[FOXBUSINESS] Nonwhite voters have been most impacted by inflation and their growing frustration poses a threat to Democrats ahead of the 2022 midterms, according to the findings of a recent poll.
The poll, published Monday by The Wall Street Journal, showed that around 35% of nonwhite voters — including Black, Hispanic, and Asian-American — reported inflation causing higher strain on their finances compared with less than a third of White voters.
Overall, nearly 60% of participants said inflation was causing them "major or minor financial strain." Some of them reportedly blamed President Biden’s actions to limit oil-and-gas drilling and pipelines in the U.S. for causing inflation.

But, rest assured, they will leave the Media and blog commenters a few minor items to point out and Rant about for bait-click Rev $$$$. While doing an excellent CYA job for themselves and other elites.
[RedState] Last week the case of January 6 defendant Lucas Denney gained considerable attention when the defense sought Mr. Denney’s release because of two Government violations of his pre-trial rights. Denney had been locked up for more than 80 days without having a Preliminary Hearing (to which he was entitled within 14 days) or being indicted within 30 days of his arrest, as required by the Speedy Trial Act. The defense filed separate motions for these violations.
To prevent the court from releasing Denney, the Government rushed through an indictment last Monday only hours before a magistrate judge was to consider the first defense motion. While this maneuver succeeded in keeping Denney locked up, in its hurry the Government charged Denney with only one count of assaulting a federal officer rather than the 12 offenses for which he was originally arrested on a Complaint. Doubtless, the Government intended to later obtain a superseding indictment against Denney that would include all 12 original charges.
Today, however, when Denney was brought before the court to be arraigned on that single charge, he surprised the Government and the court by seeking to plead guilty to it. This was very astute lawyering by Denney’s counsel to take advantage of the Government’s tactical misstep. By pleading to a one-count indictment, Denney obtains a better resolution than the Government would have ever offered him as a plea deal, and the constitutional protection against double jeopardy would prevent the Government from bringing the additional charges against Denney. In the chess match of criminal procedure, it was a checkmate move by the defense.
But the court temporarily halted the move by refusing to let Denney enter a plea, saying that it wanted to research the issue. Thus, after a bit of drama today, the saga isn’t finished yet. It will resume on Thursday when Denney is again brought before the court. I have no words for this.

Flynn again. Government drops the charges but the judge says wait I'll appoint my own prosecutor. Tyrants in robes. No J6 defendants can get a fair trial in a DC court.
[NationalPulse] Rheanne Wirkkala – recently tapped by President Joe Biden to advise Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin – appears to have been duped by a prank phone call offering compromising material on Donald Trump while working for her prior boss, Congressman Adam Schiff.
Wirkkala, who is awaiting Senate confirmation for the role of Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs at the Pentagon, currently serves as the Special Assistant for Strategy to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. “In that role, Wirkkala helps drive Secretary Austin’s national defense priorities, and is responsible for long-term strategic planning for the Secretary of Defense,” explains the White House.
Despite Wirkkala’s influential role in America’s military planning, the former top aide to Congressman Schiff appears to have fallen for a prank carried out by Russian comedians who offered to give the California congressman’s ‘compromising’ dirt on Donald Trump.
Amongst the items offered by pranksters posing as the chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament were nude photos of President Trump and a Russian reality show star. Schiff appeared to be taking notes on the conversation and repeatedly inquired about spellings of names and documentation he could send to the FBI.
“I’ll be in touch with the FBI about this. And we’ll make arrangements with your staff. I think it probably would be best to provide these materials both to our committee and to the FBI,” said Schiff during the conversation.
E-mails provided to the Daily Mail show Wirkkala praising the call as “productive” as well as attempting to arrange a “pick up” of “materials.”
“I understand Mr. Schiff had a productive call with Mr. Parubiy, and that Mr. Parubiy would like to make some material available to Mr. Schiff through your embassy,” wrote Wirkkala to the pranksters, according to the April 4, 2017 email.
Wirkkala is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Truman National Security Project Security Fellow, the latter being a pro-war, left-wing foreign policy think-tank which once boasted of both Hunter Biden and Ron Klain on its board.

The terms the Bidens, Adam Schiff, and Hunter Biden's Think Tank ought to create cognitive dissonance in most sane Americans.

[CNBC] Sarah Bloom Raskin, President Joe The Big Guy Bident's e battled nominee to the Federal Reserve, withdrew her candidacy to serve at the central bank.
Raskin's withdrawal ends a weekslong partisan battle in the Senate over her views on climate policy.
The move came a day after Sen. Joe Manchin, a conservative Democrat from West Virginia, said he could not support her nomination.
Biden had picked Raskin — a former Fed governor and deputy Treasury secretary — to be the Fed's next vice chair for supervision, one of world's most powerful banking regulators.

This is the problem with letting communists be in charge of anything, much less being on the Federal Reserve Board. In a sane world, we wouldn't have President Vegetable, but in a half-way sane world we wouldn't have needed Joe Manchin to point out the ovbious.
