[PJMEDIA] One Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, district attorney is determined to ditch the soft-on-crime policies of Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... in the state and hold brutal murderers accountable.
Orange County (OC) DA Todd Spitzer’s Twitter/X profile says he is "ensuring OC never becomes LA" or the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... , and that’s obvious from his new announcement. While San Fran uses taxpayer dollars to buy booze for homeless alcoholics, and a Los Angeles DA sits on a backlog of 15,000 unfiled criminal cases amidst spiking crime, murderers of an elderly grandma in OC could receive the death penalty if convicted. One of the murderers in question has a criminal history in LA County, but unfortunately, too many California DAs in woke areas prioritize criminals over victims and refuse to take decisive action. That allows for egregious repeat offenses.
Spitzer says the three LA County men arrested for a daylight robbery and murder of a grandma in Newport Beach will all face charges of "special circumstances" murder, Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin posted. That means the criminals will be eligible for the death penalty if they are indeed convicted. One killer is a "third-striker" with a "lengthy" LA County criminal history, as noted above.
"This is Orange County and we refuse to accept this is the new normal," Spitzer’s statement emphasized. "Criminals will be held accountable and violence will never be acceptable."

The American experiment allowed for different jurisdictions to try different methodologies. Letting murders walk will not likely be one that gets adopted outside Lib run cities.

[FoxNews] The Canadian Pacific Kansas City train derailed with between 10 to 15 of the rail cars catching fire.
Rail cars carrying hazardous materials derailed in North Dakota on Friday and caught fire, the latest train derailment in the U.S. as concerns over railroads remain high.
Twenty-nine cars of a Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) train derailed around 3:45 a.m. in a marshy area surrounded by farmland that’s about 140 miles northwest of Fargo, according to Andrew Kirking, emergency management director for Foster County.
Video from the scene shows intense flames and thick black smoke rising high into the clear morning sky and the fire burned for at least 12 hours after the initial derailment. Kirking said it appeared that 10 to 15 of the rail cars caught fire.
By late afternoon Friday, responders were able to "go on the offensive" in fighting the flames and have had "some success knocking the fire down," Kirking said. With water on both sides of the tracks, officials were still working to get equipment close enough.
There were no injuries reported – with the engineer and conductor getting away safely-- and the threat to those living nearby appeared to be minimal.
It is unclear what caused the derailment.
The cars were carrying anhydrous ammonia, sulfur and methanol, with ammonia posing the biggest risk, according to Bill Suess, spill investigation program manager for the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality. However, wind was carrying the smoke away from the nearby town of Bordulac, which has about 20 residents.
Exposure to high concentrations of ammonia in the air can cause burning of the eyes, nose, throat and respiratory tract, and can result in blindness, lung damage or death, health officials say. Exposure to lower amounts can result in coughing and irritation of the nose and throat.

The Railway Safety Act of 2023 (by Senators Brown, Vance, Casey, Rubio, Fetterman, and Hawley) was gonna fix all that bad stuff, but the evil Trumpers blocked it.

^^ Monkey theory...
(If you have a million monkeys typing away, you would eventually end up with a coherent Kamala word salad. With some slight tweaking, it becomes a Biden incoherent speech.)
[Washington Examiner] As President Joe Biden attempts to prove his mental fitness to voters, two radio hosts say the Biden campaign provided them questions for interviews with the presumed Democratic nominee.
On Saturday, CNN’s Victor Blackwell interviewed two radio hosts who interviewed Biden this week — Andrea Lawful-Sanders and Earl Ingram. During their conversation, Blackwell noted that both hosts asked the president nearly identical sets of questions and asked if the Biden campaign had given them questions for the interviews.
Lawful-Sanders, the host of The Source on WURD in Philadelphia, answered in the affirmative. Ingram, who invited Biden on The Earl Ingram Show on WMCS in Milwaukee, did not dispute her answer.
"The questions were sent to me for approval; I approved of them," Lawful-Sanders told Victor Blackwell, CNN’s host of First of All on Saturday.
"I got several questions — eight of them," the radio host said, referring to the questions she would ask Biden during a radio interview on Wednesday. "And the four that were chosen were the ones that I approved."
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] The state of Washington has effectively abolished its long-standing residency requirement for voter registration.
The decision, led by Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs (D) and Attorney General Bob Ferguson (D), is another attempt by Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... to cheat on the presidential election.
The Center Square reports that through agency rLearned Elders of Islamking, Hobbs’ office has removed a provision that has been a part of Washington’s electoral framework since the state’s original 1889 Constitution.
This move follows a consent decree earlier this year, settling a 2023 lawsuit that claimed the residency requirement violated federal law, due to a 2018 state law.
Article VI, Section 1 of the Washington Constitution mandated that a person must be a resident of the state for 30 days before the election to register to vote.
However,
by candlelight every wench is handsome... the Washington State Alliance for Retired Americans filed a lawsuit in November 2023, arguing that this requirement was in violation of the U.S. Voting Rights Act Amendments of 1970, which prohibits residency requirements for federal elections.
The lawsuit claimed that this "pre-election durational residency requirement" — which voters must attest to satisfying on voter registration forms — "is longer than the registration deadline and...therefore prevents voters who could otherwise lawfully register and cast ballots from doing so just because they moved into the state, county or precinct too recently."
The plaintiff contends that Washington’s durational residency requirement disenfranchises voters who move to the state or within the state (to a new county or precinct) fewer than 30 days before Election Day.
As a result, these individuals are barred from voting in the upcoming election and cannot elect state or local officials who would represent their current residence. This regulation is crucial for maintaining the fairness of our elections and preventing voter fraud.
In response, the state Legislature passed Senate Bill 6021 in 2018, allowing voters to register as late as 8 p.m. on Election Day.
"Voter registrations submitted electronically or through the mail must be received eight days before an election for a person to be eligible to participate in that election. Voter registrations may be submitted in-person at the county auditor’s office, county elections office, or another location designated by the county auditor up to 8:00 p.m. the day of the election for a person to participate in that election. A person may update their voter registration information up to 8:00 p.m. the day of the election."

