Repubs will cite him as the single screw-up in the federal end of the system. Donks will cite him as the tip of the iceberg. Nancy Pelosi will screech, Hillary Clinton will plot, Jesse Jackson will sneak, Joe Liebermann will hide, and Rush will bloviate.
