#1 Which just means that there will be no ramifications from all of her shenanigans (Clinton Foundation, Seth Rich, Arkancides, etc., etc.) despite all of the "bombshell" utterances from the wind bag chumps on Capitol Hill and the Internet.

#3 I doubt it. She might have a political path to the nomination. However, barring a major medical breakthrough she won't be healthy enough to be a credible candidate.

In fact, if she'd been elected in 2016 I think her Presidency would have turned into a reprise of the last Soviet GenSeks' agonizing tenures.
