[TrendingPolitics] Back in 2015, Joe Biden went viral after he was video taped groping Senator Steve Daines’ niece on C-Span while meeting with his family for his swearing-in ceremony.
The girl, Maria Piacesi who was only eight years old at the time, was filmed standing in front of the Vice President Biden as he ran his hands up and down her upper body.
The way she reacted to it tells you all.
Six years later, Maria Piacesi is finally speaking out. Citizen journalist Jonathan Pasetti recently shared screenshots of a conversation he had with Maria Piacesi on social media app Tik Tok where she admits that President Joe Biden pinched her nipple. The teenager has since deleted her comments however the screenshots still exist.
"Did Joe Biden pinch you?" asked Pasetti asked on Tik Tok.
"Yes," confirmed Maria Piacesi.
Pinching a young child in their breast area is considered molestation. Joe Biden is a molester.

[Politico h/t Insty] Adios Pendejo! Say hi to Hoffa Trumka had served as president of the federation for more than a decade and has been a close ally of the Biden White House.
He died of what was believed to be a heart attack, a source familiar with the matter said. It was unclear when exactly it occurred, though it's believed to be either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
A third-generation coal miner, Trumka spent his career in the labor movement, serving as president of the United Mine Workers of America and as a member of the AFL-CIO’s executive counsel, as well as on various federation committees before being elected AFL-CIO president in 2009.
It was unclear whether Trumka was going to run for another term as AFL-CIO president or retire ahead of the federation’s convention that was originally scheduled for this fall.

[FOX] Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is expected Friday to announce a mandatory vaccine policy for all active-duty forces in the U.S. military.
The directive for all 1.3 million service members to get shots in their arms comes one day after President Biden urged all federal employees to get vaccinated.
Officials tell Fox News Austin will make his recommendation to the White House tomorrow, and the official announcement is expected Friday.
The decision comes as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has reported a more than 64 percent spike in coronavirus cases nationwide over the last seven days.

Isn't there a federal law against forcing vaccines under EUA on active service military? Not that it matters to oligarchs like Austin or Biden.

Bubba,
There is most certainly such a law. What I think is going to happen is this: there have been hints for a few days now that at least one vaccine (IIRC the Pfizer) will be fully FDA certified by early next month. It's likely that whatever comes down from DOD will take that into account, which gives everybody about 30 days to get whatever vaccine they want, as long as they get one - but after that, they will have no legal reason to refuse. Troops can most certainly challenge it, and doubtless some will, but the DOD's response will be that there is a fully certified vaccine out there, and that's the one they're mandating.
God help us if the Pfizer vax suddenly starts exhibiting bad side effects at ANY point in the future.

Apparently the law I referred to in the previous post has a major "gotcha". I copied this from an Instapundit post today:
Title 10 U.S. Code Sec. 1107(a) provides that the option to refuse an EUA product may be waived "if the President determines, in writing, that complying with such requirement is not in the interests of national security." Then pursuant to Dept. of Defense Instruction No. 6200.2 (issued 2/27/2008) the Secretary of Defense "may ask the President to grant a waiver of an option to refuse." Upon receipt of such request the President then may "waive the option to refuse for administration of the medical product to members of the armed forces."

