[Frontpage] Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's longtime confidante, is currently the vice chair of her 2016 presidential campaign. "I'm not sure Hillary could walk out the door without Huma," Clinton adviser Mandy Grunwald said back during the days of Hillary's first run for the presidency. Huma and Hillary are inseparable, including having been linked together on a private e-mail network while Ms. Clinton was Secretary of State and Ms. Abedin was her deputy chief of staff. If Hillary Clinton were to be elected president of the United States, Ms. Abedin will no doubt be right there with Hillary as her right hand person in the White House. And that may well be a major coup for the Muslim Brotherhood, whose strategic plan calls for destroying Western civilization from within and "'sabotaging' its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers..."
In view of her background that involves the Muslim Brotherhood, it is time for Huma Abedin to come out of the shadows and reveal exactly what she did and whom she communicated with while at the Clinton State Department.
[NATION.PK] Women who shout God's name during sex should be prosecuted, a San Antonio pastor claims. Huh?
Dr John Hagee, the founder and senior pastor of the Cornerstone Church, said that 'there is no greater sin in terms of wrongly using God's name than women who use it during sex'. Chopping somebody's head off ain't even close in terms of evil.
'That is one of the filthiest, most derogatory and sinful uses of the Lord's name I can think of. If it were up to me, I would put every single woman or girl who does that in jail,' Hagee said. What's God's name, by the way?
He pointed to several sections of the Bible in which the book denounced the taking of God's name in vain during an interview released last week. If God cared in the least wouldn't he turn them into pillars of salt or something?
'In fact, one of the Ten Commandments in the Old Testament states: 'You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain' (Exodus 20:7). The word vain means for "no reason" or 'useless",' he told Newslo. Most of us would hesitate before calling orgasm useless.
Hagee said that though this might seem 'petite and insignificant' compared to other issues, 'even in churches across America', however 'that's precisely the problem'. I'd say the fact that it's petty and insignificant is the heart of the reverend's problem.
'In this world of crimes and deaths that surround us, a simple blasphemy does not get that much attention when it should,' he told Newslo, adding that nowadays people are 'committing sin everywhere you look'. So why pick on this most venial of sins?
Hagee did not go into detail on how women would be prosecuted if they were to be caught crying out God's name during sex, nor did he explain why men would not be jailed for the same deed. Just to be on the safe side I'll stick with the standard "Nnnngh!" if I ever have sex again.

Since God created the process, somehow I doubt he'd mind a joyful utterance or two.
Please just go have another doughnut and leave us alone will you Mr. Hagee.

..and here I thought Christians thought man was Gods greatest creation, thus acknowledging the act of procreation in his name should be considered an act of thankfulness.
[NATION.PK] A 33-year-old man who had been labelled as "Britannia's fattest man" has died at his home in Kent. If you've forgotten, one stone=14 pounds.
Carl Thompson weighed 65 stone and made headlines earlier this year when he was interviewed about his issues with food and his rapid weight gain. 65 stone=910 pounds, or not quite half a non-metric ton.
The police, ambulances and fire crews all attended his flat in Dofras Place, Dover on Sunday. Neighbour Ronald Williams told it took several hours for emergency crews to remove Thompson's body. I'll bet it took two black SUVs to haul him away.
A Kent Police front man said: "Kent Police was called at 10:38am on 21 June, to a property in Dofras Place, Dover following reports that a man in his 30s had died. "Officers do not believe the death to be suspicious. "The coroner will be notified." "Hmmm... No sign of an exit wound, Sam... No sign of an entry wound, either... And he weighed about as much as 65 rocks in a pile... I suspect it was the Twinkies. What do you think, Sam?"
"But what's the red stain there on his second through fifth chins, Doc?"
"Strawberry ice cream! By Gum, you're right, Sam! It wasn't just the Twinkies!"
Thompson told ITV's This Morning that he had been unable to leave his house for 12 months and could not wear any clothes, when he was interviewed earlier this year. So the pizza guy saw acres of everything, huh?
He had spoken openly of his issues with binge eating and that doctors had told him to lose 45 stone or risk death. "You gotta drop 630 pounds, bub."
"How much is that in stone, Doc?"
"45 stone."
"But why, Doc?"
"Because a stone is 14 pounds."
"No, why do I have to lose it?"
"Because in another month at the rate you're packin' it on you'll outweigh a Subaru."
Thompson had been inundated with support following his media appearances with pledges of help from the public to get to his ideal weight of 20 stone, including a local grandmother who had started cooking Thompson weekly batches of healthy meals. "Gosh, thanks, Granny! Do you know how to make Twinkies?"
"Sorry, sonny. But how about some nice homemade strawberry ice cream?"

