[Guardian] Kim Philby, Britain's most notorious cold war traitor, told an audience of East German spies after his defection that he was able to avoid being rumbled for so long because he had been "born into the British governing class". The chutzpah, the bold imperiousness, providing classified documents to unauthorized sources. Sound like anyone we know ?
[Wash Times] Democratic primary front-runner Hillary Clinton ran afoul of both the pro-life and pro-choice sides of the abortion debate Sunday when she said constitutional rights do not apply to an "unborn person" or "child."
"The unborn person doesn't have constitutional rights," Mrs. Clinton said on NBC's "Meet the Press." "Now that doesn't mean that we don't do everything we possibly can in the vast majority of instances to, you know, help a mother who is carrying a child and wants to make sure that child will be healthy, to have appropriate medical support."
Mrs. Clinton also said "there is room for reasonable kinds of restrictions" on abortion during the third trimester of pregnancy.

And you can say whatever you want about Bernie Sander but he's keeping pressure on the Beest which, it would seem, is beginning to make her very uncomfortable.

The way to answer this is to say "Right, cause it's your property." When they agree, point out that slaves are property too and as the party of slavery, the moral alignment is the same. Slaves and property are theirs to destroy.

Sanders is clearly closer to Hitler, with his desire to control everything and his Brown Shirts trying to shut down opposing (Trump) political rallies.
Not enough 'pro' between the 'quid' and the 'quo'...
The same day they voted to raise the minimum wage, five Democratic lawmakers received big campaign checks from a local union of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the group that pressured lawmakers for the wage bill, according to documents filed with the state.
The SEIU Local 1000 Candidate PAC made election contributions of $8,500 each to Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon (D-Paramount), former Assembly Speaker Toni Atkins (D-San Diego), Assemblyman Rob Bonta (D-Alameda) and Sen. Jim Beall (D-San Jose). The local also gave a $4,200 campaign contribution to Assemblyman Kevin McCarty (D-Sacramento).
All of those Democrats voted for the measure.
All of the contributions were made Thursday, the same day the Assembly and Senate approved a bill that would raise the minimum wage in California to $15 an hour over the next six years, according to the campaign finance report.

So add another ~14.5% PLUS medical insurance (if provided), retirement packages (if provided), education (if provided), mileage (if required, etc.
Don't forget that union dues and 'market recovery' programs are based on the area's minimum wage. That means that the union folks already making the perceived 'big bucks' will see increases in their contributions to the local/national 'brotherhoods'. The rank-and-file probably weren't told this during the run-up by their local union leaders, however.
The list goes on.

How many hamburgers will an $8500 campaign contribution buy after the price hikes take place?