Indeed, Pfizer is anticipating having FDA approval sometime in September. so do not expect the mandate to be taking effect until after approval is granted.
unfortunately, Pfizer is also the most difficult to transport and store, so this will lead to more issues in the supply chain. That difficulty makes one wonder if some of the Pfizer vaccination fails were because the vaccine was not stored and transported properly.
[FoxNews] The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has funneled at least $2.7 million into a University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) project that utilizes a tissue bank with organs from aborted fetuses, according to a release from Judicial Watch Tuesday.
The conservative nonprofit obtained hundreds of pages of public records requests, which detail Pitt's interest in harvesting fetal organs for a project known as the GenitoUrinary Development Molecular Anatomy Project, or GUDMAP. More money was requested by the university but it's unclear exactly how much it received.
Pitt's application specified that it sought to "develop a pipeline to the acquisition, quality control and distribution of human genitourinary [urinary and genital organs and functions] samples obtained throughout development (6-42 weeks gestation)." Forty-two weeks represents more than 10 months of pregnancy.
In 2015, Pitt told HHS that it has been "collecting fetal tissue for over 10 years … includ[ing] liver, heart, gonads, legs, brain, genitourinary tissues including kidneys, ureters and bladders."
It also revealed that the university sought a large number of minority fetuses, according to Judicial Watch — something Center for Medical Progress founder David Daleiden described as "racist."
The university told Fox News that the higher number of minorities resulted from an emphasis on those populations most impacted by kidney disease. "Projects funded by the National Institutes of Health must ensure appropriate inclusion of women and minorities," said David Seldin, assistant vice chancellor for news.
"They should also ensure distribution of the study reflects the population needed to accomplish the scientific goals of the study. Asked another way: Does the makeup of the study reflect the populations affected by the illness in question? In the case of the GUDMAP Tissue Hub, one of the goals is to support researchers looking for treatments and cures for kidney disease."
In a PureFlix interview last year, former university employee Lori Kelly discussed a federally funded project with researchers seeking to collect bladders and kidneys from babies as late as 24 weeks into pregnancy. Kelly said that as project manager, she worked to develop "a pull-down menu of baby body parts for researchers to choose from to submit to the tissue bank, so that we could send the body parts to them."
"And these researchers were all across the United States," she said, "from Florida to California." When asked, the University of Pittsburgh did not respond to Kelly's allegations earlier this year.
Both the university and its medical center have denied any wrongdoing.
Tuesday's revelation adds mounting scrutiny to a school that has already received attention for its use of fetal tissue.
"The University of Pittsburgh complies with rigorous regulatory and ethical oversight of fetal tissue research," Paul Supowitz, the university's vice chancellor, previously told lawmakers. "The researchers in this matter followed all applicable federal and state guidelines and regulations (with Pennsylvania having one of the most restrictive set of requirements in the nation), as well as strict protocols approved by the University. The University’s Institutional Review Board approved the acquisition of stem cells."
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has also maintained that it complies with federal law. It previously told Fox News: "NIH is committed to ensuring that research involving human fetal tissue is conducted responsibly and meets the
Earlier this year, Pennsylvania's state legislature held a hearing in which members discussed an experiment involving grafting fetal scalps, containing "full-thickness human skin," onto rodents.
That particular project utilized tissue from the university's human tissue bank. It was also supported by grants from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which is led by top coronavirus adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci. While it's unclear exactly how much federal money was spent on that project, it was funded through two large grants — one $1,498,642 and one $430,270.

The previous two days, FLA reported zero cases. I suspect no reporting on Sat & Sun, so the number reported by the media was actually the sum of three days.
Meanwhile, Florida is #26 in deaths per million. Texas is #25.

[Our Community] Two Democrat Texas state representatives still haven’t returned after fleeing the state to break legislative quorum for a vote on a Republican-backed election bill. Now, the two lawmakers are reportedly taking a vacation in Portugal, a new report says.
The Texas House Democratic Caucus on Tuesday could not account for State Reps. Julie Johnson (D-Farmers Branch) and Jessica González (D-Dallas), the Texas Tribune reported Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Texas Monthly reporter Jonathan Tilove tweeted, "Hi. Covering the TXDEMS in DC for @TexasMonthly. Can confirm @juliejohnsonTX and her wife & @jessicafortexas and her fiancé are in Portugal for a vacation they had been planning, with non-refundable tickets, for a year-and-a-half. Still participating in caucus meetings via ZOOM."

Yeah, bet you its a pan transgender lez-b-an dominatrix in the foreground, who moon-lights as a Texas Dem legislator during the weekdays & a RHINO sadomasochist on the weekends.
[PJ Media] Austin Police Department homicide Detective David Fugitt is a well-regarded veteran with APD and has worked more than 50 cases across about 18 years, solving all but about four of them. APD tends to place its most difficult cases under Fugitt due to his sterling record. Most recently, Fugitt has been the lead detective on the case of a shooting that happened in downtown Austin, Texas, in the summer of 2020.
On the night of July 25, 2020, a group of protesters illegally took over an intersection in downtown Austin. They approached a car as it was trying to make its way past the crowd through the intersection. One of the protesters, Garrett Foster, was carrying a loaded AK-47 rifle. As Foster approached the car in the darkness that night, apparently pointing the rifle at the driver, the driver, Army Sgt. Daniel Perry, fired his handgun in Foster’s direction from his car. Foster was killed.
Jose Garza was elected Travis County district attorney in the 2020 elections on a platform of prosecuting police officers. After coming into office, he reviewed Perry’s case and indicted him on a murder charge. The indictment came as a surprise, given the known facts of the case and Texas castle law.
Now, the lead detective in the Perry case is accusing District Attorney Garza of witness tampering in order to obtain the indictment. That detective is David Fugitt, the veteran APD officer known for solving so many cases. He has filed an affidavit in the case that clearly and unequivocally points the finger at Garza.
In the affidavit, which PJ Media has obtained, Detective Fugitt says:

