#1 Cut off all Federal funding to CA, post National Guard troops on all border highway crossings to 'inspect' vehicles. Exempt Frank G and Abu from these searches.

#2 It's not even difficult to boycott their products. They actually make less and less worthwhile stuff all the time.

#3 Also, the perfect time to eliminate the legal fiction of "sovereign immunity." Any crime committed by an illegal from cali = conspiracy / RICO charge against every state official that "sanctuaried."

#5 Just like the democrats did the last Civil War. They seceded from the Union which is exactly what this is.

They are a bunch of Kooks. The whole lot.
And all of their ideas are stupid.

#6 I live about 20 minutes away from the site of Battle of Olompali. In addition to being the only true battle of the Bear Flag revolt, it was also the 1st battle of the Mexican-American War. True Californios know their history and will not go quietly.

#7 Yes! It's important that those who say the law will not be applied to a group take responsibility for any laws broken by that group.
I hope it could be passed by the GOP in an expedited manner.

#8 Whenever I read this kind of stuff about California, the movie Escape from New York comes to mind.

#9 For me, the movie is Blade Runner.

#11 Just like the democrats did the last Civil War.

Something about cheap servile labor too.

#13 M. Murcek, I believe you'll find a ton of high tech, and a large number of farm products (why they are so soft on illegals) come out of California. It'd be harder to boycott California than you think.

I think the entertainment boycott is growing however and like the NFL they will only be able to avoid the issue for so long before having a live or die moment.

#14 Having said that, the US should welcome California taking this sort of step (as a Californian I don't). This will act as a magnet to bring illegals and all of their problems onto California (who can't afford it despite the virtue signaling) which will bring the whole thing to a head before Trump's second term.

#15 And a last note. San Diego has had a border wall for over a decade. Until they dismantle that gov Brown is full of crap.

#16 It is all about cheap exploitable labor for all of those "liberals" and "do gooders" in the tech industry.

There is nothing humanitarian in this, just finding a new source of cheap labor for the "plantation"

#17 Liberals do slip up once in awhile with the 'who will clean our houses' crap. They want a race based servant class and the Republicans never call them on it.
