[Gateway] Tucker Carlson reported Monday night that tax returns for the years 2016-2018 have disappeared from Joe Biden’s campaign website’s financial disclosure page at Joe Biden.com .
Those years cover the same timeframe that first son Hunter claimed on a background check report to allegedly have paid nearly $50,000 per month rent to stay at father Joe’s Wilmington, Delaware home where illicit classified documents were found in December 2022 and last week. (Note added at end to reflect headline edit: Rent claim is in question)
The link for Biden’s tax returns for 2019 for federal, Delaware and Virginia is still active. All the others redirect to a Democrat donation page.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris proudly displayed their tax filings on the JoeBiden.com webpage.

a lot of clarifications and explanations are due for this
but since a special prosecutor has been assigned the WHouse and DOJ can just defer to the SP and the SP office can just 'no info until investigation is finished'

I guess Congress will just have to subpoena his tax records for the last 20 years and release them publicly - with the SSN info redacted, of course.

Well someone did point out that Biden did not declare the $50K/month rent from Hunter as 'income'.
#7
Keep in mind that the reason they were so damn sure that revealing Trump's tax returns would show all sorts of 'smoking guns' and they would finally 'get him' is that their own returns very likely actually *do* have 'smoking guns'.

At some point on Tuesday afternoon, the missing files were restored to Biden’s website. These files were only uploaded on Tuesday, as one can see by hovering over the links where the files are located. Probably altered.

[NYPOST] An unhinged vagrant who terrorized Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood last year is still at it — and locals say the city isn’t doing anything to help despite Mayor Eric Adams’ new program to get troubled homeless people off the streets.
Residents at one Lexington Avenue building told The Post management even spent nearly $4,000 on a locksmith to try to keep the troublesome vagabond from camping out in their lobby — but he somehow still found a way in.
"For the past two months the guy’s been sleeping in the vestibule area," said Abe Bichoupan, a resident of the co-op building on Lexington near East 25th Street. "He would pop in four, five in the afternoon. He would eat there, smoke."
Over the weekend, residents called cops at least five times after the homeless man broke into the compact room and defecated — only to have police let him go when he refused help.
"The police are saying that they don’t have any right to put him in an institution or whatever unless he consents to it in writing," Bichoupan said.
If he isn’t an imminent danger to himself or others, that’s the general rule across America for those legally adult.
"As much as he’s imbalanced he still can respond to a few questions posed by authorities, and he just doesn’t want to go in."
The Post first wrote about the man— known as Howard but nicknamed "Cheese" by local cops because of his stench — in April, when he was spotted wandering the area and muttering to himself as he tried to get into area businesses.

Back in the pre-80's such problems were collected and driven to the county line, or given a field trip to the levee rd. swamp that runs along the Savannah River.
The levee walk was the most effective.
Given the problem person, a few miles of dodging Gators, Boars, packs of wild dogs and snakes to redeem themselves.

Yes, they can't possibly get them all registered to vote before the next major election. That's a crisis.

He said yesterday that New York City is now and will stay a sanctuary city. He said that status has nothing to do with the influx of illegals. Putz. Finally blames feds.

Reads like victims were beaten with the pistol braces.
[FoxNews] Republican lawmakers and gun rights groups blasted the Biden administration over a new rule that tightens regulations on pistol stabilizing braces.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco and Explosives (ATF) finalized a new regulation Friday that will treat guns with stabilizing accessories like short-barreled rifles, which require a federal license to own under the National Firearms Act.
The move is part of a comprehensive gun crime strategy President Biden announced in April 2021, in response to the massacre at a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, where a gunman using a stabilizing brace killed 10 people. A stabilizing brace was also used in a shooting in Dayton, Ohio, that left nine people dead in 2019.
Announcing the rule, Attorney General Merrick Garland said that stabilizing brace accessories, which were designed to help disabled combat veterans enjoy recreational shooting, transform pistols into short-barreled rifles.
"Keeping our communities safe from gun violence is among the Department’s highest priorities," Garland said. "Almost a century ago, Congress determined that short-barreled rifles must be subject to heightened requirements. Today’s rule makes clear that firearm manufacturers, dealers, and individuals cannot evade these important public safety protections simply by adding accessories to pistols that transform them into short-barreled rifles."
"Certain so-called stabilizing braces are designed to just attach to pistols, essentially converting them into short-barreled rifles to be fired from the shoulder," said ATF Director Steven Dettelbach. "Therefore, they must be treated in the same way under the statute."
Second Amendment advocates were apoplectic over new requirements for gun owners to register existing pistols equipped with stabilizing braces with the government within 120 days, or else remove the brace or surrender the firearm to ATF.
"The Biden administration chose to shred the Constitution today," the National Rifle Association said.
"Joe Biden is an enemy of our Second Amendment," the group added.
Gun Owners of America, which bills itself as the only "no-compromise" gun lobby in Washington, D.C., vowed to file a lawsuit challenging Biden's new ATF regulation.
"This admin continues to find ways to attack gun owners. We will continue to work with our industry partners to amplify the disapproving voices in the firearms industry and [Gun Owners Foundation], our sister legal arm, will be filing suit in the near future," said Erich Pratt, senior vice president of Gun Owners of America.
"Pres. Biden just initiated the largest federal gun registration scheme in our nation’s history w/o even the passage of a new law. GOA is actively working with Congress to pass a resolution blocking this rule under the Congressional Review Act," added the organization's director of federal affairs, Aidan Johnston.
Their cause was taken up by Rep. Richard Hudson, R-N.C., who in June 2021 wrote a letter signed by 140 lawmakers expressing opposition to the proposed rule on stabilizing braces.

