I'll charge them only $50K to experience walking Metro-Atlanta Buckhead/North Ave., or the 500 block of Broad Street or East Boundary in Augusta Ga. from 12mid to 3am on a Friday or Saturday night with Kevlar clothing optional.

#10 Someone will open up submarine tours of the Titan wreck within two years. People used to be entertained by professional daredevils tightrope walking or barrel riding Niagara Falls. Now rich people can do the dumb stuff themselves. At a lower price point rubes like us can jump out of planes Velcro’d to someone who knows what they are doing. There are plenty of trails, mountains, and sunsets available without making yourself an expensive national tragedy.
