Polls: Despite mixed opinions on Brexit, 93% of UK Jews won’t vote for Labour, UK Jewish Labour group won’t canvass for them

[IsraelTimes] Though not all Jewish Brits are crazy about ‘Leave’ proponent PM Johnson, accusations of anti-Semitism leading vast majority to avoid opposition leader Jeremy Corbyn at any cost.

If the polls are to be believed, Britain’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, is heading for a comfortable win when the country votes in December’s general election.

UK Jewish Labour group won’t campaign for Corbyn-led party in December elections

Jewish Labour Movement says its members will only canvass for ‘exceptional’ candidates, but it shouldn’t be seen as sign of support for Conservative, Liberal Democrat parties.

That’s ok. A vote denied is just as good as a vote obtained for the other side.

The honorary president of the Jewish Labour Movement, Dame Louise Ellman, and former parliamentary chair, Luciana Berger, both left Labour this year, amid accusations of a failure by the party and its leadership to deal with anti-Semitism in its ranks.
