[RightScoop] Giuliani told CNN this morning that it's outrageous that the Justice Department hasn't done a criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton and that if it were up to him, he'd have her under investigation for about five different crimes: Video follows.
[WASHINGTONTIMES] Rep. Chaka Fattah, Pennsylvania Democrat, and four associates were indicted Wednesday on racketeering and conspiracy charges, which prosecutors said came from a scheme aimed at enriching themselves and their political campaigns.
Federal prosecutors have charged Mr. Fattah, 58, with participating in a wide-scale racketeering conspiracy that involved bribery, concealment of unlawful campaign contributions, and theft of charitable and federal funds, the Justice Department said.
The charges were made public Wednesday in a 29-count, 85-page indictment against the congressman and lobbyist Herbert Vederman, 69, Bonnie Bowser, 59, Robert Brand, 69, and Karen Nicholas, 57.

One scheme involved Mr. Fattah borrowing $1 million from a wealthy supporter for his failed 2007 campaign for mayor of Philadelphia, which he divided into two parts and tried to disguise as a loan to a consulting company, prosecutors said.
"After he lost the election, Fattah allegedly returned $400,000 to the donor that the campaign had not used, and arranged for Educational Advancement Alliance (EAA), a nonprofit entity that he founded and controlled, to repay the remaining $600,000 using charitable and federal grant funds that passed through two other companies, including one run by Brand," Justice Department documents state.

[WASHINGTONTIMES] Planned Parenthood ...has received federal funding since 1970, when President Richard Nixon signed into law the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act. It is sometimes described as the gynecololgical wing of the Democratic party. Rocky Mountains was hit with a complaint Wednesday for performing an abortion on a 13-year-old girl without reporting possible sexual abuse against the underage girl and returning her to the man who abused her.
The conservative Alliance Defending Freedom filed a complaint with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs against the Planned Parenthood affiliate on behalf of the pro-life Colorado Family Action.
A lawsuit filed against Planned Parenthood Rocky Mountains and four unidentified employees on behalf of the girl was settled earlier this year.
Natalie L. Decker, ADF legal counsel, said that, "Colorado authorities should hold Planned Parenthood and its employees accountable."
"Failing to report the sexual abuse of a minor is horrifically tragic and illegal," said Ms. Decker in a statement. "Planned Parenthood has repeatedly shown brazen and appalling disregard for the law, including laws designed to protect children from this kind of damaging physical and emotional abuse."

Couldn't hold on to a few scrapes of fetal matter for DNA analysis either? IIRC Kansas successful dealt with PP over that little destruction of criminal evidence which the last time IIRC as well constituted a criminal offense in and of itself.
[WASHINGTONTIMES] A federal judge Wednesday rebuked the B.O. regime's IRS ...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies... for refusing to divulge documents, including Lois G. Lerner's emails, and warned that he would hold in contempt those who break his orders.
Judge Emmet G. Sullivan called the administration's defense "nonsensical" and said the IRS must release documents every Monday to Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm that requested the documents under open records laws and then sued after the IRS didn't comply.
"Officers of the court who fail to comply with court orders will be held in contempt," Judge Sullivan said in a published order.

