An overloaded boat crashed into a reef and broke apart off the coast of Point Loma
..that’s in San Diego, for those who share my ignorance of geography...
Sunday morning, leaving at least three people dead and more than two dozen hospitalized in what officials said was a suspected human smuggling attempt.
The boat, described as a 40-foot cabin cruiser, was spotted off the coast of Point Loma a short time before 10 a.m. near the Cabrillo National Monument, officials said.
Lifeguards and other first responders helped victims who jumped into the water from the boat, five of whom were in "CPR status," meaning they were having trouble breathing, said Jose Ysea, a spokesman with the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
Three people died and 27 others who suffered what Ysea described as "varying degrees of injuries" were taken to local hospitals.

“Conditions were pretty rough — 5 to 6 feet of surf, windy, cold, the water is around 60 degrees,” San Diego lifeguard Lt. Rick Romero said.
Yep. Also sounds like the motor quit, otherwise you wouldn't want to be drifting out of control with all the big waves and reefs at the tip of Point Loma. It's not a good place to be out of control.
I'm guessing the boat was stolen because that's been known to happen in Mexico which is yet another good reason not to go there. But if the skipper owned the boat he lost his legitimacy when he tried to smuggle people into our country and so he deserves to lose the boat as well.

Of course, the skipper might have been trying to make his way through all those big waves, high winds and reefs so his, um, passengers could go ashore. In which case he is a fool as well as a criminal. Go ahead, skipper, embrace the power of and.

[KhaamaPress] After a rocket attack on Kandahar Airfield on Saturday night, US forces responded back at the bully boys.
US forces front man Colonel Sonny Leggett said that American forces conducted a "precision strike this evening, destroying additional rockets aimed at the airfield".
"Ineffective indirect" rockets hit Kandahar airfield on Saturday afternoon but no injuries were inflicted to US personnel nor there were damages caused to materials and equipment in the airfield.
"A return to violence would be one senseless & tragic. But make no mistake, we have the military means to respond forcefully to any type of attacks against the coalition & the military means to support the Afghan cops. That would be a mistake to move in that direction" Sonny Leggett acknowledged General Scott Miller’s intention to protect foreign forces.
This comes as on Saturday Zabiullah Mujahid tweeted that US presence beyond the May 1st deadline is in violation of the Doha deal signed under Trump’s administration back in February 2020, he said the group deserves the right to carry out tasks against foreign forces.
"As withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan by agreed-upon May 1st deadline has passed, this violation in principle has opened the way for IEA Mujahidin to take every counteraction it deems appropriate against the occupying forces," Mujahid stated.
"The Mujahidin of IEA (Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... ) will now await what decision the leadership of Islamic Emirate takes in light of the illusory sovereignty, values and higher interests of the country, and will then take action accordingly, Allah willing," he tweeted.

This comes as efforts are underway for establishing a prolonged peace and prosperity in Afghanistan, however, violence has raged in many parts of the region.
[PRNIGERIA] Less than 48 hours after the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru, renamed Operation ’Lafiya Dole’ (OLD) to Operation ’Hadin Kai’ for mobilizing critical stakeholders’ in the fight against Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... terrorists, residents have started providing useful information to the military in their communities. This has led to the arrest of some Boko Haram and Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... of West Africa Province (ISWAP) supporters and collaborators in tactical operations, PRNigeria has learnt.
In one of the operations, Nigerian troops of Sector II located in Damaturu axis of Yobe, apprehended some terrorists’ collaborators, including logistic suppliers. The troops, led by one Major Daniel Chiwar, the Acting Commander of 154 Taskforce, arrested some of the suspects in their hideouts at Bulamari area of Ngamdu in Borno State.
While PRNigeria could not confirm the number of suspects so far arrested, incriminating items including huge containers of petroleum products were recovered from them.
Meanwhile, ...back at the Council of Boskone, Helmuth ordered the entire 614th quadrant searched. The Green Lensman must be found!... in another development, Nigerian troops engaged a band of Boko Haram terrorists, riding several gun trucks, at Rann in the Kala Balge area of Borno State. The troops, led by Lt. Colonel Samson Olashegbe of 3 Battalion, destroyed some gun trucks and recovered others, after the encounter.

[DAILYPOST.NG] Residents of Kanamma in Yunusari Local Government Area of Yobe State are currently taking refuge in the bush as they fled their homes following an ongoing attack by Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... holy warriors.
This is coming barely 24 hours after reports claimed that the Boko Haram spiritual leader, Abubakar Shekau ...the lunatic leader of Boko Haram who has been reported dead at least eleven times, pledged his body and soul to ISIS, told his fighters to hang it up once or twice, and been fired by the Caliph and refused to step down. Kanamma is about 200klm from Damturu, the Yobe State capital in northeast Nigeria ... a particularly crimson stretch of Islam's bloody border... . It is also the birthplace of Boko Haram insurgency in the state.
According to residents, prior to the attack, the community saw some Boko Haram fighters but could not report due to fear.