Certainly, it is a loss but I don’t see how this case significantly changes things even in Washington. Voting in national elections by non-citizens remains a crime. Voting more than once in the same election remains a crime. I have never seen a ballot for a national election that didn’t include local issues and candidates as well. The residency requirement for local elections remains in place or Washington will have even more chaos than it already has. Washington is not a contested state.
Additionally, the significant cheating on national elections is all either electronic or via fake absentee ballots tied to unused or registrations. No fake voters were ever intimidated by a residency requirement.
Non-citizens that register and vote in Ohio are prosecuted. In Washington that surely does not happen, but even there voter rolls are public records and can be searched and challenged. Does the residency exist? Can the residency hold 200 people? Make trouble and the cockroaches scurry like Biden shills.

[HOTAIR] When you think of President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Gave an airbase and billions in military hardware to the Taliban ...Arabic for students... and called it an "extraordinary success"... these days, who does he remind you of? You might invoke your impression of an elderly relative who is similarly struggling with cognitive issues. The less charitable among us might make a reference to Elmer Fudd or some other frequently befuddled character. But that's not the view that Democratic Congressman Don Beyer of Virginia holds. While introducing Biden at a fundraiser earlier this week, Beyer compared the President to none other than Jesus Christ. This was a case of setting the bar very high, to say the least. But what is it about Joe Biden that reminds Beyer of the Savior so much? Apparently it's his ability to endure hardship and suffering. A Beyer spokesperson later attempted to deny that his boss was drawing such a comparison, but a transcript of the remarks leaves little doubt as to what he was saying. (Free Beacon)
Embattled president Joe Biden has had a rough life, much like Jesus Christ, according to a House Democratic ally of the president.
Rep. Don Beyer (D., Va.) invoked the crucifixion of Jesus during introductory remarks at a McLean, Va., fundraiser, one of the president’s first appearances since a disastrous debate performance last week. "He died to demonstrate the universality of human suffering—that suffering was not the end," Beyer said of Jesus. "We each endure tragedies in our lives and hardships and suffering."
"But few had to endure more than this man," Beyer said of Biden, according to a White House press pool recording of the event. "Losing his wife, losing his daughter, and losing his son. The vicissitudes of American politics."
[BREITBART] CLAIM: During an interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos, President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem machine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family... repeated a false claim that former President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and whatever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... told people to "put bleach" in their arms.
VERDICT: FALSE. Trump was talking about experimental ultraviolet (UV) light technology and how it is used as a disinfectant and questioned whether it might be possible to "inject" into the human body.
During an interview with Stephanopolous on Friday, Biden claimed Trump was a "congenital liar" and referenced how Trump told people "to put bleach" in their arms in order to "deal with" COVID-19.
"The man is a congenital liar. As I said, they pointed out in that debate, he lied 27, 28 times. Whatever number, over 20 times," Biden said. "Talk about how good his economy was, how he brought down inflation. This is a guy, who unlike all the other presidents, other than him is Hoover, lost more jobs than he created. This is a guy who told us to put bleach in our arms to deal with COVID. Over a million people died."
[BREITBART] Singer-actress Bette Midler, star of Disney’s Hocus Pocus 2, suggested that President Joe Biden arrest Republican members of Congress and allow the FBI to use deadly force in order regain Democrat House majority.
Back before she got stupidly political, Bette Midler was the kind of performer who could be known as the bawdy Barbra Streisand of her generation. Now she is described by the latest stupid thing she said and a cheesy, straight-to-video Disney sequel. Sad.
“Now that Joe has total immunity, many are urging him to be GOP ruthless. Here’s a suggestion for implementing his new powers,” Midler wrote in a Friday X post, sharing a screenshot from an opinion piece published by The New Republic.
The Ruthless People actress shared a specific section of the article that fantasized about a scenario in which Biden orders the arrests of several Republican members of Congress, which included a scene depicting Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) getting shot and killed while resisting arrest.
“I regret to inform you that Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has been arrested. A number of other members of the House Republican Conference have been taken into custody,” the fantasy read.
“Jim Jordan, unfortunately, attempted to resist arrest. After wrestling with an FBI agent, he met a tragic fate. In the sudden absence of those members, there is a new majority in the House,” it continued.
The hypothetical scenario concluded, stating, “I look forward to a long and cooperative relationship. I can say proudly, gridlock is at last broken. And we can all give thanks to the Supreme Court.”
Midler is not the only actress fantasying about killing Republicans and urging Biden to take measures that would result in assassinations.
This week, Netflix’s Orange is the New Black actress Lea DeLaria, literally and emphatically called on Biden to assassinate former President Donald Trump in response to the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity, posting a video for her 1.1 million Instagram followers urging Biden to “blow him up.”
“Joe, you now have the right to take that bitch Trump out. Take him out, Joe,” DeLaria said. “If he was Hitler, and this was 1940, would you take him out? Well, he is Hitler. And this is 1940. Take him the fuck out! Blow him up, or they’ll blow us up. Facts.”