The fact that this man is NOT behind bars tells me the judicial system is broke.
[McClatchy Report] WASHINGTON -- The classified emails stored on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private server contained information from five U.S. intelligence agencies and included material related to the fatal 2012 Benghazi attacks, McClatchy has learned.
Of the five classified emails, the one known to be connected to Benghazi was among 296 emails made public in May by the State Department. Intelligence community officials have determined it was improperly released.
Revelations about the emails have put Clinton in the crosshairs of a broadening inquiry into whether she or her aides mishandled classified information when she used a private server set up at her New York home to conduct official State Department business.
While campaigning for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, Clinton has repeatedly denied she ever sent or received classified information. Two inspectors general have indicated that five emails they have reviewed were not marked classified at the time they were stored on her private server but that the contents were in fact "secret."
The email issue, however, has distracted from Clinton's campaign for days and already has hurt her in public opinion polls. Besieged with questions, she has found herself caught in a murky dispute between State Department and intelligence officials over whether emails on her server were classified.
"Even if Secretary Clinton or her aides didn't run afoul of any criminal provisions, the fact that classified information was identified within the emails is exactly why use of private emails . . . is not supposed to be allowed," said Bradley Moss, a Washington attorney who specializes in national security matters. "Both she and her team made a serious management mistake that no one should ever repeat." A "serious management mistake" was it? Executive privilege or threat to national security to be declared.....Monday or Tuesday? Can we just skip the meaningless drivel and proceed to the discovery of which agency Information Management Officer (IMO) set up the clandestine communication system and why ?
U.S. Criminal Code Title 18 Part 1 Chapter 37 § 798 - Disclosure of classified information
(a) Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information—
(1) concerning the nature, preparation, or use of any code, cipher, or cryptographic system of the United States or any foreign government; or
(2) concerning the design, construction, use, maintenance, or repair of any device, apparatus, or appliance used or prepared or planned for use by the United States or any foreign government for cryptographic or communication intelligence purposes; or
(3) concerning the communication intelligence activities of the United States or any foreign government; or
(4) obtained by the processes of communication intelligence from the communications of any foreign government, knowing the same to have been obtained by such processes—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
(b) As used in subsection (a) of this section—
The term “classified information” means information which, at the time of a violation of this section, is, for reasons of national security, specifically designated by a United States Government Agency for limited or restricted dissemination or distribution;
(Also see §793, §794)
The data was classified. The information was communicated and transmitted outside secured channels.
This includes "data spills", removal of classified data from secured areas and channels, as well as deliberate disclosures.
Unauthorized Disclosures of Classified Information
Here is a quick course for those of you who have never been exposed to this sort of thing:

Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive (ONCIX)

Section 793 of the Espionage Act discusses the unauthorized retention of cassified information and exposure of classified information to any person not entitled to receive it. If you improperly disclose national defense information you can be fined, incarcerated for up to ten years, or both.
Note that intent is not required. Simply leaving the SCIF accidentally with the info is enough to break the law. Doing so deliberately like Clinton and her emails is definitely a violation.
[Daily Caller] Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush was one of the directors of a charity that gave tens of millions of dollars to Planned Parenthood, LifeSiteNews first reported.
Named a founding director to the tax-exempt Bloomberg Family Foundation in 2010, Bush sat on the board until the end of 2014 when he began to prepare for his presidential run.
Bloomberg Philanthropies announced in March of 2014, while Bush was still on the board, it was giving $50 million to strengthen "reproductive health rights in Burkina Faso, Nicaragua, Senegal, Tanzania, and Uganda." Skipping to the denial, which proves these venues are monitored closely:
The Bush campaign responded to a Daily Caller inquiry with the following email statement:
“Governor Bush’s strong record of fostering a culture of life is clear, and he has called on Congress to investigate and defund Planned Parenthood in light of the recent alarming revelations about its practices. During his eight years in office, Governor Bush took measures to protect innocent life by passing a partial-birth abortion ban, fighting for a constitutional amendment requiring parental notifications and doing everything possible to promote adoption.
As a board member of Bloomberg Philanthropies, Governor Bush did not vote on or approve individual projects or programs. Governor Bush and Mayor Bloomberg disagree on several policy areas, including Planned Parenthood. They do share a passion for reforming education, which was Governor Bush’s focus on the board. The Governor having spent the majority of his time on the Eastern Front, had no knowledge of the goings on.” Going directly to the root of the carrying capacity and Amish overpopulation dilemma. "Culture of Life" for some possibly.....selected others, not so much. Margaret Sanger would be so very proud. So Jeb focused on education and closed his ears when the topic was abortion...
Update at 1715 CT: the graphic is mine, not Besoeker's. I found it on the web. I thought it was appropriate to portray my own absolute disgust at Planned Parenthood.

I disagree, USN. I think such graphics are pitch perfect for slapping LIV's in the face. Now is not the time to let the idiots among us say they "Did Not Know".
