While this Huffer piece lists all the Republicans' first, it gets around towards the end mentioning that Hillary's money comes from 99%(!) SuperPac and 9 $1 million plus checks from Soros.

a huge amount of this money goes to political consultants and the administrators of these PACs
and I am currently receiving (estimated based on looking up the number later), on the average 4 political fundraising calls a day (thank you caller ID).

French Jews, like their non-Jewish countrymen, have been moving to London and the Francophone Canadian province of Montreal in significant numbers, according to an article I saw in The Times of Israel some months ago. However, I've not seen numbers of French emigrants, either as receiving nation totals or breaking out the number who are Jewish.

The news today had its uplifting moments. Vox choked out a spectacular story about the arresting wealth gathered in by Bill and Hillary Clinton since 2007, and graced it with a headline so snarky that Donald Trump might have written it: "Hillary Clinton has paid more in taxes than Jeb Bush has ever earned." The short version is that the Clintons have "earned" -- more about the use of that word in a moment -- $141 million since 2007. I don't care who you are, that's some decent coin.
...Is there a single person alive who believes that corporations, trade associations, NGOs, unions, and the like pay the Clintons enormous sums for speeches because they believe their members actually want to hear the Clintons say the same tedious talking points they have been spewing for years? If that were the only value received no profit-minded enterprise would pay the Clintons these vast fees because they would earn, well, a shitty rate of return.
No, the Clintons are not paid to speak. Businesses and other interest groups pay them for the favor of access at a crucial moment or a thumb on the scale in the future, perhaps when it is time to renew the Ex-Im Bank or at a thousand other occasions when a nod might divert millions of dollars from average people in to the pockets of the crony capitalists. The speaking is just a ragged fig leaf, mostly to allow their allies in the media to say they "earned" the money for "speaking," which is, after all, hard work.

You know things are bad when Rolling Stone reports an interview with Jimmy Carter and he says: Jimmy Carter: U.S. Is an 'Oligarchy With Unlimited Political Bribery
[DAWN] THE Mumbai terror attacks were claimed by India to be its 9/11. For more than 66 hours, 10 highly trained faceless myrmidons played havoc in India's commercial metropolis, spraying bullets and shedding the blood of innocent civilians and tourists in November 2008, bringing the two nuclear neighbours to the brink of an all-out war.
In Ufa, Russia on July 10, 2015, both the prime ministers of Pakistain and India were "prepared to discuss all outstanding issues," and both the leaders "condemned terrorism in all its forms" and agreed to cooperate with each other "to eliminate this menace from South Asia". Therefore, we in Pakistain should welcome this development wholeheartedly.
Didn't we suffer the pain and agony of our own 9/11 on Dec 16, 2014, at the hands of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistain and its surrogates and aren't we as a nation determined to root out terrorism in all its forms from our soil? The answer is obviously a resounding yes and I have no doubt that the political and security leadership have resolved to eliminate the scourge of terrorism, militancy and extremism through the counterterrorism National Action Plan. The duality and distinction between good and bad Taliban, including all faceless myrmidons and terrorists, should stand removed from Miranshah

[DAWN] AS monsoon rains continue to wreak havoc around the country, the Met department appears to have gone into panic mode. For southern Sindh, the department issued two alerts over the past two weeks, warning of urban flooding when none materialised. Since the flooding in Chitral triggered a series of glacial lake outbursts and flash floods with no alert from the Met department in mid-July, the department has been issuing an alert almost every day, seemingly at random. Playing it safe, it seems to feel that issuing regular alerts is the safest strategy.
Now the department has been caught off guard once again in the northern parts of the country, from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa ... formerly NWFP, still Terrorism Central... to Gilgit-Baltistan. For example, on the morning of July 30, the department issued an alert saying that a "severe weather system is likely to persist for next 3-4 days in GB and Chitral" with potential to trigger glacial lake outbursts. The alert was signed by the department's chief meteorologist. Later the same day, the department issued another alert, signed by the deputy director forecasting, warning that glacial lake outbursts were possible given "clear sky conditions and high temperatures of [the] northern areas during next two days". So in the morning they were talking of a persistent "severe weather system" producing heavy rainfall and in the evening they were warning of "clear sky conditions and high temperatures", both scenarios flagged as carrying the possibility of glacial lake outbursts. It would appear that the Met department is struggling to keep up. Instead of developing bureaucratic survival strategies, it -- and the country -- would perhaps be better served if it became more vociferous about the demand for improved forecasting capability. This year so far, villagers in Chitral and residents of cities such as Nowshera have been left to their own devices as floods ravage their homes and fields. In earlier years, it was other areas. It is outright pathetic that after five consecutive years of flooding, Pakistain is still walking blind into an increasingly dangerous monsoon season.

[DAWN] NEWS of Malik Ishaq's killing was still sinking in when the Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat ...which is the false nose and plastic mustache of the murderous banned extremist group Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistain, whatcha might call the political wing of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi... (ASWJ), the so-called political arm of the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi ... a 'more violent' offshoot of Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistain. LeJ's purpose in life is to murder anyone who's not of utmost religious purity, starting with Shiites but including Brelvis, Ahmadis, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Rosicrucians, and just about anyone else you can think of. They are currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of al-Qaeda ... (LJ), released statements to the media assuring that it would not protest Ishaq's death.

Lion murderer Walt Palmer is an asshole. But, he's also an asshole who's contributed more money to animal conservation in Africa than pretty much anyone else. In fact, trophy hunters like him are a large part of the reason we still have animals like lions at all.
Hunting is one of those things that, if you don't do it, probably flies in the face of your carefully curated 21st century morals. Everyone likes animals, so killing them is wrong, right? The fact is that there's far more nuance to the argument than that.
