Seems easy enough to me; change the law. Or ask all the Demo/Kooks the yes / no question: is GITMO the place for terrorists? And when they say no, send these losers to their house. And then bust them for having undocumented personnel living there.

#10 If the US has cleared these people and they want to go back, I dont understand why they cant just put them on a plane.

The plane doesn't necessarily need to land....
