#5 I concur Iblis. I would also add that the software firm [Denver-based computer services firm Platte River Networks] should be fully and aggressively investigated, and possibly indicated as a co-conspirator under The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

An example needs to be established and quickly.
