Israel can certainly treat the PA as a subjective "Govt-in-exile" waiting for their country to be "liberated" from foreign military occupation - PROB IS THAT "COUNTRY" IN THE PALEO VIEW IS AKA THE CURRENT STATE OF ISRAEL.
ISRAEL CAN'T "LIBERATE" ISRAEL FROM ISRAELalthough I'm sure US-World Lefties will come up wid the Math or Science to say-n-prove "YES, ISRAEL C-A-N DE FACTO LIBERATE ISRAEL FROM ISRAEL"!