So presumably Garza's next step will be to file some kind of charges against Fugitt, and calling for the release of all those convicted using his testimony. That's the next play in the playbook, right?
[NYPOST] Democratic mayoral nominee Eric Adams ...retired New York City police captain, member of the New York State Senate, first Black Brooklyn borough president, law and order Dem after a brief fling with the Publicans. The New York Times isn't fond of him, suspecting he may not actually be black... has floated the unsavory idea that should he win come November, he’ll likely keep some of Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio ...cryptocommie mayor of New York and for some reason a Dem candidate for president in 2020. Corrupt and incompetent, his qualifications for office seem to consist of being married to a black woman, with whom he honeymooned in Cuba. He has a preppy-looking son named Dante, whose Divine Comedy involved getting his back hair up when a police car drove past him slowly. New Yorkers voted for him, so they deserve him... ’s City Hall picks in place — including homeless czar Steven Banks, who he said has done "amazing things."
God help us. As head of the Department of Homeless Services, Banks has been a disaster. His budget has ballooned by the billions, with little to show for it except an ever-more-prominent street homeless population.
Oh, and a long series of scandals involving corrupt nonprofit shelter providers and terrible shelter conditions. An April survey of street homeless found that 77 percent had stayed in the shelter system at one point but won’t go back, citing safety reasons as well as city social workers’ overall incompetence.
Meanwhile, ...back at the shootout, Butch shot Black Bart's gun out of his hand...... the shelter population has soared, even as Banks has muscled new shelters into communities where they’re just not appropriate.
Banks’ biggest and most fundamental problem, however, is his refusal to take a tough-love approach. At all.
He spent his legal career fighting for homeless "rights" to occupy public spaces. In government, he’s refused to push for behavioral change; the pretense is that the only thing that makes someone homeless is a lack of housing.
If Banks were to stay on, New York City’s homeless horrors would only grow worse — bad as they already are. That will take a severe toll on the city. And on a Mayor Adams’ record.

Want fewer people living on the streets? Cancel all the programs intended to "help" them -- make the leeches running those programs find productive work.
BTW -- do some digging; Cuomo cronies and relatives have high-paying jobs with lots of those "homeless charities", and those "charities" funnel cash into the Democrat party. It's a big money laundering and payoff scheme; it's not intended to help anyone.

[NYPOST] Although Gov. Cuomo’s "sexual misconduct and egregious mishandling of COVID-19 are both heinous," it shouldn’t be "controversial to assert killing the elderly through incompetence" is more "depraved," writes Robert Schmad at the Washington Examiner. Yet the media are "flipping the moral weight of the two wrongs." New calls for Cuomo’s resignation after the state attorney general’s report barely mention his nursing-home scandals. Still, at least he is facing "some kind of reckoning."
FROM THE LEFT: CHRIS CUOMO MUST GO, TOO New York AG Letitia James released "a bombshell report Tuesday detailing multiple instances of sexual harassment" by Gov. Cuomo, yet, observes MSNBC columnist Laura Bassett, James also notes that "CNN ...the organization formerly known as the Cable News Network. Now who knows what it might stand for... anchor Chris Cuomo, the governor’s brother, was part of a small team of advisers who helped him respond to the allegations." Chris even went "so far as to draft a statement" for Andrew in February. The governor "should resign immediately or be impeached," but his brother, too, "should resign from covering politics or be fired." After all, "it’s extremely inappropriate and unethical for a journalist to advise and craft the statements of a politician, regardless of family relation." The two men have both "amassed massive power and influence, while betraying public trust." Both "must go."

I recently read speculation that the Democratic Establishment is going after Governor Cuomo to keep him from running for president in 2024. Does that sound realistic?
[NYPOST] Prosecutors in New York City, as well as Westchester and Nassau counties, said Wednesday they have launched separate criminal investigations into sexual harassment allegations made against Gov. Andrew Sonny Cuomo ...Dem dynastic governor of Noo Yawk, the son and heir of the late Mario Cuoma and formerly married to a Kennedy. Acclaimed for his leadership during the COVID epidemic, he managed the nation's highest corpse count while successfully hiding the returns and writing a book praising himself. Among the nation's horniest politicians, he has about a dozen allegations of sexual harrassment and groping against him. Noo Yawk's politix being what they are, he is still hanging tough, waiting to ride it out.... based on the findings in a report released by state Attorney General Letitia James.
The probes will apparently target Cuomo’s behavior at locations including his satellite office in Manhattan, his former home in Mount Kisco, where he lived with his then-girlfriend, celebrity chef Sandra Lee, and the site of the new Belmont Park Arena on Long Island.
A front man for outgoing Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance said, "When our office learned yesterday that the Attorney General’s investigation of the Governor’s conduct was complete, our office contacted the Attorney General’s Office to begin requesting investigative materials in their possession pertaining to incidents that occurred in Manhattan."
Westchester DA Mimi Rocah also issued a statement saying, "As some of the Governor’s conduct described in the report occurred in Westchester County, we have formally requested investigative materials obtained by the AG’s Office."

