''We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation': Kamala Harris claims southern border is sealed in yet another word salad... despite crossings closing in on TWO MILLION
She says meaningless lies that comfort the rubes as a change from the lies that get them riled up. But regardless, it’s word salads all around and that horrible, inappropriate laugh.
  • We're going to have two million people cross this border for the first time ever. You're confident this border is secure?' interviewer Chuck Todd pressed the VP

  • 'We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation including ours in our administration,' Harris replied

  • Biden appointed Harris to tackle the 'root causes' of immigration, but so far border agents have made over 2 million border apprehensions this fiscal year

  • Harris blamed the Trump administration for a 'broken' immigration system

-Short Attention Span Theater-
Joe Biden Scolds at Boston Airport: ‘What the Hell Is the Matter with Us?'
Where's your Transportation Secretary, Joe?
Must be working the rail strike.

[Breitbart] President Joe Biden expressed frustration about the state of American airports on Monday, even though he made funding for trains a greater priority in his infrastructure bill.

“America invented modern aviation, but we’ve allowed our airports to lag behind our competitors’,” Biden said.

The president spoke about airports during a visit to Logan International Airport in Boston to promote more government infrastructure spending.

He griped that the United States did not have any airports listed as the best in the world.

“Today, not a single solitary American airport, not one, ranks in the top 25 of the world,” he said, before growing angry.

“What in the hell’s the matter with us?!” he shouted.
“Get off my lawn, you kids!”

Biden Immigration Boss Apologizes After CBP 'Retweets' Ex-Trump Adviser Stephen Miller
[ZeroHedge] While Vice President Kamala Harris has assured us that the southern US border is 'secure' (despite illegal immigration on track for a record-breaking 2 million arrests this fiscal year), some Customs and Border Protection social media kid is probably out of a job for 'liking' a tweet by former Trump senior adviser Stephen Miller which was critical of the Biden administration's immigration policies.

"Violent criminals lay waste to our communities undisturbed while the immense power of the state is arrayed against those whose only crime is dissent," Miller tweeted. "The law has been turned from a shield to protect the innocent into a sword to conquer them."

In a separate tweet, Miller said that "The media's greatest power is its ability to frame what is a dire national crisis (eg "cops are racist" summer '20) and what is not. Biden's eradication of our border means we are no longer a Republic-he's ended nearly 250 years of constitutional government. The media is silent."

Both of which CBP West Texas retweeted.

Liberals promptly melted down - resulting in CBP Commissioner Chris Magnus apologizing for the retweets.

"This must not happen again," he tweeted Saturday.

We hope whoever tweeted that lands on their feet.

Biden Admin Has Issued The Fewest Oil And Gas Leases Since The 1940s
[ZERO] While President Biden stands in front of podium after podium assuring the American people he is doing everything within his power to help bring down the costs of energy in the country, the facts tell a different story.

In fact, it was reported last week that Biden's administration has "leased fewer acres of land for oil and gas drilling on federal lands and waters than any administration in the last 76 years," according to the Daily Caller and Wall Street Journal.

According to new data from the Department of the Interior, just 126,228 acres of federal land has been issued for drilling during Biden's tenure as President so far. It's the least since President Harry Truman allocated 65,658 acres of land from 1945 to 1946.

However, during that time, the government didn't yet control offshore drilling leases, the report notes.

FBI Turns Up on Doorstep of Trump Supporter Who Wasn't Even at the US Capitol on January 6
[Red State] We’ve been reporting on the efforts of the federal law enforcement bureaucracy to harass and target Trump allies with reported FBI raids on the homes of supporters to execute search warrants, and the DOJ dropping subpoenas on people.

Now one New Jersey woman, Lisa Gallagher, has come forward saying that the FBI showed up on her doorstep the morning after Joe Biden delivered his "anti-MAGA" speech. Gallagher is not a "Trump ally" — she’s just a regular person and Trump supporter. She appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Monday to share the story.

So what is to keep the FED's from monitoring IP & IMEI Addresses to various Blogs and websites. In order to ID "undesirables"?

