Swalwell Spoke At Same 2013 Event As Alleged Chinese Spy Who Worked For Dianne Feinstein
[Daily Caller] California Rep. Eric Swalwell, whose contacts with a Chinese spy were revealed this week, spoke at a same event in 2013 as another alleged Chinese agent who worked for decades for California Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

The event was hosted by the group led by Christine Fang, a Chinese national whose relationship with Swalwell was the subject of a report published this week by Axios. There is no indication of wrongdoing on Swalwell’s part.

The California State University, East Bay Chinese Student Association hosted both Swalwell and Russell Lowe, who then worked for Feinstein, at an event to commemorate the Chinese Lunar New Year on Feb. 9, 2013, according to the group’s Facebook page.

Photos from the event show Swalwell and Lowe speaking to a group of dozens of students at the event. The photo of Lowe shows him holding what appears to be a letter that Feinstein wrote to the student group for its celebration.

LA ROMANA, Dominican Republic.- The former president of the United States, Bill Clinton, is on vacation in the Dominican Republic.

He is spending his vacations in Casa de Campo, La Romana, in the residence of his friend and fellow student Ronald Gonzalez Bunster, a renowned entrepreneur with great interests in the electrical and tourism sectors of the Dominican Republic.

True or Not
IF Roberts leaves the SCOTUS then it creates an opening which the NEXT seated President gets to fill. Because its too late in the game for Trump Admin #1 to do this.

So it would not surprise me to see a serious LSD effort on this matter whether it is Real or Not.

The LSD's have 2 ways to do this and both are WIN WIN for them.

1. Create all types of Fake NEWS and innuendo data.
2. Or if real have a few well paid leakers to it.

Because either way it is a WIN WIN for the Liberal Socialist Democrats (LSD's), if they get to refill the seat with a UBER CREATIVE MINDED LIBERAL.

BTW: I expect to see at least 2 Constitutionalist Judges to retire, or have sudden Health issues before 2024.

Wisconsin Supreme Court tosses Trump election lawsuit, presidential electors meet across the country
[IsraelTimes] The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejects President Donald Trump
...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party...
’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier...
in the battleground state, ending Trump’s legal challenges in state court about an hour before the Electoral College was to meet to cast the state’s 10 votes for Biden.

The ruling came after the court held arguments Saturday, the same day a federal judge dismissed another Trump lawsuit seeking to overturn his loss in the state. Trump appealed that ruling.

Trump sought to have more than 221,000 ballots disqualified in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the state’s two most heavily Democratic counties. He wanted to disqualify absentee ballots cast early and in-person, saying there wasn’t a proper written request made for the ballots; absentee ballots cast by people who claimed "indefinitely confined" status; absentee ballots collected by poll workers at Madison parks; and absentee ballots where clerks filled in missing information on ballot envelopes.

Liberal Justice Jill Karofsky blasted Trumps’ case during Saturday’s hearing, saying it "smacks of racism" and was "un-American." Conservative justices voiced some concerns about how certain ballots were cast, while also questioning whether they could or should disqualify votes only in two counties.

Electors meeting to formally choose Biden as next president

[IsraelTimes] US presidential electors are meeting across the United States today to formally choose Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids....
as the nation’s next president.

Today is the day set by law for the meeting of the Electoral College. In reality, electors meet in all 50 states and the District of Columbia to cast their ballots. The results will be sent to Washington and tallied in a January 6 joint session of Congress over which Vice President Mike Pence will preside.

The electors’ votes have drawn more attention than usual this year because President Donald Trump
...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election...
has refused to concede the election and continued to make baseless allegations of fraud.

Biden is planning to address the nation tonight, after the electors have voted. Trump, meanwhile, is clinging to his false claims that he won the election, undermining Biden’s presidency even before it begins.

Report Claims Dominion Error Rate of 68%, ‘Intentionally Designed to Create Systemic Fraud'
[NationalPulse] A forensic report from the Allied Security Operations Group of election results from Antrim County, Michigan concluded Dominion Voting Systems is "intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results."

The report reasons that while "the allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%)," they "observed an error rate of 68.05% with Dominion Voting Systems. Its findings focus on Antrim County, which saw its election results glitch and flip thousands of votes for President Trump to Joe Biden.

"This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity," the December 13th summary noted.

Critical to the report is the notion that these errors are a "result of machine and/or software error, not human error."

The Allied Security Operations Group explains:

We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.
Followed by 18 page report.

#1  Not only Antrim County:
The audit also included data from two other counties as well, all of which confirmed the results from Antrim.
The audit found that the software for this election somehow failed to properly scan a “staggering” number of ballots, up to 81% in one case, requiring a manual unsupervised adjudication of the scan in order to record the vote. This failure rate was completely different than past election records.

They also found evidence of willful obstruction of justice to hide these facts. The files and adjudication logs are missing. There was also an attempt to zero out the machines before the audit could obtain its data. Finally, the software was updated just before the election, and then just afterward.

In terms of an indisputable smoking gun showing up, which I am afraid I think entirely probable, I'd have to say 'Late' would be some time next summer, or worse yet a year from now.

