#4 Again, even presum that Iran does formally declare that it is both a NUCENERGY + espec a NUCWEAPS STATE come Year 2012, it will still need a proper lead time to dev an "SUFFICIENT" OR MINIMAL NUC ARSENAL TO DETER, LET ALONE DEFEAT OR DESTROY, A MAJOR MILPOL EXTERNAL THREAT [Conventional or Nuclear or Mixed, etc.]. Also, "RISING IRAN" = MOUD + KHAMENI + MULLAHS DESIRE "MANIFEST DSTINY" = IRAN-CENTRIC "GREAT STATE/SUPERPOWER" REGIONAL, INTERNAT HEGEMONY, which by definition means or infers NO NATION-, DESTINY DESTROYING MAJOR WAR OF ANY KIND WID ANYBODY FOR IRAN THRU YEAR 2050 [iff not beyond].

IOW, the REAL THREAT from any 2012 NUC IRAN = "ROGUE STATES", directly andor indirectly, is via NUCLEAR MILITANCY-TERRORISM [Nukes-WMDS MilTerr Cells + Groups + WW Networks, Aligned].

* BEFORE 2050 > purvue of HUMAN VANITY, hence by extension HUMAN-DERIVED GOVT + POLITIX, as defined or supported by DIALECTICISM + "MURPHY'S LAWS".

To wit,
