#1 Murtha needs to be charged with slander, defaming the accused. If he is found guilty and has all his worldly goods taken away, then he needs to be tried for treason and sedition. Then, if found guilty, shot.

The only concept of shame he and his party understand is to impose it on others to extort power. They are oblivious to the concept in application to their own words and actions.
