White House: Trump didn’t do ‘anything constructive’ to bring Mideast peace

[IsraelTimes] The White House dismisses the Abraham Accords brokered by the Trump administration that saw the establishment of diplomatic ties between Israel and several Arab states.
And then their lips fell off.
"Aside from putting forward a peace proposal that was dead on arrival, we don’t think they did anything constructive, really, to bring an end to the long-standing conflict in the Middle East," says Press Secretary Jen Psaki

, when asked specifically about the normalization agreements.

It was not clear whether Psaki was referring to the Israeli-Paleostinian conflict in particular or broader Israel-Arab ties in the region, though she only referred to the former.

#4 It makes more sense if you interpret their remarks as coming from the POV of Iran. The Abraham Accords are as much a defensive arrangement against Iranian aggression -- they ARE waging proxy wars against both Israel and Saudi Arabia! -- and, as far as the Iranian-aligned Democrats are concerned, that's "not constructive".
