In an order late on Friday, U.S. District Judge James Selna said Avenatti, who represented adult film actress Stormy Daniels in lawsuits against U.S. President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... , may stay at a friend's home during the 90-day release period.
Avenatti, 49, must first be quarantined for 14 days at a Federal Bureau of Prisons facility, to ensure he does not have the coronavirus or symptoms, before moving to the home of Jay Manheimer in Venice, California.
Selna, who has called Avenatti a "danger to the community," said the lawyer would wear an electronic monitoring bracelet, have no internet access, and except for health emergencies be unable to leave Manheimer's home without permission. Bond was set at $1 million.

Pugh had asked for another delay because she’s been "adversely affected" by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her perjury court date was moved to May 14.
So the reason for her late arrival at the Crowbar Hotel is, of course... the virus. As hard as I try to find interesting stories for our readers that aren’t focused on the damned pandemic, it seems to seep into everything. But in this case, Pugh isn’t getting a reprieve because the court is afraid she’ll become infected. Instead, she claims to need the extra time because the courts are barely functioning due to social distancing rules. She still has yet another trial coming up, this one for perjury, but it’s been pushed back on the calendar.

The sexual assault charges are a DNC trick, not a GUP trick. They are doing it to themselves and I agree with Ms Gray. But the question is Who? Who will stand up? We know the dems could care less about truth, integrity, and their constituatants. We will wait and see who they name as VP and how it goes before Biden falls out.
