#1 Ah yes, the old Disproportional Impact theory. Black people commit felonies way out of proportion to their percentage of the population, so refusing to hire felons for a job with any sort of responsibility is de facto racism.

Amusing that the artic specifically mentions a network engineer job, given the recent data thievery at the Office of Personnel Management.

Interesting, all foreign owned companies investing in our economy, and evidently not hobbled with 'Affirmative Action' requirements back home. NAACP lawfare will be effective in bringing them around or ending their participation in our job market. Ending non-black privilege is the desired outcome, regardless of the colour.
