Human Rights Organisation: Erdogan & Al Sarraj Complicit in War Crimes in Libya
[LIBYAREVIEW] Head of the Arab Organization for Human Rights (AOHR) in Libya, Abdel Moneim al-Hurr stated that, "No one doubts the involvement of Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First
...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important...
in war crimes, and the commission of crimes against humanity in Libya."

In an interview with al-Arabiya al-Hadath channel, al-Hurr stressed the need to resort to international courts, such as the International Criminal Court (ICC) due to the inability of the Libyan judiciary to try those accused. He added that the charges include war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The AOHR Head pointed out that a case was recently filed to the ICC, and may need to be examined by the prosecutor’s office and then by the executive room, which might take months or years.

He pointed out that there are numerous crimes committed by foreign mercenaries who entered Libya’s conflict. He explained that the ICC public prosecutor must investigate such cases and send a fact-finding mission to Libya. He said that after that the file should be "referred to the executive department that examines the gravity of these violations and if it falls within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court."

The ICC’s admission of the complaint submitted by the Libyan Organization of Terrorism and Extremism Victims (LOOTAEV) under the name, "Ottoman Turkish aggression against Libya", has sparked many reactions.

The organization’s acceptance came after the complaint was submitted in cooperation with the Institute of Afro-Asian Graduate Studies, and reached the office of the ICC Prosecutor. The lawsuit charged President Erdogan and a number of leaders of the Ottoman Turkish military. It also charged the Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord (GNA) Fayez al-Sarraj, several of his cabinet ministers, and militia leaders aligned with the GNA.
