The Revolutionary Gun Clubs Patrolling the Black Neighborhoods of Dallas
Dunno what to make of this.

The lead:
[Vice] On a warm fall day in South Dallas, ten revolutionaries dressed in kaffiyehs and ski masks jog the perimeter of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park bellowing "No more pigs in our community!" Military discipline is in full effect as the joggers respond to two former Army Rangers in desert-camo brimmed hats with cries of "Sir, yes, sir!" The Huey P. Newton Gun Club is holding its regular Saturday fitness-training and self-defense class. Men in Che fatigues run with weight bags and roll around on the grass, knife-fighting one another with dull machetes. "I used to salute the fucking flag!" the cadets chant. "Now I use it for a rag!"

"A knife changes the whole game," one of the drill sergeants, who goes by the name Chief, explains, demonstrating how to perform a slash-and-stab maneuver on the torso of a wide-eyed girl in her 20s. A panhandler wanders up from the street. He is about to ask for spare change but then becomes interested. "What is this? Self-defense? That's cool." A pack of black bikers throw up their fists as they roar by.

Black Police Chief, Black District Attorney, Black Police Chief of the Transit System Police, Hispanic Sheriff.

Is is just a continuation of Black on Black violence only now at the official level? No.

Just as in Ferguson, it is choom gangs strong arming the general public with intimidation and getting into riot mode when they get shot when assaulting the police response.

But if the US continues to spiral down into third world status, you just have to hope that they don't get religion and go ISIS on various regions of the US.

#7 Kool. Make them the reservation's new Apache Police. Mark off the res's boundry and leave them to 'take care of their own'. Just put the natives on notice that if they 'jump the reservation', their raiding parties will draw a lot of unwanted attention, usually in the form of those militarized law enforcement departments.

#8 The question that came to mind as I read the article and looked at the pictures was, how many of those guns were legally purchased by people with proper gun permits? The Black Panthers, old or new, are not known for law-abiding behaviour, after all. On the other hand, they clearly are being taught good trigger discipline, which is a good thing, I suppose.

You might re-think calling your club The Huey P. Newton Gun Club.

On August 22, 1989, Newton was fatally shot on Center Street in the Lower Bottoms neighborhood of West Oakland by 24-year-old BGF member and drug dealer Tyrone Robinson shortly after Newton left a crack house. Robinson was convicted of the murder in 1991 and sentenced to 32 years in prison for the crime, wiki Black on black crime.

The leftists (Obama, De Blasio, Sharpton) have done much to fan the flames of racism and violence in this country.

You don't need a permit for long guns. Just have to pass the background check. Of course, there is no telling how many of these people are eligible to purchase firearms, undoubtedly some of these rifles will be stolen.

As a Texan living in the DFW area, I can tell you these folks are walking a dangerous line and will be shot down at the first provocation.

I'm good with that. But they need to get their facts straight on Zimmerman and Brown.

Bobby Seale, a founder, speculated to me that this new incarnation of his group is a front organization funded by right-wing money, "maybe by the Koch Brothers."

Not the right, and certainly not the Kochs. You might check the WWP, though.

And find out why the Ferguson police department is mostly white, and do something about that. Then, clean up Ferguson without any excuses.