I don't pretend to speak for anybody, but I rather strongly suspect that rolling out the Dunham Horror to chant 'it's too late' around that time my not work.

Dershowitz: Supreme Court ruling shows 'you can't count on the judiciary' if you're Team Trump
[The Hill] Dershowitz: Supreme Court ruling shows 'you can't count on the judiciary' if you're team Trump
Attorney Alan Dershowitz said the Supreme Court turning down Texas’s election lawsuit sent a message that President Trump and his allies "can’t count on the judiciary" to help overturn the results of the election.

"The three justices that President Trump appointed, his three justices, voted not to hear the case," Dershowitz said during an interview with John Catsimatidis on his radio show on WABC 770 AM. "I think it’s a message to him and his team that you can’t count on the judiciary, you can’t count on the courts."

Dershowitz, a contributor to The Hill, said the president and his allies needed a "perfect storm" in order to overturn the election results, which includes the help of the courts, state governors and secretaries of state.

The attorney noted that time is running out for the president to pose a successful legal bid to overturn the election results. Dershowitz added that since the courts are unlikely to rule in his favor, Trump’s recourse is state legislatures, which are "very, very unlikely" to help him.

#2  My understanding of "standing in a case" as a layman is that the plaintiff (Texas, et al and Trump) can show a harm as the result of the defendants (battleground states) actions. Standing def.

It would seem that a harm has been done to the States as well to the voters by a rigged and fraudulent election. IMHO and undeducated opionion SCOTUS does not seem to be protecting the Constitution. Their decision is another stain on the Robert'c court and will open the door to future fraud and elections will mean little.

Today in Georgia, voters are going to the polls in early voting with little confidence in the process. There is a general feeling of widespread corruption in all three branches of government which have let all American down.

There are not too many avenues left to right the ship of state.

#8  HOW TO FILE AN AMICUS CURIAE (Amicus Brief)

Many states attorney generals filed an Amicus Curiea (Brief) with the Supreme Court supporting the Texas Voter Fraud Law Suit, but not mentioned, private citizens also filed, but not very many. It would be helpful if more did. Here is the definitiona and how to write one Pro Se (without an attorney).

Amicus Curiae (Definition)
An amicus curiae is someone who is not a party to a case who assists a court by offering information, expertise, or insight that has a bearing on the issues in the case. The decision on whether to consider an amicus brief lies within the discretion of the court. The phrase amicus curiae is legal Latin.

Acting US defense secretary's chief of staff Kash Patel files $50M defamation lawsuit against CNN
[FOXNEWS] Kash Patel, the chief of staff to Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller, has filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
and several of its top news hounds, claiming the liberal network published false statements and promoted "unfounded left-wing political narratives" by painting Patel as a pro-Trump conspiracy theorist seeking to smear President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island...
The complaint filed on Friday in Virginia Circuit Court named CNN news hounds Barbara Starr, Zachary Cohen, Ryan Browne, Alex Marquardt and Nicole Gaouette as defendants, in addition to the network itself. It claims CNN "deliberately or recklessly conveyed a false message" to sensationalize the "news" and humiliate Patel.

Patel, who was previously a top aide to Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and a Trump advisor, claims CNN published a series of articles from Nov. 24 through Dec. 4 penned by the defendants that "contain a series of false and defamatory statements" about him, according to the complaint.

The complaint says defamatory statements in the articles include, "Trump loyalist connected to Biden conspiracy theories is leading Pentagon transition," "Kash Patel, a Trump loyalist, ... was connected to efforts to spread conspiracy theories about Joe Biden," Kash "has also worked to discredit Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election," "Pentagon blocked Biden’s intelligence transition team from meeting with agencies," and "Defense Department transition office ... is led by a Trump loyalist connected to efforts to spread conspiracy theories about the President-elect," among other similar examples.

Patel’s legal team said CNN retaliated against him because he helped poke holes in the network’s narrative that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia before the 2016 election.

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Patel’s attorney, Steven S. Biss, argued "publication of the Defamatory Statements is part of a general pattern of retaliation and discrimination against Kash" and "a larger conspiracy undertaken between 2018 and the present to discredit Kash through the publication of false statements and the promotion of unfounded left-wing political narratives."

Kash "uncovered many inconvenient facts undermining the fake political narrative about ’collusion’ between members of the Trump campaign and ’Russians,’" when he was counsel for Nunes, then-chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the complaint claims.

"CNN attacked Kash and published defamatory falsehoods about him because CNN was deeply invested in promoting the Russia collusion hoax and the fraudulent "dossier" manufactured by Fusion GPS for the Crooked Hillary Clinton
...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do...
campaign and the Democratic National Committee," Bliss wrote. "Kash debunked CNN’s reporting... CNN’s latest brutal attack on Kash’s reputation in the Articles is a continuation of past smear campaigns to discredit Kash."

Serious Sexual Misconduct Allegations Surface Against Andrew Cuomo
[TRENDINGPOLITICS] On Sunday, new sexual misconduct allegations were brought forward against New York governor Andrew Sonny Cuomo by one of his former advisers.

