#2 The Western world has lost far fewer citizens to war in the 65 years since they became nuclear-armed than in the previous 65 years. In fact, I think the same can be said of the Russians, and even the Chinese (if you don't start their clock until they were nuclear-armed.) Can the same trend apply to irrational nations?
