezbollah terror group said Friday two drones used in an alleged attack south of Beirut were flown from Israeli gunboats off the Lebanese coast.
Al-Manar TV’s report came five days after an alleged Israeli-launched drone crashed in a Hezbollah stronghold while another went kaboom! and crashed nearby.
The TV reported that Hezbollah handed over the drones to the Lebanese army after conducting its investigation.
Hezbollah has said its explosive experts found that one drone was laden with highly kabooms, suggesting the aerial vehicles were designed to carry out attacks. One drone was initially thought to be a reconnaissance drone.
The target of the drone attack in Beirut was an expensive and rare industrial mixing machine used in the creation of solid fuel, and the raid set back the terror group’s plans to develop long-range precision missiles by at least a year, according to Hebrew media reports this week.
In the wake of the attack, the IDF on Thursday revealed the identities of four senior Iranian and Hezbollah officials involved what it said was a joint project to manufacture precision-guided missiles for the Lebanese terror group, in a dramatic move apparently intended as a tacit threat to the officers. The army warned that the Iranian-led project was "jeopardizing the stability of Leb."
The Lebanese army and government officials have described the drone crash incidents and Monday’s attack as blatant acts of aggression and violations of illusory sovereignty and following an emergency security meeting, asserted Leb’s right to self-defense.
Israel’s military has been gearing up for a possible attack from Hezbollah, deploying extra troops to the northern border and limiting some movement along the frontier.
On Monday, an Israeli military official warned that any Israeli response would be disproportionate, and Israel sent a message to Leb via the US that it would not limit its response to Hezbollah but would view all of Leb as a legitimate target, according to reports by Israeli news outlets.
Lebanese daily al-Akhbar has reported that senior US officials were putting pressure on Beirut to rein in Hezbollah in order to avoid an escalation in violence, and were also attempting to defuse potentially explosive tensions.
Russia’s Foreign Ministry said Tuesday the Lebanese government asked for Moscow to help "prevent a further escalation of tensions between Israel and Leb."
[Jerusalem Post] The US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) took action on Friday against the oil tanker Adrian Darya 1, its Captain Akhilesh Kumar, and anyone aiding it.
US National Security Advisor John Bolton said on social media on Friday night that "Sanctions are serious" and "let this be a lesson to anyone" who may wish to support Iranian oil sales.
The tanker is believed by the US to help Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF) to ship and transfer oil, Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence Sigal Mandelker said in a press release by the Treasury.
"Anyone providing support to the Adrian Darya 1 risks being sanctioned," she said.

In better times, it would have just been sunk... now the lawyers need to wet their beaks.
[Rudaw] Leb dismissed Ottoman Turkish claims on Friday that it would receive the Adrian Darya, an Iranian tanker which has been bouncing around the Mediterranean amid US warnings over its valuable oil cargo.
Every change of tack by the huge vessel, with its cargo of 2.1 million barrels worth around $140 million, has sparked intense speculation.
It was detained for six weeks by the British territory of Gibraltar and released despite a US attempt to keep it detained on suspicion that its cargo was bound for Syria.

[Rudaw] Tehran has increased its stockpile of enriched uranium, a quarterly report by the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) warned Friday, as Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan, the abbreviation IRGC is a cognate form of Stürmabteilung (or SA), the term Supreme Guide is a cognate form of either Shah or Führer or maybe both, and they hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... continues to roll back its commitments to the 2015 nuclear deal.
Iran has been squeezed by sanctions and increasingly isolated from the international community since the United States withdrew from the deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), in May 2018.
In an effort to pressure the remaining Europe ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... an signatories of the deal to help it weather Washington’s maximum pressure campaign, Tehran has been incrementally scrapping its commitments to the deal, which was designed to limit its nuclear ambitions.
In July, the IAEA announced Iran had stockpiled 213.5 kg of enriched uranium ‐ breaching the 202.8-kg limit imposed by the deal.
The uranium was being enriched at 4.5 percent ‐ beyond the 3.67 percent cap.
Friday’s IAEA quarterly report says the stockpile has now increased to 241.6 kg.
Although its enrichment is a long way off the level needed to create a nuclear bomb, the move brings Tehran significantly closer to having the capacity to rapidly develop a device.
"Iran is progressively backing out of the deal in retaliation for Washington’s withdrawal from the accord and renewal of sanctions that have hit Iranian oil sales," the IAEA report states.
"Iran has accumulated 241.6 kg of enriched uranium and is enriching at around the same level as before, up to 4.5 percent," Rooters reports.
The foreign ministers of Britannia, La Belle France, and Germany met with EU diplomatic chief Federica Mogherini for talks on the sidelines of an EU meeting in Helsinki on Friday in a bid to bolster efforts to rescue the nuclear deal.
US sanctions have primarily targeted Iran’s oil industry ‐ its main source of revenue.
US President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... recently signed an executive order imposing new sanctions on Iran, aimed particularly at Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamanei, his office, and those closely affiliated with him.
US-imposed sanctions have dealt a massive economic blow to Iran’s economy. The national currency has lost around 70 percent of its value, and rates of unemployment and inflation are sky-high.
The measures come during an uptick in tensions in the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman. Iran shot down a naval reconnaissance drone in the Gulf of Oman on June 20, while several oil tankers have been attacked in the same area.
The US has repeatedly accused Iran of launching the tanker attacks ‐ accusations Iran has vehemently denied.