I think the feds continue this barrage of unconstitutional stuff because the Supreme Court can’t take all the cases so some of the bad laws and regs stick for a period of time. The language of the Constitution is pretty close to absolute, although no reasonable person would demand the right of incarcerated people to have guns during their incarceration. The New York stuff where the state leadership ignores the Supreme Court seems uncommon to me since Martin Luther King was alive.

Seems like to purpose of the pistol brace is to enhance gun control. DV says any gun control is unconstitutional but you'd think Democrats would like it.

Re #6. It beautifully encapsulates the folly of the liberal thought process - short-barreled rifles are not regulated because they are more dangerous but because the regulation already exists due to some past dumb, arbitrary choice that, because it is now written in law, becomes sacred to the left.

Isn't this a VP:VP role?

[FoxBusinessNews] Yellen's China meetings come after Biden and Xi’s Bali meeting last November.
In hopes of strengthening communication between the U.S. and the People’s Republic of China, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen will be in Zurich, Switzerland on Wednesday to meet with China's Vice Premier Liu He.
Despite three virtual meetings, the summit will be Yellen’s first in-person meeting with Liu He since taking office and will cover an exchange of views on macroeconomic developments and other economic issues.
YELLEN WILL THEN VISIT AFRICA
The Treasury secretary will also visit Africa this week to discuss the Biden administration’s plans to deepen economic ties with countries there by expanding trade and investment flow.
The Treasury Department announced on Monday that Yellen will travel to Senegal, Zambia and South Africa from Jan. 17 to 28, in hopes of building a stronger and more resilient economy on the continent that benefits their citizens, the U.S., and the entire world.
Last month, at the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington, D.C., President Biden announced over $15 billion in two-way trade and investment commitments, deals and partnerships.
According to the Treasury announcement, high-quality infrastructure investments will be funded through the Partnership for Global Infrastructure Investment to prevent and prepare for future pandemics through the new Pandemic Fund.
[Federalist] The son of a notable Alabama civil rights activist muppet was indicted on charges related to voter fraud on Wednesday, undercutting claims by leftist organizations and corporate media that legitimate concerns about the issue are unfounded.
According to Advance Local, an Alabama news outlet, Perry County Commission Chairman Albert Turner Jr. has been charged by Fourth Judicial Circuit District Attorney Michael Jackson and Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill "with voting more than once, which is a misdemeanor, and harvesting ballots, a felony." The alleged incidents occurred during two separate elections in May and November of last year.
As noted in the report, Jackson revealed how several witnesses claimed they saw Turner "stuffing filled out ballots in favor of the candidates he was supporting" into a voting machine during the county’s May 2022 Democrat primary election. Regarding the November contest, Jackson said Turner has been, as Advance Local described, "accused of mailing an undisclosed number of absentee ballots."
"Since January 19, 2015, we have worked extraordinarily hard to make it easy to vote and hard to cheat in Alabama," Merrill said. "While the accused is innocent until proven guilty, it is important to know that this incident ... will receive the full attention of this office as we confirm for the people for the State of Alabama that we are the gold standard for election administration in the United States."
Merrill and Jackson did not indicate which particular races Turner has been accused of meddling in nor whether those alleged actions could have affected any election’s outcome.
While Turner’s alleged crimes present a striking example of problems with the integrity of U.S. elections, the story will almost assuredly be ignored by Democrat-friendly nonprofits and corporate media. For years, such entities have worked overtime to dismiss concerns related to fraud and ballot harvesting.
In 2018, for instance, The Washington Post ran a lengthy article lamenting Republican-backed voter ID laws as a form of voter suppression and castigating voter fraud as "extremely rare in recent elections."
"The real problem with American elections is not voter fraud but abysmally low turnout that ranks the United States near the bottom of peer democracies," the diatribe reads. "The many forms of voter suppression now in place could have an effect on the outcome of the [2018] midterm elections, with many House, Senate and gubernatorial races decided by a handful of votes."
Left-wing nonprofits such as The Center for American Progress ...George Soros-funded think tank headed by John Podesta, White House chief of staff under Bill Clinton ...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of the word is... , supplied progressive talking points and policy positions for the Obamaregime. There was a revolving door between the White House and its nerve center, with B.O. staffing his administration with many of its operatives... have also gone to war against Americans concerned about election integrity issues. In 2016, the group published an article titled, "Voter Fraud Isn’t Real—But Voter Suppression Is a Grave Danger," in which the authors bemoan how the "toxic myth of voter fraud is used to justify real voter suppression that costs citizens their voices in democracy."
While there’s been ample evidence of fraud, irregularities, and other rigging in recent elections, there’s also been historic numbers of people voting, putting to bed false narratives that so-called rampant voter suppression is killing democracy.