Remember, any major ISP can reprogram your Cable modem firmware as needed (speed capping +), M$ updates your OS with non-removeable app's like Edge. them plus Google, FB, and others can sale your data w/o a warrant, or didn't you read many of the updated EULA's lately?

Remember they don't have to be 100% accurate, just 1 in 10 or so is enough as they filter thru the possible "undesirables" homes, cars and etc. Until they narrow it down.

The only true limiting factor is physical manpower. OH! didn't they just hire 80,000+ new field agents?

#5  #2, if the FBI wants to know who I am, then yes, I'm sure they can learn my name and home address. However, I do not advocate violence against my fellow American citizens and I do not advocate the violent overthrow of the US government. Other than that, I believe whatever comments I post on Rantburg are protected by the First Amendment. So if the FBI tried to prosecute me in court, I believe their case would be laughed out of court.

The trouble comes when they prosecute anyway because they know it costs money to defend against their spurious charges and those costs can bring financial ruin to the accused...sometimes to the point that innocent people plead guilty because they don't want to lose their family homes by paying for lawyers. So I suppose I am taking a chance by posting on Rantburg. But the shit they do is so outrageous that I just can't help myself. That's why they call it Rantburg.

#6  My guess is that the regulars here have been on lists for some time. The new 87,000 working for the most intimidating agency of all, the one that has rules making YOU prove your innocence, that is the masterstroke if the current administration stays in power. The IRS powers of intimidation are far greater than even the EFFBEYE. They can just assert you cheated on something and YOU have the purden of proof to document that you did not.

It grants your wishes, maybe a promotion to GS12 whatever, but it exacts a toll that is worth way more than that. You may sit there filing away snippets of free speech today as infractions, tracing IPs, finding people to crucify, to please your supervisor. One day you or yours shall need to be heard. But by then there'll be no one like us to hear you. The people your master will guaranteed sell you out to, you and your whole bureaucratic paraphernalia... they already hate you with an undying hatred, son. And there'll be no fringe, no nationalist, no individual voice or anything left. Only pretense and guilt and the feeling of being trapped. Then you shall know that in your pressed pants, and dress shoes, with that snazzy laminate you're wearing now, you've been serving hell. File that away.

#10  Abu, I agree with you on most counts. Except they did jail all the Jan 6th folks, held them without bond or due process. So they can jail you indefinitely without charges if they deem you an undesirable, they can do it because they are doing it. So while you think you are protected by the constitution, and you might be, your not protected against being tossed in jail indefinitely awaiting due process. And timely due process is determined by a judge, not the constitution.

DOJ Refuses to Release Biden Administration Plan to Intervene in 2022 Election
[Breitbart] The Department of Justice (DOJ) is refusing to release 15 pages of documents explaining the Biden administration’s strategy to implement a “voter access” policy that is being coordinated with left-wing groups just weeks before the 2022 election.

In March 2021, President Joe Biden signed Executive Order 14019, “Promoting Access to Voting.” As Breitbart News noted:

President Joe Biden issued an executive order on “access to voting” on Sunday that instructs federal government agencies to promote voter registration, help Americans apply to vote by mail, and “combat misinformation,” among other measures.

The “Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting” reads like a Democratic Party wish-list of “reforms” that enshrines many of the practices that were adopted on a temporary basis during the pandemic-affected 2020 election. Its provisions include:

  • using federal agencies to promote voter registration;

  • using federal agencies to inform Americans about voting;

  • linking federal agency websites to state voter registration websites;

  • providing voter registration and vote-by-mail applications;

  • using “approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations” to register voters at federal agencies;

  • using identification documents issued by the agency to help people register to vote;

  • providing more multilingual services to potential voters;

  • giving public employees “time off to vote in Federal, State, local, Tribal, and territorial elections”; and

  • promoting voter registration for federal prisoners.

One provision states: “It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to expand access to, and education about, voter registration and election information, and to combat misinformation, in order to enable all eligible Americans to participate in our democracy.”

Under the U.S. Constitution, elections are largely administered by the states. But critics of Biden’s executive order noted that it amounts to an attempt to federalize elections, and to do so without authority from Congress, never mind the Constitution.

As Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist noted in June, Biden was elected in 2020 after Democrats and their donors, such as billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, funded and commandeered local election administration in key counties in crucial swing states.

The Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents about the DOJ plan last year, which the DOJ refused to produce until compelled to do so by a federal court last Thursday, two months before the 2002 midterm elections. While it did provide a few documents, the DOJ used a loophole in the FOIA legislation to withhold the “strategic plan” for Executive Order 14019.

As Byron York of the Washington Examiner notes:

So the strategic plan, the document that would give the world some information on what the administration is doing to enact Biden’s order, remains a secret. But that’s not all. The Justice Department is withholding lots of other information, as well.

One troubling clue did make it past Justice Department censors. On July 12, 2021, the Justice Department held a “listening session” with outside activists working on voting rights. The group included dozens of people, all of them from left-leaning groups. There were 10 from the American Civil Liberties Union, five from the Campaign Legal Center, three from Demos, three from the Southern Poverty Law Center, five from the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, two from Black Lives Matter, and many others. The list would not reassure anyone hoping that the Justice Department is working in a scrupulously nonpartisan way. But of course, we don’t really know what the department is doing because the administration is keeping it a secret [emphasis omitted].

While the DOJ hides information about how the federal government is intervening in the upcoming election, guaranteeing that the results will be held in suspicion, Biden, his party, and their allies in the media are claiming that the midterm election is about defending “democracy” from its opponents, and liken those who doubt election results to traitors and terrorists.

Face it
If the LSD's / Deep Swamp loose dictatorial control and their constitutional crimes are brought out to the public and a real non-political Justice System is used. Then many will be stripped of their status, wealth, go to jail and some will have to face TREASON/Subversion charges, and possibly execution.

What will result is a 1 party system for the next 3 or 4 elections, which also worries me.

#11  For 2 years I drove a taxi for CSX. When I left the proposition from CSX was to remove the conductor from the train and only have the engineer on board. It would save CSX money but having only 1 person on a moving train is not a good idea. CSX would also change the schecules without any notice. I was once tasked with picking up a crew and taking them to Spartanburg. When I got to the pickup point I drove to the interstate and turned toward Spartanburg. They told me to hold up as they were supposed to go to Kingsport and be off for the weekend. I showed them my orders so we stopped while they called. We went to Spartanburg. They had to call their wives and explain they would not be home and to cancel their weekend plans. I also had to pick up a crew at1:00 AM to take them to a motel. When The train got to the pickup point they got in the taxi but before we could leave I got a call on the radio to hold up. The plan was changed. I had to take them to Russell, Kentucky, a 4 hour drive. I wasn't prepared for that and neither were they. They wouldn't put me in a motel so I had to drive 4 hours back. By the time I got home I had been on the road for 12 hours and I was allowed only 8 hours before I had to be back on duty.

#15  Don't you guys be pickin' on my choo-choos.

Here's what I discovered, from a quality-based short report -

I suppose many of you never heard of Lac Megantic, Quebec, Canada. But maybe you remember the explosion of a train full of North Dakota Bakken crude oil In Lac Megantic on July 6, 2013 which killed 47 people in a town of 5,000. The explosion, and resulting fire, severely damaged the center of the town.

The train was parked on a descending grade about seven miles away from Lac Megantic, and the engineer applied hand brakes on all five locomotives, plus two other cars. He then shut down four of the locomotives to save fuel, and left the first locomotive idling. He then left the train unattended, until a relief crew arrived. Which would have been OK, and may even have been done before. But he didn’t quite follow the rule regarding the number of handbrakes to be applied. Unfortunately, due to some makeshift maintenance several months earlier, a fire broke out in the locomotive, and the fire department put out the fire and shut off the locomotive. So the air compressor supplying the air-brake pressure was shut off, too. When the air brakes leaked off, the train began rolling downhill toward Lac-Megantic, picking up speed, until it derailed near the center of town at 65 miles per hour. Several tank cars ruptured and the Bakken crude was surprisingly explosive.

