#2 The trial's a shitshow.

The lone defense attorney's doing a better and more effective job than the twelve or thirteen prosecuting attorneys. All the evidence supports acquittal.

#3 Branco's coverage of the trail does opine that the defense is in better shape than the prosecution. However, he may not be taking the jury into account. Many of the things he points out are trail lawyer subtleties that may go right past a jury. Also, judging from a previous description he did of the make up of the jury, there don't seem to be any blue collar workers unless you put nurses into that category. They all seem to be low or mid-level management or professionals. My sense is that the jury is weighted toward the population that thinks "St Floyd".

#5 Watched a Capital Police spokesman on teevee yesterday. He used the term "post insurrection" in his reporting of the tragic attack. Comforting to hear the administration narrative lives on.

#7 And the Pols will use this as an excuse to give the mob whatever it demands knowing full well that this will only increase the next demand for 'Just-Us' - in this case the life of a career Police Officer.

#8 If you think those jurors don’t know what peril they are in if they don’t convict, you are hopelessly naive. BLM and Antifa will burn them out and hound them unmercifully for being honest. This is about national political power and social justice warriors demanding that race trumps truth.

#10 If there will be violence 'n' cries of RAYCISS!! regardless of the verdict, then why not do the right thing? Acquit the man.
This trial is a laughingstock.

#11 Never should have even come to trial. Too late for that in any case. The civil authorities at the state and city level have proven themselves incompetent up to now. What would a competent state governor do in this case? Declare a curfew for a wide area around the venue? Call up the National Guard for a massive show of force, and notify state citizens that violence with respect to the trial outcome will not be tolerated?