Remember this the next time this Pope opens his pie hole about climate change. Quotes from the adviser:
..if we had unlimited global warming of eight degrees warming, maybe the carrying capacity of the earth would go down to just 1 billion, and then the discussion would be settled.
...a 2009 talk in which Schellnhuber said the earth “will explode” due to resource depletion once the population reaches 9 billion, a number that the UN projects in 2050.
Schellnhuber's gloabal totalitarian nightmare would kill many millions in a genocidal rampage.
Climate change or no climate change.
A free and open society can adapt to a changing climate while preserving freedom and refraining from genocide.
Even if Schellnhuber was right in that there is man made climate change and that only totalitarian rule the rule of ethical elites can stop it he and his ilk must be resisted because climate change would be the lesser evil.

Ukrainian interior ministry troops searched the base of the rogue Ukrainian volunteer military unit without incident late Saturday, despite previous threats by volunteers that the base was mined, according to Russian language news reports.
A news story appearing on the website of korrespondent.net said that members of the "Tornado" Battalion, a few leaders and some subordinates of which have been charged with serious crimes, let interior ministry investigators into their base after they had assured the government their location was not mined in anticipation of a military assault. The search took three hours, but no news emerged from any source as to what, if anything, the interior troops found.
Sunday morning following the search, most members of the rogue battalion were removed from the base, according to a separate story in korrespondent.net, to be later attached to the interior ministry as troops. Yet another korrespondent.net story quotes the deputy commander of the "Tornado" Battalion, Nikolai Tsukur as saying the remaining members of his unit were physically moved elsewhere, presumably to begin integration with the interior ministry.
On Sunday, interior ministry police detained an unidentified 44 year old "Tornado" Battalion junior sergeant in the village of Zaaydarovka Novopskovskovo in Lugansk after it was discovered he had allegedly beat his unidentified girlfriend, sending her to the hospital. On the premises of the residence where the NCO and his girlfriend resided, police found one hand grenade, 50 marijuana plants and parts of poppy plants.
Top Ukrainian defense official defects
A top Ukrainian military official defected to the rebel side Monday, saying that several top Ukrainian commanders have spoken about defecting to the Russian backed rebels, according to data supplied by the Donetsk ministry of defense.
General Major Aleksandr Kolomiets said at a press conference on Donetsk city that he had moved his family out of Kiev because of anticipated threats against them following his departure.
General Kolomiets at one time was an assistant Ukrainian defense minister, was chief analyst of the armed forces, and had served as regional commissar for the Ukrainian ministry of defense in Donetsk before the civil war.
Pro Ukrainian news sites played off the defection saying that General Kolomiets had little for the rebels in terms of usable intelligence, and that he was sacked from the ministry of defense out of concerns for his numerous visits to Moscow.
Fighting in Donetsk
According to data supplied by the Donetsk ministry of defense, Ukrainian troops fired on rebel positions 74 times over the last 24 hours, and on the previous day, Ukrainian troops fired on rebel positions a total of 38 times.
Despite the uptick in attacks, some localities managed to pass Sunday to Monday night without attack, specifically in Gorlovka, which has been under Ukrainian artillery fire for so long that the western sectors of the city almost are completely abandoned.
According to the latest data, Ukrainian artillery struck rebel targets in western Donetsk city and suburbs, including at Petrovskiy, Oktyabrskiy and Kuibyshevskiy districts of Donetsk, at the airport and at Spartak.
Other locations struck by Ukrainian artillery fire include Shirokino and again in Gorlovka. Weapons used include 122mm artillery and 82mm mortars.
Rebels say one civilian was killed in a Ukrainian artillery attack at Spartak.
The Ukrainian ministry of defense, according to a news report in tsnsor.net, said that rebels fired on Ukrainian positions 40 times on both Lugansk and Donetsk, including at locations in Donetsk such as Donetsk city, Peski and Opytnoye, and at Krymskoye and Lozovoye in Lugansk, using 120mm and 82mm mortars as well as RPG and small arms fire.
The Ukrainian ministry of defense now says that some rebel attacks are taking place round the clock in sectors throughout the region.
According to a separate tsensor.net news story, rebels hit targets in Avdievka using 122mm artillery and 125mm tank gun fire, and attempted an infantry probe, which Ukrainian troops say they drove back. The attack destroyed several residences and wounded one local civilian.
In Marinka, according to tsensor.net, rebel troops used mortars and snipers on Ukrainian positions.
Using data supplied by the Ukrainian volunteer "Azov" Regiment, rebel artillery struck Ukrainian positions in extreme western Shirokino using 120mm mortar and 122mm artillery fire Sunday night. The barrage last for nearly two hours.
According to the news report, one Ukrainian stronghold was destroyed and four Ukrainians were wounded. Tsensor.net also reported that rebels were flying drones out of Shirokino and Berdnyansk.
According to Ukrainian news sources, rebel artillery also struck the nearby town of Starognatovka using 152mm artillery Monday.