The serious allegations were made by progressive activist Lindsey Boylan who came forward in a series of tweets.

"Yes, @NYGovCuomo sexually harassed me for years. Many saw it, and watched," she said. "I could never anticipate what to expect: would I be grilled on my work (which was very good) or harassed about my looks. Or would it be both in the same conversation? This was the way for years."

"Not knowing what to expect what’s the most upsetting part aside from knowing that no one would do a damn thing even when they saw it. No one. And I *know* I am not the only woman," she added. "I’m angry to be put in this situation at all. That because I am a woman, I can work hard my whole life to better myself and help others and yet still fall victim as countless women over generations have. Mostly silently. I hate that some men, like @NYGovCuomo abuse their power."

The allegations come as former Vice President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island...
is considering Cuomo as his attorney general pick, assuming Biden takes office in January.

"Cuomo has been asked in recent weeks about his interest in the attorney general spot," the News Agency that Dare Not be Named reported. "Just this week, he said in a public radio interview in New York, ’I have no intention to run for president or vice president, or go to the administration.’ But he said the attorney general job ’is really critical, especially now.'"

The report that Cuomo may become the United States Attorney General came to a surprise to many considering Cuomo's past.

The New York Times

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

reported:

A three-month examination by The New York Times found that the governor’s office deeply compromised the panel’s work, objecting whenever the commission focused on groups with ties to Mr. Cuomo or on issues that might reflect poorly on him.

Ultimately, Mr. Cuomo abruptly disbanded the commission halfway through what he had indicated would be an 18-month life. And now, as the Democratic governor seeks a second term in November, federal prosecutors are investigating the roles of Mr. Cuomo and his aides in the panel’s shutdown and are pursuing its unfinished business.

Before its demise, Mr. Cuomo’s aides repeatedly pressured the commission, many of whose members and staff thought they had been given a once-in-a-career chance at cleaning up Albany. As a result, the panel’s brief existence — and the writing and editing of its sole creation, a report of its preliminary findings — was marred by infighting, arguments and accusations. Things got so bad that Sherlocks believed a Cuomo appointee was monitoring their communications without their knowledge. Resignations further crippled the commission. In the end, the governor got the Legislature to agree to a package of ethics reforms far less ambitious than those the commission had recommended — a result Mr. Cuomo hailed as proof of the panel’s success.

#8  Cuomo is an F'ing bully and a harrasser.

#9  Since he won't be "brought to book" as they say for killing Grandma and Grandpa, does anyone think this will be an issue for him?

#10  She waiting until she was running for election to bring this up? I am no fan of Cuomo, and I don't doubt it happening, but her waiting until election time is just plain opportunism.

#11  Everyone who worked for this asshole said he's a bully and a thug.

More to the point he's almost certainly guilty if manslaughter -- of literally thousands of elderly citizens.

He should be indicted already. Book him

#12  I agree. I despise Cuomo, but unless Ms Boylan can provide specific details that go beyond "He made me feel uncomfortable by commenting on my looks", this sounds like a hit job.
BTW, this is one reason that before I retired, I would never comment on a woman's looks at work. Even if I wanted to say something positive, I would refrain.

#13  Top Democrats are all deviant?

They are all reptiles with absolutely no sense of right or wrong, no guilt or remorse for the harm they do to real human beings. Deviant sexual behavior is only one aspect of the personality disorder. Of course, they don't consider it to be a disorder.

Disorder? Hardly, it's liberal, democrat prerequisite.

Hunter Biden's Attorney Refusing to Cooperate With Congress, Lawmaker Says
[NTD] Attorneys for Joe Biden's son and brother are refusing to cooperate with congressional oversight, according to a Senate chairman.

Sens. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) have been probing the foreign business dealings, along with other matters, of the Biden family for around a year.

Johnson chairs the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Grassley chairs the Senate Finance Committee.

Johnson said Saturday that lawyers for Hunter Biden, 50, and James Biden, 71, "have refused to cooperate with the committees."

Additionally, five of Hunter Biden's former business partners, including Devon Archer, have not been responsive to letters or emails, the legislator said.

"It should be noted that, collectively, President Trump's family and associated produced documents and agreed to appear at interviews with a number of congressional committees," Johnson said in a statement.

"It would be nice, and in the public's interest, if the Biden family and their associates would be equally cooperative with the Senate, the American people we represent, and the mainstream media that has now joined our long interest in these crucial matters."

#1  Why should they talk to anybody. In a little over a month they'll have received Presidential pardons.

#2  Judge Jeanine Pirro as on a clip on YouTube discussing Barr's and Durham's special counsel. Barr appointed a "special counsel" to give some longevity to the special counsel should Trump not continue as POTUS. She thought Barr was being naive as Biden will fire all the federal prosecutors and replace them with his own. She does not have much faith in the Barr or the special counsel.

Senate committee's have little power or will to enforce much of anything. All they can do is expose corruption. Little has been done in the past as the result of exposing corruption.

#3  /\ I doubt AG Barr is being naive. Making DoJ investigatory calls for a future administration is a bit presumptuous. Unless of course you have been told you will be part of the new team and wish to stabilize potential personnel turbulence.