[FoxNews] President Biden's nominee to head the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) failed to disclose to the Senate a media appearance on Chinese state TV, which may have been used as propaganda by the communist state to cover up a mass stabbing of children.
Biden's ATF nominee David Chipman appeared on a Chinese state-run media network, China Global Television Network (CGTN), previously known as CCTN, in December 2012 to discuss the government's response to the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, one of the deadliest shootings in U.S. history that killed 28 people and injured two.
CGTN, which reaches 30 million households within the U.S., "is an arm of China’s propaganda machine. It is controlled by the Communist Party and serves as part of what Mr. Xi has called Beijing’s ‘publicity front.’" as described by the New York Times. In 2019, the Department of Justice (DOJ) required CGTN to register as a foreign agent under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA.
According to DOJ, in order to protect the U.S. from covert foreign influence, FARA "requires certain agents of foreign principals who are engaged in political activities or other activities specified under the statute" to disclose periodic updates to the department.
[ZH] After New York City announced that it will mandate vaccine passports for entry to events and even restaurants and gyms, a Republican Senator has introduced a bill that would make it mandatory for any state using a vaccine pass system to also use a voter ID system. Dems are about to destroy one of the cornerstones of their long-term plan to cheat in every election.
Curiously though, anyone can still vote there without showing ID, a double standard exposed by Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, who has introduced a bill to mandate voter ID.
"If states that take federal money for elections feel the need to make residents verify a piece of information as private as their vaccination status just to return to normalcy, then they should have no problem requiring people to prove they are who they say they are when they go to vote," Cramer said in a statement.
Cramer added that the measure "would ensure that those states are consistent in their identification requirements and shine a light on those who hypocritically oppose voter ID laws but support vaccine passports."
When asked about the vaccine passport mandate in New York, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki expressed support, dismissing Peter Doocy’s point that many Americans are waiting for the FDA to fully approve vaccines or simply do not want the vaccine for religious or medical reasons.

[NYPOST] The House Democrat in charge of making sure the party retains control of the chamber after next year’s midterm elections is warning that a course correction is needed or they could find themselves the minority again — with current polling showing the Democrats would lose the majority if elections were held now.
Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, the chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, told a closed-door lunch last week that if the midterms were held now, Republicans would win control of the House, Politico reported Tuesday.
Maloney (D-NY) advised the gathering that Democrats have to embrace and promote President Joe Biden ...... 46th president of the U.S. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass....... ’s agenda because it registers with swing voters.
"We are not afraid of this data ... We’re not trying to hide this," Tim Persico, executive director of the Maloney-chaired DCC, told Politico in an interview.
"If [Democrats] use it, we’re going to hold the House. That’s what this data tells us, but we gotta get in action," Persico said.
Maloney, in an interview with NPR, said issues like climate change, infrastructure, the expanded child tax credits, immigration policies and election reforms will attract voters next fall.
"We’re making a bet on substance," Maloney said. "What’s the old saying — any jackass can kick down a barn, it takes a carpenter to build one. It’s harder to build it than to kick it down. And so we’re the party that’s going to build the future."

[NYPOST] Parents know something is wrong. It’s why they are showing up in droves at school-board meetings across the nation. They are sending a message. They don’t want their children taught that the true founding of America came in 1619, or that America is a systemically racist place, or that most Americans are oppressors. They don’t want their children taught lies. And they are right. Sometimes, these lies go by the name "Critical Race Theory
...teaches that skin color is the most important characteristic of any person, which translates to separate but equal with a different bunch in charge. All whites and Asians are born racist and racism permeates every aspect of society, which should be dismantled and the remains turned over to the kind of dipshit who pushes this nonsense... ," a pet project of the left that began, as many bad ideas do, in the academy and has spread in recent years across corporate America and into school curricula. Sometimes the lies are called "anti-racism."
Whatever the label, the central principles are the same. These doctrines teach that American society is structurally oppressive, that our culture is shot through with racism and other forms of bigotry, and that most Americans are complicit in racial oppression, knowingly or not.
The radical claims of critical race theory have become an article of faith for many on the left, but they bear little resemblance to our actual history.
Let’s be clear. This isn’t a nation of oppressors. This is a nation of liberators. This is the country founded on the worth and dignity of every individual. This is the country that gave working people the right to vote. This is the country that freed the slaves. This is the nation that has brought more good to the planet than any other people in history.
And it is time we defend that being taught in school. Critical race theory in any guise is a toxin. It poisons the bloodstream of our national life and drives Americans further apart. Sometimes, it seems that this is just what its advocates want: division, anger, hatred. But that isn’t what America needs. America needs the truth, because it’s the truth about our history and our purpose that unites us as a nation.
