#4 A friend sent me an article about CO2 emissions at the Hawaii Observatory reaching 400ppm as proof of global warming. He retracted part of his assertion when I pointed out the observatory is on an active volcano and volcanos emit CO2. The level of CO2 is much higher on an active volcano than on a normal mountain. Even volcanos considered dormant emit CO2.

Given that CO2 levels have risen during the entire period of the temperature pause, one must wonder about claims of causation outside the lab.
