The National Police Association filed the suit on April 28 for release of Audrey Hale's penned manifesto
Calls for the release of Hale's manuscript has grown since Hale, 28, opened fire killing 3 three children and three adults at The Convenant School in Nashville
On Friday, the NPA filed an amended complaint blasting the 'absurd' decision to withhold the manifesto once more because of pending litigation

Lesson from Indiana, go into a crowded area and you'll more likely find someone else packing. Stay outside in the parking lot, probability goes down.

I guarantee if it makes trans people look dangerous and anti-christian it will NEVER see the light of day. Oh, wait, better than even money it does do that!
A person opened fire at an outdoor shopping center in Allen, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, killing eight people Saturday afternoon and injuring seven others.
At least nine people are known to have been hospitalized after the shooting. Fire officials caution that the number could grow.
The gunman has been killed, police said, but no further information has been confirmed about the shooter.
Eight people are dead and at least seven others are injured after a mass shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets Saturday afternoon, according to police officials.
Allen Fire Chief Jonathan Boyd confirmed at about 9 p.m. Saturday that the gunman killed six people at the mall and injured at least nine others. Of the nine who were hospitalized, two later died bringing the total number of people killed to nine, including the gunman.
The seven known survivors being treated include three patients who are critical and four who are stable. Medical City Healthcare told NBC 5 they were providing trauma care to shooting victims who ranged in age from 5 years old to 61 years old.
Boyd cautioned that there could be additional victims who were injured in the shooting and who were taken to hospitals in other ways.
U.S. Rep. Keith Self (R-McKinney, District 3) said on Twitter at about 6:15 p.m. that the gunman was no longer a threat and that there were a number of casualties, which Allen Chief of Police Brian Harvey later confirmed at a news conference at about 6:30 p.m.
Harvey said an officer was at the outlet mall responding to an unrelated call when he heard gunfire. Harvey said the officer ran toward the gunfire, found the gunman and "neutralized" him. The officer then made the call for ambulances.
Harvey said they believe the gunman acted alone and that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
"Our deepest sympathies are with the families of the victims," said Harvey. "This is a tragedy, people will be looking for answers, we're sorry that those families are experiencing that loss." Read the rest at the link

Shooter lived in the city of Dallas, a sanctuary city. Allen is a suburb of the cesspool that strangely 100% of the elections are won by Democrats in perceived "fair" elections.

That translator part lends one to believe at face value that there's a Hispanic angle to this tragedy being in Texas and all that. An Asian perp would be a twist. Scumbag.

Seems LE is quickly coming to a conclusion on motive. I'm still waiting on the Nashville shooting manifesto. It's just how things roll out these days.

BLUF:
[The Hill] Brown is perhaps most known for an Air Force video released shortly after Minneapolis police officers murdered George Floyd, an act that set off a wave of protests and civil unrest across the country.
Then the commander of Pacific Air Forces, Brown spoke on camera of his experiences as a Black man in America and in the military.
The timing of the video was significant, as it was posted on June 5, 2020, days away from a Senate vote on his nomination to be the Air Force’s next chief of staff. That vote would also make him the first Black person to serve in that role in the country’s history.
"I’m thinking about how full I am with emotion, not just for George Floyd, but the many African Americans that have suffered the same fate as George Floyd. . . . I’m thinking about my Air Force career, where I was often the only African American in my squadron, or as a senior officer, the only African American in the room," he said.

Seems like there is a good chance that we have not heard the last of his stealthy wiener. I don’t have much sympathy to any parents that continue to pay dues or take their kids to that YMCA.

[Breitbart] The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has stood up a new office to oversee the intelligence community’s efforts to combat “disinformation” and foreign influence campaigns in the United States, Director Avril Haines announced Thursday.
“Congress put into law that we should establish a foreign malign influence center in the intelligence community. We stood that up and it encompasses our election threat executive work essentially looking at foreign influence and interference in elections, and deals with disinformation more generally,” Haines (pictured) told the Senate Armed Services Committee during a hearing.
She said the office would support the State Department’s Global Engagement Center (GEC) monitor threats from China, Russia, Iran, and others so that policymakers can counter them.

[GEO.TV] A mystery illness causing flu-like symptoms has forced a bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... elementary school to go into hyper cleaning drive with everything the disinfectant services market could offer after a preschooler succumbed to the disease, CBS reported.
Initially, the little boy appeared to have symptoms consistent with a viral cold, but the cause of death is yet to be established, according to officials.
A number of other students developed fever and started throwing up, leading to the shutdown of school for a thorough and rigorous disinfection drive.
The Detroit Health Department is keeping tabs on the situation in Marcus Garvey Academy and officials have been fielded to review the school’s disinfecting protocols.
Despite complete disinfection, not all parents are ready to send their children back to school.
"That's good that they cleaned up the school, but we're still trying to see who all got it," Theodore Burton, whose two daughters attend Marcus Garvey, told CBS.
Burton, like others, seeks answers to questions like what caused so many children to fall ill at the same time. "We're trying to see whether it's the flu, COVID, the allergy season," Burton said. "We're just really worried."
Parents of children, 4-7, have been advised to rush their children to doctors as soon as they develop symptoms like fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain.
"It typically spreads by respiratory droplets. So someone coughs, and they could cough into their hand, and they touch that cough onto a surface, and those droplets, if they come in contact with someone else, can help to spread that flu virus," said Dr Tiffney Widner, of the Children's Hospital of Michigan, told CBS.
Burton, as he keeps an eye on his daughters for any symptoms, and hopes the school district and health department come up with an explanation of the situation so that they could send their children to school on Monday.
"We just want everybody just be OK. Be safe. That's the main thing," Burton told CBS.

It is almost like many of the children have lost their natural resistance to illnesses that previously would have not caused a serious issue. We should ask the CDC what is going on. They will save us.

Pretty decent biker contingency frequents this place. How a cry baby tik toker ever ended up here is mystery. But it’s likely a set up to be offended. It is already usually a bit busy around noon when they play the anthem. Now it will be packed. I’ll try for lunch there one day this week….if I can get in.
[NYPOST] King Charles III was crowned Saturday in a once-in-a-generation coronation spectacle at London’s Westminster Abbey — but the historic occasion was marred by family drama.
In a dazzling display of royal triumph, Charles, 74, sat upon the 700-year-old oak Coronation Chair in front of world leaders, foreign royals and celebrities for Britain’s biggest ceremonial event in seven decades.
For the first time since the late Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953, Britain crowned a new monarch.
“I come not to be served but to serve,” Charles declared.
However, amid the excitement and pomp and ceremony, the service marked the first time that rogue royal Prince Harry, 38, came face-to-face with his dad since the release of his protocol-shattering memoir, “Spare.”
It’s also the first time Harry saw his estranged brother and heir to the throne Prince William, 40, his wife, Kate Middleton, 41, and their kids — Prince Louis, 5, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince George, 9.
Meanwhile, scandal-scarred Prince Andrew, 63, who has been tied to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, was loudly booed as he traveled through London to attend the ceremony.

Harry never spoke with his Dad or Wills at the ceremony. Left the UK immediately after the Ceremony at the Cathedral. The BBC coverage never focused on Harry once, but the ABC coverage kept trying to keep him in the coverage, but he left quickly.
The military Pomp and Circumstances was executed flawlessly as far as I could see. The Back Lawn of the Palace where the massed troops executed the grounding of weapons, removal of headgear and a crisp three cheers for the King was perfectly done. Never seen that done before, tried to imagine the Marines doing it for Jojo, just kept laughing...
