#1 IIRC FOX NEWS AM [old] > KRAUTHAMMER = argued that the Bammer has a significant advantage oer Mittens in that Mitt is perceived by many Americans as a "Friend" or "Good ole Boy", NOT AS AN INNOVATIVE, PROB-SOLVING "LEADER" [Leader of a Nation/People].
IIUC, Mitt is not "Presidential" or
"Presidential enuff", as they used to say.

#2 Rasmussen sez: The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows Mitt Romney attracting 45% of the vote, while President Obama earns support from 44%. Six percent (6%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.
Still 11% who will decide later? Inconceivable!
New data shows why the president's "you didn't build that" comments have created such a furor. Seventy-seven percent (77%) of Likely Voters believe that small business owners work harder than others. Seventy-two percent (72%) believe those who start businesses are primarily responsible for the success or failure of their own business. Most also believe that entrepreneurs create more jobs than either government programs or big business.
77% disagree with Champ? Really stepped in it that time, eh?
Republicans continue to hold a modest three-point edge on the Generic Congressional Ballot.

#3 The Shave:
George W Bush and Barack Obama somehow ended up at the same barber shop. As they sat there, each being worked on by a different barber, not a word was spoken. The barbers were even afraid to start a conversation, for fear it would turn to politics.
As the barbers finished their shaves, the one who had Obama in his chair reached for the aftershave.
Obama was quick to stop him saying, 'No thanks, my wife Michelle will smell that and think I've been in a whorehouse.'
The second barber turned to Bush and said, 'How about you sir?' Bush replied, 'Go ahead; my wife doesn't know what the inside of a whorehouse smells like.

#4 I looked at the picture of Obummer and I read his hat at first glance as saying "Elitist."
Dick Morris is an old vote counter for Clinton. He may be right about the polls. Krauthammer seems to think that Obama would win today if the election were held.
The polls don't mean that much at this time. Maybe Obama will go off teleprompter again or somebody will sabotage his teleprompter and the real Obama will show himself again--as a social justice, redistribution, anti-capitalism guy who has been inculcated with Communist and Muslim dogma by his father.

#7 Something to bookmark for checking periodically between now and the election: Karl Rove's 50-State Electoral Map. He's got them marked Strong D/R, Leaning D/R, Toss-Up. Mr. Rove will update it weekly, based in poll data.

#8 Dick Morris tends to be good at crunching poll numbers. Krauthammer is great on foreign policy but I've never heard anything from him on polls before.
Two things about polls. (1) undecided tend to go to the non-incumbant (in this ccase Romney). (2) The Bradley Effect will be in full force this election.
Lastly NBC has already started skewing polls to keep their boy afloat.
We are still a long way out but the Olympics, VP selection, and Republican Convention are gonna suck the air out of Obama's polls for the forseeable future.

#9 Agreed, but let's not get cocky. We need to convert every one of those undecideds and leanings into a vote for Romney. Wd also need to work like hell to ensure our friends, family and neighbors know the facts and are motivated to turn out. And we need to pay attention to ALL of the elections, up and down the line, to take this country back.
