The VA proposed the staffers' termination in March, and Wednesday's announcement formalized the dismissals.
"Deputy Secretary Gibson is correct in saying the process took 'far too long'," said Republican congressman Jeff Miller, the chairman of the House committee on veterans' affairs, in a statement.

In an interview on MSNBC, Warren was asked by Rachel Maddow: "If you were asked to be Secretary Clinton’s running mate, do you believe you could do it?"

In another interview with the Boston Globe on Thursday, Warren endorsed Clinton as the party’s presidential nominee, saying: "I’m ready to jump in this fight and make sure that Hillary Clinton is the next president of the United States and be sure that Donald Trump gets nowhere near the White House."

It's not political ideology. It's desire for the use of the apparatus of state to guarantee money and status. Most of the people who will vote for Hillary Clinton are apolitical, they just have the ability to see which side their bread is buttered on.