Would finally out-murder her Commies,
Fulfilling their fears
For four glorious years
Until... sorry, more leftist tsunamis.
[BREITBART] During an interview with ABC News on Friday, President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The very model of probity.... said that he realized he was doing poorly in last week’s presidential debate when he noticed that "even when I was answering a question, even though they turned his mic off," his opponent, 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... , "was still shouting. And I let it distract me." Biden elaborated that he isn’t blaming that for his performance, but that caused him to realize "that I just wasn’t in control."
ABC host George Stephanopoulos asked, "And how quickly did it come to you that you were having that bad night?"
Biden responded, "Well, it came to me that I was having a bad night when I realized that, even when I was answering a question, even though they turned his mic off, he was still shouting. And I let it distract me. I’m not blaming it on that. But I realized that I just wasn’t in control."
Elsewhere in the interview, Biden also gave other reasons for his poor performance in the debate, like being sick and tired, not following his instincts when it came to preparation, the toll of his first term in office, and said the blame solely falls on him for having a bad night.

[Axios] Axios is on the Biden Defenestration Assault. Popcorn anyone?
President Biden's White House went around its normal processes for his first post-debate interview with a Black radio station earlier this week.
Why it matters: The White House helped draft the questions that the host asked the president. Then the Biden campaign sent them to the radio station, given it was technically a campaign interview, a person familiar with the matter tells Axios.

“Mr Burns Biden, your campaign seems to have the momentum of a runaway freight train. Why are you so popular?”
After Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, then a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... ' campaign for president flamed out in late 2019, her Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, power-player ex advised against her accepting any offer to be second banana on the Democratic ticket, warning that the vice presidency would actually be the nail in the coffin to any future White House ambitions.
Former the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... mayor Willie Brown - now 90 - wrote an op-ed in the San Francisco Chronicle warning his one-time lover Harris to decline Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. ‘This Is A Man ThatDoes Not Seem Demented’... 's summer of 2020 offer, because 'historically, the vice presidency has often ended up being a dead end.'
'The glory would be short-lived, and historically, the vice presidency has often ended up being a dead end,' Brown wrote. 'For every George H.W. Bush, who ascended from the job to the presidency, there’s an Al Gore ...Former Vice President, Nobel Prize winner, Global Warming prophet and speculator, and crazed sex poodle Al Gore... , who never got there.'
But as Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... are now falling back in love with Harris out of necessity as they scramble to try and replace Biden at the top of the 2024 ticket following last week's cringe-worthy presidential debate performance, it appears that Brown got it all wrong.
Or at least he didn't account for opportunity knocking, because it is precisely Harris' position as VP that, despite her polling and behind-the-scenes unpopularity, has now made her the obvious choice in the eyes of many to replace Biden.
While Biden has insisted that he is fit to stay in the race and govern should he beat Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... in November, Democratic operatives have reportedly already chosen Harris, and are now even discussing who her running mate should be.