The locomotive engineer went to jail.

On September 11, Kamala Harris Likens Trump Supporters to the 9/11 Terrorists
Let’s swamp her with massive Republican wins across the country, as a valuable life lesson.

Old Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S., father of Hunter, close friend of an imaginary negro named Corn Pop. He blames Trump for losing Afghanistan....
said it during his ominous black-and-red speech on September 1: "Donald Trump
...Oh, noze! Not him!...
and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic." On Sunday, the twenty-first anniversary of the September 11, 2001, jihad terror attacks that killed nearly three thousand people, Chuck Todd on Meet the Press did his best to emphasize the alleged threat that Trump supporters pose to "our democracy," by which Leftists always mean their own hegemony over the political process. Todd asked Vice President Kámala Harris
Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, then a senatrix from California, and then a former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful. She dropped out because she was polling in negative numbers because of racism or misogyny or something like that. Her father is a Marxist professor emeritus at Stanford and her mother is an Indian of the Hindoo tribe. She is reputedly the proud descendant of a long line of women. Joe Biden picked her for her skin tone, feeling she could also bring in the Native American, women's, and bimbo votes. She's an outstanding exemplar of the Peter Principle, proudly displaying her level of competence in her handling of the Biden Border Surge
: "Look, we’re at the twenty-first, um, marking, if you will, of the September 11th attacks. This was a foreign terrorist attacking our democracy, attacking this country. We’re now as a nation battling a threat from within. Is the threat equal or greater than what we faced after 9/11?"

Harris could have seized the opportunity to remind Todd and the nation that political dissent was not terrorism; instead, she took Todd’s comparison seriously, although she declined to take Todd’s bait and rank the alleged domestic terror threat higher than the jihad threat. "That’s an interesting question," Harris parried. "Um, I have held many elected offices, as district attorney, attorney general, senator, now vice president, and there’s an oath that we always take, which is to defend and uphold our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. We don’t compare the two in the oath, but we know they both can exist, and we must defend against it." She was on board with Todd’s premise that the nation faced domestic enemies as formidable as the 9/11 terrorists, if not more so. Biden’s speech ten days before made it clear who those domestic enemies were.

One Twitter user responded with a succinct summation of what’s wrong with what Harris said: "Apparently I am now worse than an Islamic terrorist for just wanting my government to adhere to the Constitution and leave me alone." Another quipped, "’Threat from within?’ as he literally stares part of the problem in the face."

Harris’ assumptions were not singular. Far-Left comedian Kathy Griffin, whose idea of comedy in 2017 was to distribute a photo of herself holding an effigy of Trump’s bloody severed head, tweeted on September 6, "If you don’t want a Civil War, vote for Democrats in November. If you do want Civil War, vote Republican." When she was called out for this, Griffin resorted to the familiar tactic of projection: "You guys. The maga blue checks are at it again. Because they are constantly threatening Civil War, they are now trying to suggest that I am the one who is threatening a Civil War. Because you know, that’s my thing." She had just threatened civil war two hours before this, but never mind.

'We can cure cancers once and for all': Joe Biden launches 'supercharged Cancer Moonshot' with JFK's daughter on 60th anniversary of 'Moonshot' speech and vows to 'speed breakthroughs' and slash deaths by HALF within 25 years

How about low orbit, first?

#6  I think this is his third time declaring this so far this year. He was also supposedly doing this during the Obama administration's first two terms. It's his blanket that he wraps himself in whenever his incompetence gets too obvious.

#9  Joe seems to be channeling an old West Wing episode where Pres. Bartlett needed to distract from his conning of the public and latched on the idea of curing cancer in 10 years just like JFK did for the space program

#10  If we cure all cancer that would add about 6 months to the average life expectancy. That's a good thing, but probably not the best bang for buck.

#18  Well "War On Terror" was getting really long-in-the-tooth so they needed a new 'War On...' to follow the "War on Poverty", "War on Drugs", "War on Terror" cycles. I guess "War on Cancer" is up next. And like the others it will only make the problem worse while making certain elites even more filthy rich.
