#5 It does still accomplish the goal of terrorizing the unbelievers, so should be punished harshly, but — despite that autistic Israeli lad who earnt a pretty penny emailing threats to Jewish organizations halfway round the world at a rate of X threats per dollar — this kind of thing smacks as much of obnoxious teen fun as it does of schizophrenic acting on his hallucinations.
