DECLINING", EX-SOLE-SOON-TO-BE-ONE-OF-MANY CO-SUPERPOWERS USA ITSELF.

Sun Tzu, Machiavelli, + Mahan, etc. would argue the above is a recipe for MilPol/Geopol Self-Suicide + National, Geopol Catastrophe.