[AlAhram] 20 different rallies took place in Berlin and the vast majority of them were peaceful. However, some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them... a leftist march of 8,000 people through the city's Neukoelln and Kreuzberg neighbourhood turned violent mostly peaceful
More than 50 copperswere maimed and over 250 protesters were detained after traditional May Day rallies in Berlin turned violent mostly peaceful, the German Police Union said Sunday.
Protesters threw bottles and rocks at officers, and burned garbage containers and wooden pallets in the streets.
``We don't have any final numbers, but regarding the known more than 50 injured colleagues and more than 250 detainments, it's clear that we were far removed from a peaceful May 1,'' Stephan Kelm, Berlin's deputy chief of the police union, told German news agency dpa.
He condemned the throwing of bottles and rocks and the burning barricades on the streets, saying, ``These are clear signs that it's not about political expression but that the right to assemble was abused to commit severe crimes.``

It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... infections. But political protests and religious gatherings are exempt from the curfew.

Judge: You work it out with the DA.

KMD to Lawyer: I don't know... it still sound like work.

[Al Jazeera] A close aide of killed ISIS (ISIS) leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been caught in Istanbul.
The Afghan national, only identified by the codename ASIM, was detained in the Atasehir district on the city’s Asian side on Wednesday, an Istanbul police statement said on Sunday.
News reports of the joint operation carried out by Istanbul police and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire... ’s intelligence agency said the suspect had been involved in helping hide al-Baghdadi in Syria’s Idlib province after the fall of the group in 2019.
Al-Baghdadi was killed in a raid on his Syrian hideout by American special forces in October 2019.
Ottoman Turkish media published a photograph of a balding, bearded man in a light coat following the arrest and an earlier image, purportedly of the same person, showing a long-haired, heavily bearded man in military fatigues wielding a curved sword.
State-run Anadolu news agency said ASIM was suspected of organising training for ISIS while in Syria and Iraq, as well as serving on its decision-making council.
He arrived in Turkey with a false passport and identity card, Ottoman Turkish media said.
Turkey sporadically carries out raids and detains suspected ISIS members within its borders.
ISIS has carried out various attacks across Turkey, including on a nightclub in Istanbul on January 1, 2017, in which 39 people were killed, and a bombing in the city’s historic heart that killed 12 in 2016.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Eighteen Iraqis, the majority military personnel, were killed overnight Friday to Saturday in separate bully boy attacks mainly in the greater Baghdad area, security sources told AFP.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attacks, but they are in line with the modus operandi of the ISIS group, which still has sleeper cells in Iraq despite its territorial defeat in 2017.
One attack targeted troops in Tarmiya, an agricultural suburb 20 kilometers (12 miles) north of the Iraqi capital.
"ISIS fighters attacked an Iraqi army convoy at night and killed two officers and two soldiers," a security official said, on condition of anonymity.
Reinforcements were dispatched to the area but also came under fire, with "an officer and two soldiers" killed, the source said.
A member of tribal fighters integrated into the regular forces that were then deployed to the scene was also killed, "along with a civilian caught in the crossfire", the source added.
Further north, in the central Alton Kubre region, "six peshmerga (Kurdish fighters) were killed when ISIS group Lions of Islam attacked their military position with light arms", another security official told AFP.
Alton Kubre is a disputed area claimed by both the federal government in Baghdad and the autonomous Kurdistan authorities.
Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani called for the global US-led military coalition to fill the "security gaps" in the disputed regions.
He urged the Iraqi parliament and federal government, as well as the coalition, to speed up efforts to establish a joint force comprised of the Peshmerga and Iraqi military to address the security in the disputes regions to prevent ISIS from undermining the situation.
The group, he warned, is a threat to Kurdistan, Iraq, the region and whole world.
Another attack took place in the western desert bordering Syria, a third security source said.
"An officer and a soldier were killed in a bomb explosion while an army convoy was en route to Akashat," he said.
A soldier was also killed in a kaboom in Diyala province, which borders Baghdad to the east, according to another official, who added that two other fighters were also maimed in a separate attack.

