#1 Since some of the SCOTUS bench warmers are keen on incorporating international law, this may be a good opportunity to stick those righteous individuals who put themselves and this country into jeopardy by going into dangerous situations because its "Their Right"(tm) only to then have them or their family whine and cry for rescue.