[AA.TR] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... received $570 million in foreign direct investment in April, down from $911 million in April of last year, according to data released by Turkey's Economy Ministry on Monday.
Foreign investments in Turkey reached $4.03 billion in the first four months of 2015. The figures showed a 23 percent decrease from the $5.2 billion invested in the same period last year.
The energy sector saw the most FDI, more than $1.1 billion, followed by the manufacturing sector with $447 million in the January to April period,
The ministry data showed that 42 percent of capital inflow -- almost $1.3 billion -- came from the European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... and 29 percent of the investments from Asian countries such as China and South Korea.
The data also indicated that 1,462 foreign-funded new companies were established in the first four months of the year, down from the 1,510 firms registered in the same period last year -- a decrease of 3.3 percent.
As of April 2015 a total of 43,676 companies operate in Turkey with international capital, with 26,136 of them operating in Istanbul.
Antalya followed Istanbul with 4,536 companies.
The report said that of the total number of foreign-funded companies in Turkey, 6,191 were German-funded and 2,809 were financed by investors in the U.K.
The ministry also announced that 15,509 foreign companies were in the wholesale and retail market, 5,5874 in manufacturing and 3,882 in the construction sector.

Why even have encryption against the Chinese and Russians? Just open up everything to them. It isn't like we are stopping them anyway....
It's more a matter of zero-day vulnerabilities, more specifically mitigated ones. Without going into a lot of detail, it's reasonable to assume that the USN's XP on its systems has been tweaked security-wise.

If they got the source code for some of the modules, it'd be straightforward. Not sure whether MSFT's in the habit of doing that sort of thing, though.

A good first step would be convert their MFC applications to QT and then make sure they still work in windows on QT.
Next compile the QT to run on new OSs and hardware environments. Be sure to include the NSA security folks in this part of the decision and execution loop.

[AA.TR] The corpse count from a three-day long sweltering heat wave has jumped to an estimated 450 across Pakistain, officials and local media said Monday. Thus it was so in the old days, thus it remains for the foreseeable future.
Over 200 people died Monday in southern Sindh province, mostly in the port city of Bloody Karachi ...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... , where hospitals were getting overwhelmed with patients suffering from heatstroke.
An estimated 400 people have died during the last three days in Karachi, the country's commercial capital, where a blistering heat wave compounded by long power cuts wreaked havoc with normal life. At Jinnah hospital, the largest government-run medical center in the city, 200 patients died in the last three days while 1,500 were being treated for heat related illnesses, Dr. Seemi Jamali, the head of the hospital's emergency services, told news hounds.
"We don't have space for more patients and many heatstroke patients are being treated in other wards," Dr. Jamali said.
The University of Karachi and other educational institutions in the city postponed their scheduled exams because of the stifling heat wave.
Several deaths were also reported in Sindh province's southern districts of Badin, Dadu, Tharparkar and Sukkur, where the mercury level touched 45 degrees Monday.
Also, over 1,000 children suffering from dehydration and gastro related diseases were admitted to different hospitals in northeastern Lahore city within the last three days, of them over 450 were said to be at death's door, local Geo Television reported.
Thousands of people also erupted into the streets Monday across the country to protest against power cuts that have caused an acute water paucity in many cities. Pakistain's Water and Power Ministry cites an increasing demand in the holy month of Ramadan as the prime reason behind the power cuts.

