Biden to Finally Meet Baby Formula Makers and Seek Supply Fixes

It’s a waste of time for poor President Biden to host anything — strictly kabuki for the rubes. This is an FDA non-execution issue. The FDA belongs to the Department of Health & Human Services, currently headed by former congressman Xavier Becerra, who clearly does not want to be connected to this debacle.

[Breitbart] President Joe Biden will meet infant formula manufacturers on Wednesday in an effort to solve ongoing supply chain problems, almost four months after the product first started disappearing off shelves.

The White House said Biden would host a roundtable with leaders of manufacturers ByHeart, Bubs Australia, Reckitt, Perrigo Co. and Gerber.

#3 Cut back the FDA's powers and get rid of all the protectionism laws around baby formula and that will fix the issue.

Government caused issue seeks more government to fix the issue.

1st of all, "Biden Meets With ...." given his mental issues I hope someone video tapes it to remind him and Nancy.

2nd, I agree We have way too much Federal Regulation.

SUGGESTION:
Every Federal Reg and Law should have a expiration date requiring automatic review and justification to continue.

Say every 5 to 10 years to see if its working, useless and needs tuning and/or causing greater social problems.

#5 I have thought something similar NN2N1. 5 year sunset clause in all laws passed by congress. Can be pushed to 10 years with a 2/3 vote. If it was a good(ish) and useful law, it will be brought back later. Otherwise it dies at its appointed time.