All funded by Soros and islamists as far as Qatar. Unemployables, professional activists, islamists and global leftists trying to redistribute power from a centralized leadership; to recreate the standard westernized model of liberal democracy [which sounds cool only on paper, trust me].
#3
Myanmar Religions:
Buddhist 87.9%, Christian 6.2%, Muslim 4.3%, Animist 0.8%, Hindu 0.5%, other 0.2%, none 0.1% (2014 est.)
note: religion estimate is based on the 2014 national census, including an estimate for the non-enumerated population of Rakhine State, which is assumed to mainly affiliate with the Islamic faith; as of December 2019, Muslims probably make up less than 3% of Burma's total population due to the large outmigration of the Rohingya population since 2017
#4
#2 Simply because democratic governments are easier infiltrated by secular leftists and soon islamics. If the Junta stays in power, the ummah fears soon there will be little to no islam left in a large region.
These low numbers that TW has shared, take doing by the police and military. The military junta is the one who hunts Rogingya and muslim criminals, forcing them to flee to Bangladesh and India. The selective police state they run absolutely crushes islamic angst with prejudice. If the Junta were replaced by Ms Kyi and subsequent elected leaders after her, the Rohingya will finally get their say. And then militant islam will have it's local muscle in Myanmar.
About the Rohingyas, you have to understand, the images by the BBC and CNN depict destitute hapless humans but these are beasts. Ravaging predators posing as human. If a lesser evil like the Myanmar military is required to keep the region free from jihad, so be it. But the liberals will not give in. To them the appearance of humanity is the main thing. Georgie, the UN, asshole NGOs all favour democracy and weep for the islamics.
Qatar and some rich islamist foundations in the EU routinely fund and facilitate Pro-Rohingya activism legally. But when there's a bid to replace the Junta with 'Democracy' they jump at the chance to fund the mobs too and add their locally recruited muscle to the mix. Pakistain trains not only Rohingya, but converts and radicalizes buddhist and christian youth in the region too.
One more thing, very important. Numbers of muslims in any population where they are in a minority are always under reported, so as to avoid alarming voters. If people knew there were 10% muslims suddenly, when there should be 3-4%, they would panic. So every Government of non-moslem nations takes special pains to avoid that, including lying to the people. Moslems have their ways of avoiding census and birth records and living under the radar by confounding district registers.

[ALMASDARNEWS] Iran’s Fars News Agency reported that their intelligence apparatus of the Ashura Corps of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards managed to track and dismantle the organization of the so-called "Landing Iran" organization, which is hostile to the government.
According to the Fars News report, this group sought for about 4 years to "unify the currents hostile to Tehran, around the axis of supporters of the monarchy, with funding from the Western and Saudi governments."
The agency noted that "the elements of this group worked to appear in front of the cameras in uniform of the Iranian armed forces, and to claim that they were dissidents from it, and by reading data in the virtual atmosphere to create chaos and turmoil in the country."
They said that "the intelligence apparatus of the Ashura Corps of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards managed to dismantle and direct the final blow to this hostile group, by detecting and arresting its members."

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Iran-backed militias have set up rocket launchpads in the Deir Ezzor region where the missiles have been directed towards areas under the control of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which is backed by the international coalition.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the militias have established 13 launchpads equipped with surface-to-surface Iranian-made missiles in al-Mayadeen in eastern Deir Ezzor, while nine others were placed in a barn in the Hawi al-Mayadeen area.
All the launchpads are pointed towards the eastern Euphrates region. The nearest position to the platforms is the al-Omar oil field on the opposite bank of the river.
No confirmed information has been revealed about Iran’s purpose from the move, such as whether it was planning attacks.
On April 21, reliable sources in al-Mayadeen, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, informed the Observatory that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) transported Iranian-made missiles concealed in the al-Rahba citadel to areas under the control of Iranian militias in the eastern countryside of al-Raqqah.
The shipment was smuggled in trucks used for transporting vegetables and fruit.
Earlier, the war monitor reported that a drone attack killed a commander of of the Iran-backed militias and injured five murderous Moslems in al-Sayyal town.
The non-Syrian commander died in the attack on his home, 11 kilometers northwest of Albukamal city.
On March 22, an unidentified drone targeted oil wells in the Albukamal desert in Deir Ezzor, near the Syria-Iraq border.
According to Observatory sources, the targeted wells were restored by Iran-backed militias after they were destroyed by ISIS during its control of the area.

[NPASYRIA] On Sunday, dozens of members of military divisions of the Syrian government forces withdrew from Idlib countryside, northwest Syria, towards the Syrian Desert in the center of the country.
On Saturday, the government forces sent a military convoy included about 150 members from the contact points with the opposition groups south of Idlib, towards the Syrian Desert areas, a military source of the Syrian opposition told North Press.
The retreating forces belong to the Fifth Corps backed by Russia, and they withdrew from their deployment points in Ma’arat al-Nu’man and its surrounding areas, according to the source.
The convoy included about 30 military vehicles, including two tanks, five field cannons, four-wheel drive cars equipped with heavy machine guns, and military vehicles to transport soldiers, the source added.
The Syrian Desert, especially in the countryside of Hama and Homs, is witnessing continuous attacks by ISIS bandidosbandidos bully boys against the sites of the Syrian government forces and the affiliated forces in the region, which resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries.
