Given the St. Louis areas, DA's catch and release for persons of NON-White color. I am surprised that this POS was even held and not just issued a citation for felony assault and property damage and allowed to walk away.

Either way, it was another Black on Black Crime, which continues to be the Black communities biggest threat.
