#3 ..easiest way is renegotiate the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo to give most of the coast back to Mexico, keeping the San Diego I10 corridor. Only requires 2/3rd approval of the Senate. Got to have an example to those Californistas moving to Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.

#4 Halt illegal immigration, replace the immigration Shitshow with skills-based immigration that keeps out Mexican/Central American peasants, and Shitshow-Mexifornia will start to disappear.

Halt the invasion, deport the illegals, and watch a sane and politically-competitive California gradually come back.