[DAWN] MULTAN: The vaccines meant for the cattle belonging to poor farmers under the chief minister's package were freely used by the district livestock department to oblige influential landlords, including a politician of the ruling PML-N, sources told Dawn.
According to the sources, the department headed by district livestock officer purchased de-worming and other vaccines at a cost of Rs1.586 million during 2012-13 from various suppliers under the Chief Minister's Package for Poor Livestock Farmers.
Initially, they said, it was announced by the government that not more than four cattle of a small-scale livestock farmer would be vaccinated free of cost. However, the man who has no enemies isn't anybody and has never done anything... later the number of cattle to be vaccinated under the scheme was revised to 20 through a letter (No 11604-39) issued by director general (Ext.) of the Punjab 1.) Little Orphan Annie's bodyguard
2.) A province of Pakistain ruled by one of the Sharif brothers
3.) A province of India. It is majority (60 percent) Sikh and Hindoo (37 percent), which means it has relatively few Moslem riots.... livestock and dairy development department, they added.
The sources said after issuance of the letter, the local livestock authorities went on to oblige the influential people out of the way, even ignoring the limit of 20 cattle per farmer.
They said one of the beneficiaries was PML-N MPA Naghma Mushtaq Lang, who despite being a member of Punjab Assembly from PP-206 and not entitled to the free vaccination, got her 16 animals vaccinated by the department.
Similarly, they said, six animals of a former chairman of market committee, Malik Mumtaz Ahmed, 24 animals of a lawyer, Jam Faiz Akbar and 150 animals of Khurshid Abbas said to be brother of PML-N MNA Mehdi Abbas Langah, were vaccinated free of cost.
The cattle of former MPA Syed Mujahid Ali Shah were also vaccinated, besides the 24 animals of an influential farmer, retired Col Noor Muhammad Khan, the sources said.
According to an official document, a copy of which is available with Dawn, 13 influential farmers who got more than 20 cattle vaccinated free of cost through Civil Veterinary Hospital Qadirpur Raan, included Malik Muhammad Ashiq (21 animals), Malik Aslam Hussain (26), Rabnawaz (22), Taj Muhammad (30), Muhammad Khan (27), Colonel Noor Muhammad Khan (24), Shahid Hussain (22), Munir Ahmed (21), Aslam (35), Malik Allah Ditta (22), Haji Ashiq Hussain (48), Malik Muhammad Ashfaq (25) and Muhammad Sadiq (48).
As many as 371 additional animals of these influential people were vaccinated above the prescribed limit of 20, despite the fact they were not entitled to the facility.

[DAWN] Pakistain Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has decided to suspend the registration of faculty members who have been teaching in unrecognized medical colleges or which are recommended for closure.
Moreover, faculty members who have been teaching in unrecognised colleges will not get experience certificates for the period of teaching there.
An official of the PMDC requesting not to be identified said the council has been trying to close unrecognised medical colleges for last over one decade but failed because managements of the colleges used students as a shield.
"Whenever PMDC decides to close the unrecognised colleges their managements moved courts and got stay in their favour," he said.
"Because of the recent decision teachers will start avoiding unrecognised colleges because they know that their experience will not be counted by the PMDC," he said.
"Although there should be around 55 facility members in each college as 13 subjects are taught in each college but unrecognised colleges have on the average 25 faculty members. Because of the decision a number of faculty members will leave rendering the unrecognized colleges will dysfunctional," he said.

[Dhaka Tribune] With the US Supreme Court expected to rule by the end of the month on whether same-sex marriage is legal, many Christian evangelicals say they would refuse to obey a decision allowing gay unions.
The Defend Marriage pledge, signed by more than 50,000 people, is one of a series of measures launched by social conservatives to push back against same-sex unions.
"The justices are not always right, and this is clearly a case that finds a right that is not in the Constitution, and we will not be able to respect that ruling," said Rick Scarborough, a prominent Baptist pastor in Texas and one of the authors of the pledge.
Scarborough says those who signed the petition will resist all government efforts to require them to accept gay marriage. He says some, including himself, will accept any fine, arrest or even jail time to protect their religious freedom.
"We respectfully warn the Supreme Court not to cross this line," Scarborough said.
Republican state politicians in recent months have introduced a raft of bills targeting gay marriage and gay rights amid expectations that the top US court will find a constitutional right to same-sex marriage. It is now legal in 36 of the 50 US states.

It is one thing for the SC to ALLOW gay marriage. However, the next step in the gay agenda will be to REQUIRE churches to perform gay marriages. Those that don't will lose their tax exempt status. In addition, they will be sued into bankruptcy if they refuse. (Muslims will be exempt, of course.)
