[NYPOST] A ''shamanistic leader'' of a religious community in Southern Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, was arrested after two female victims came forward and accused him of sexual assault, including one girl who was under 14, authorities said.
Ricardo I. Flores, 59, who also goes by ''Koyote the Blind,'' is facing eight felony charges, including rape by force and aggravated sexual assault of a child, according to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, the New York Times

Flores, who was described by police as the ''religious leader of a shamanistic community at various locations'' in Riverside County, was arrested on the morning of Aug. 7 at the southern border where he was returning to the US from Mexico, the Riverside County Sheriff's Office said.
The Rialto resident was targeted by Sherlocks after ''multiple'' victims went to the sheriff's station in Moreno Valley on Aug. 1 to report sexual assaults that Flores allegedly committed at Xicoco Shamanic Arts — a nonprofit organization Flores leads in the city.

[Townhall] Law enforcement identified the suspect wanted in connection to the burglary of a Trump campaign office in Ashburn, Virginia, on Sunday.
The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release they secured a warrant for the arrest of 39-year-old Toby Shane Kessler, on burglary.
At approximately 8:11 p.m., Kessler allegedly forced access through a back door and spent a short period of time in the building, which also serves as the headquarters for the Virginia 10th District Republican Committee, before leaving. He did not appear to leave anything in the building, but it has yet to be determined whether he took anything.
While Kessler has been identified, the Loudon County Sheriff's Office is still attempting to locate him.
"Mr. Kessler has a history of criminal behavior and appears to have been in the Washington metropolitan area at least since 2018. He has a Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, driver’s license," said the news release.

A previous news release identified him as "a white adult male" who was "wearing dark clothing, a dark cap, and a backpack when he entered the location."

[NYPOST] The hulking Florida high schooler who severely beat a teacher's aide over a Nintendo Switch wrote an apology letter to his victim that was never read in court, claiming he made a ''mistake, one I will never let happen again.'' Somehow the remorse always comes after the action. Self-control means the remorse comes instead of the action. Brendan Depa, 18, was sentenced to five years in prison for felony aggravated battery - bodily harm after he attacked paraprofessional Joan Naydich in a hallway inside Matanzas High School in Palm Coast in February 2023.
''Many people have claimed that I feel no remorse for the incident of last year, and that I don't take responsibility for my actions,'' Depa wrote in the letter titled ''Apology'' obtained by NewsNation. ''This is not true: I am extremely sorry for injuring Miss Joan so severely and I am happy to see the injuries I inflicted did not leave any permanent scars or bruises.''
Other permanent injuries, sure. And bruises by their nature are not permanent.
Depa's tutor, Gene Lopes, encouraged the teen to work through his remorse and realize the effects of his actions, which led to the apology letter.
‘'He wrote this himself,'' Lopes told the outlet. ''Brendan is a gifted writer, as you can see from this. So this was all him.''
Standard bread&butter note style, minimum mental age fifth grade. This is what a gifted writer who is autistic can produce.
The tutor insisted he made no edits or changed any words in what Depa wrote, noting there were some factual errors regarding Naydich's injuries as the teen has yet to see the video of his attack and didn't know how much he injured her, the outlet added.
So his letter is a lie, through no fault of his own.
Hallway security cameras captured Depa, who stands 6 feet 6 and weighs roughly 270 pounds, sprinting toward the female educator, who turns and spots her assailant a split-second before he shoves her to the floor.
Depa, then 17 years old, repeatedly stomps on the unconscious paraprofessional before punching her 15 times.
Several staff members were needed to remove Depa from Naydich and hold him to the floor.
''I recognize what I did was wrong and take responsibility for my actions. I deeply regret allowing my emotions to get the best of me and letting things happen the way that they did,'' the teen added.
He could have gotten a 30 year sentence; he was only given five years — let us all hope this nails home the lessons he reports receiving in self-control.
[Federalist] A female Secret Service agent assigned to protect former President Donald Trump at a recent rally left her post to breastfeed her child without proper approval, according to a new report.
Citing sources within the agency, RealClearPolitics (RCP) reporter Susan Crabtree revealed Thursday that an agent tasked with defending Trump at the former president’s Wednesday rally in Asheville, North Carolina, "abandoned her post to breastfeed with no permission/warning to the event site agent."
According to Crabtree, the site agent responsible for overseeing security for the rally was conducting a "final sweep of the walking route" five minutes before Trump’s motorcade arrived and found the female agent "breast-feeding her child in a room that is supposed to be set aside for important Secret Service official work, i.e. a potential emergency related to the president." Two members of the female agent’s family were also purportedly found in the room.
"A working agent on duty cannot bring a child to a protective assignment," the report reads.
The sources who spoke with Crabtree reportedly claimed the agent and her family members "bypassed the Uniformed Division checkpoint" and were led into the room by an event staffer who was not properly cleared by the Secret Service to be in that location. The agent in question came from the agency’s Atlanta field office, according to Crabtree.
Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi seemingly confirmed the incident did, in fact, occur. In a statement to RCP, Guglielmi claimed the agent’s reported abandonment of her post made "no impact to the North Carolina event" but added that "the specifics of [the] incident are being examined."

No! It is NOT a personal matter, it is an Administrative / Personnel matter regarding the strict and detailed assigned duties and processes to protect the rightful President of the USA.

I'm guessing she got her parents into the rally to see her on the job, they brought the baby, she badged them inside the security perimeter, and the kid was hungry and making a disturbance being in a place where they didn't belong, so she abandoned her post to feed the kid, end the noise and get caught off=post when Trump arrived. Given her actions and poor choices, she does not belong in the USSS.

FYI:. Reports are that Butler, Pennsylvania SWAT team member first shot at the Trump sniper striking his rifle possibly disabling it which also resulted in fragments of the rifle hitting the shooter in the face and shoulder. The SWAT team member then charged toward the sniper who had ducked down. The sniper raised his head back up and was then shot in the face by a Secret Service sniper.
Also, what I found interesting from Trump's press conference yesterday was his comment that he would be relying on local law enforcement agencies in the deportation of criminal illegal aliens rather than federal law enforcement. Seems he has no faith in the DOJ or Home Land Security.
