State Sen. Leland Yee (D-the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... ) was charged Wednesday with conspiring to commit wire fraud and traffic firearms, part of a sweeping public corruption case outlined by federal prosecutors.
The charges sent shock waves through the San Francisco and Sacramento political establishments, as FBI agents searched Yee's Capitol office. Last year the FBI raided the offices of Sen. Ron Calderon (D-Montebello), who was targeted in a bribery sting.
In all, 26 people, including former school board president Keith Jackson, were indicted on charges related to an extensive crime ring headed by well-known Chinatown figure Raymond Chow, who was also tossed in the slammer ... anything you say can and will be used against you, whether you say it or not... and charged Wednesday.
The indictment alleges Yee and Jackson defrauded "citizens of honest services" and were involved in a scheme to traffic firearms in exchange for thousands in campaign donations to the senator.
Federal prosecutors also allege Yee agreed to perform official acts in exchange for the money, including one instance in which he introduced a businessman to state politicians who had significant influence over pending medical marijuana legislation. In exchange, the businessman -- who was actually an undercover FBI agent -- agreed to donate thousands to Yee's campaign fund, according to the indictment.

What's up with the sudden wave of arrests of Dem politicians over guns and corruption? Mostly by the Feds, and even including a lot of Holder's people?

Donks are famous for Freudian Projection. See what they accuse others of to understand what they are doing. That and naming their legislation the opposite of what it really does - ie the (unaffordable) Affordable Care Act. See George Orwell for Doublespeak.
He imports guns, gets money.
Gun violence increases, he uses money to fund his platform for re-election for more gun grabbing.
He is re-elected and crafts laws to further solidify government power by taking away rights.
Rinse, repeat with every Bill of rights until tyranny is reached.

Per reports, a portion of the weapons that were to be brought into New Jersey, were then to be sold to buyers in North Africa via Sicily.
So yeah, not only would Yee be to be getting campaign funds for his part in the smuggling deal, but he would be indirectly providing support to jihadists.

So an American liberal politician of Chinese descent was participating in helping Russians (a Chinese ally) run guns to Islamic terrorists who are helping to bleed the current Chinese target for territorial expansion?

If that is the case he needs to be shot for treason.
A recent fire at one of the radar assets belonging to the Range resulted in damage that requires a large amount of repair. Initially it was thought the repairs would only take a few days, before later estimates noted it could take as long as 45 days.
The launch of a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket carrying the National Reconnaissance Office (NROL-67) payload has been delayed .
As such, the SpaceX launch which has been delayed several times for various reasons remained on track for its latest target of March 30, with the Falcon 9 tasked with lofting the CRS-3/SpX-3 Dragon to the International Space Station (ISS). This schedule also allowed for an alternative launch date of April 2 based on the shortest rendezvous time.
However, throughout the day L2 sources began noting information was being passed down the chain of command that the launch was to be delayed into April.
The reason for no immediate official comment from SpaceX was likely to be related to what was described as last ditch efforts to try and find a short-term solution to the Range situation, classed as alternative telemetry possibilities.
However, this effort was later portrayed as likely to be associated with creating expedited launch date options next month, as opposed to still being able to launch on Sunday.
The delay was confirmed by SpaceX in a response to NASASpaceFlight.com late on Wednesday.
(SpaceX is) standing down for this weekend due to an issue with a mandatory range asset thats required to support launch, said SpaceX spokesperson Emily Shanklin to NASASpaceFlight.com
No realigned launch date has been announced at this time.
Lesson - if the government has a node on your critical path you must consider how to replace it. SpaceX really needs to build their private launch sites or do higher energy dog-legs out of their alternate pad at the Air Force's Vandenberg AFB.

SpaceX is trying to have a private site in Boca Chica Texas but the FAA has been sitting on the environmental impact report forever. The FAA keeps delaying with no reason given.
Brownsville Texas wants it.
Mexico is happy.
Texas gov wants it.
Texas Unions want it.
Texas workers want it.
So far there are no environmental issues and everything is GO except the FAA officials can't find the time in their busy work day of kissing butt to actually write a final report.
And with ITAR they can't leave the USA and put it on a Caribbean Island without going to jail.
Judicial Watch put two states and the nation's capital on notice that it will file a federal lawsuit if they don't clean up their voter registration rolls within 90 days.
Iowa, Colorado and the District of Columbia have one thing in common -- they have more registered voters than people eligible to vote.

This is why Colorado went "purple". The GOP there was the country-club Repubs, and they sat and let this happen. Why? because they'd rather control a loser than lose control of a winner. Thats why they refused to help Tea Party candidates, sabotaged many of them in primaries which weakened them in general elections, and some of them simply sat on their hands and wallets instead of supporting the republican (Tea Party) candidate out of spite.
Its all about power for the CountryClub repubs, and they don't care about fraud because they think when they return to power they can use the fraud in their favor. So now it falls to the courts.

So now we will have the fraud out in the open. Never missing the chance to exploit a crisis, our dear leader will use it to call the 2016 elections and stay in power.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid tried to explain the Obama administration's latest decision to extend a key ObamaCare deadline by saying people just "are not educated on how to use the Internet."
The explanation, which glossed over the myriad technical problems HealthCare.gov had for weeks after its October launch, came as the administration faced Republican criticism for a late-breaking decision to extend a looming deadline for some. Open enrollment in the Affordable Care Act federal exchanges is set to end March 31, but the Department of Health and Human Services will let those who start the application process before that date have a bit more time to finish.
Reid, and the Obama administration, will not call the change a "delay."

How do such bottom feeders rise to the top like so many floaters? I cannot figure it.

Mr. Reid must be addressing the 19% of the population that just doesn't give a damn about Obamacare or the internet -- Somebody insert a Ven Diagram here.

The problem for Harry (deserves to be hanged) Reid is that things are the opposite: the people ARE internet savvy, and we know exactly what they are up to with Obamacare, and therefore want nothing to do with it.
They young, especially, are not signing up. As many predicted, if they had just been listened to 5 years ago and the interim since.po

If Obama, Reid and the rest of the donks were so smart their system would have been idiot proof. Any programmer worth his or her salt knows that. So it sounds to me like the people who were not Internet savvy are the ones who attempted to create a working web site named HealthCare.gov and failed.
