He has always been in high level government positions by appointment only. He is now considered a Democrat and political operative, appointed to Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau by Obama and is ultimately responsible for abusing the power of his office to prevent the commerce of products that are legal and indeed are specifically protected by the United States Constitution.
