#10 Bush Derangement Syndrome is definitely a mental condition, and a large percentage of Donks adhere to it religiously. That alone tips the scales in the Repuglycon's direction. This Independent also has a bit of sanity left - just enough to know how and why I'm insane (actually, it was a pre-condition to my employment in the Air Force...).
