#2 ..other than starting a database of 'who', then building a linkage of contacts. Remember (even in the movies and tv) how they build up a organizational chart of the mafia. Always seems to makes it easier to get a wire tap. Also makes it easier with searching through the tons of data agencies like the NSA are collecting.

#3 It is better than the zero arrests (and obviously zero indictments) made in the feb 1 anti Milo Y riot in Berkeley, CA.

Of course in the DC anti trump riots there is still the matter of trial or negotiated pleadings and sentencing. With such a large number of indictments, the best strategy would be to try a half dozen cases where they have video and witnesses and go from there.

I don't have much confidence in this happening, however as the City of Washington DC is not efficient at prosecutions and the politicos range from the left to the far left
