#4 California. Guy had a gun and at least one spare mag. Out riding his bike and encountered a crash scene, which you don't generally schedule.
So here was an opportunity.....
Or he saw the scene and armed up. Still, not something you schedule.
Maybe he was planning on shooting somebody else but this looked better.
