[FoxNews] The Biden administration is launching an effort to send court documents to tens of thousands of immigrants who crossed the border illegally and who were released into the United States as authorities struggled to cope with the enormous influx of migrants hitting the border each month.
Each one sealed with a kiss? How do they know where to send the things?
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson confirmed to Fox News that ICE is sending charging documents to migrants who were either paroled or released under prosecutorial discretion by Customs and Border Protection (CBP.)
The move was first reported by CBS News, which reported that approximately 78,000 migrants will be sent notices to appear in court.
Migrants who are released into the interior are typically given an NTA, which directs them to show up at an immigration court to begin their proceedings at a specific date. However, the timely process was abandoned in many cases as Border Patrol faced record high migrant encounters.
As a result, they began processing migrants into the interior with Notices to Report, which tell migrants to check in with a local ICE facility within 60 days, and does not formally enroll them in immigration proceedings.
The Associated Press reported that as of Sept. 10,, CBP had released 107,817 without formal notices to appear in court. Of those, 29,863, or 28%, did not report to ICE in the time period.
Additionally, the administration has been using parole powers to release more than 30,000 migrants into the U.S. Federal law says parole authority is to be used on a case-by-case basis for "urgent humanitarian purposes" and "significant public benefit." Typically only a handful of parole cases are granted by officials, but the Biden administration has been using it more broadly.
The documents being sent to those in question will direct them to their local ICE field office and have their case reviewed, as well as have their fingerprints and photographs taken. They will also be given a court date to comply with, and if they do not it could open them up to deportation.
"Action will be taken against those that do not appear consistent with the law and Department priorities. By mailing out these charging documents, ICE is initiating removal proceedings in a timely way," the spokesperson said.
ICE has communicated to released migrants via mail for decades, and says that it will issue other charging documents in person as appropriate.
The push to get legal documents into the hands of those who have quickly been released into the U.S. comes at the same time as the Biden administration has been dramatically reducing the ability of ICE to arrest and deport many of those in the country illegally.
In September, the administration formalized February guidance that limits agents to targeting three categories of illegal immigrant -- recent border crossers, national security threats and aggravated felons., Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has ended worksite enforcement raids, and last month issued a list of "protected areas" where agents are not allowed to conduct enforcement operations -- including schools, medical facilities, recreation centers, rallies and COVID-19 vaccination areas.
[WShingtonExaminer] Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Gov. Gavin can't be Bee'dNewsom ...the Mitt Romneyesque mayor of San Francisco as it transformed itself into Poopville, currently governor of California as it transforms itself into Cinderland... resurfaced Tuesday after two weeks out of the public eye, saying he skipped the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Scotland to go trick-or-treating with his family — and work on pressing state issues.
The last time Newsom communicated with the public was Oct. 27, when he flexed his muscles after receiving a COVID vaccine booster shot. His absence led to speculation by some he possibly suffered an adverse reaction to the vaccine.
But he reemerged Tuesday to talk about the phenomenal economic recovery of California following a year of lockdowns and subsequent exodus so massive the state lost a House seat.
"I’ve been on this damn treadmill ... crisis to crisis. Wildfires, COVID, the recall," Newsom said. "I signed up to go to Europe, I was ready to go, and I had this dinner, and the kids had an intervention. They couldn’t believe I was going to miss Halloween."
Newsom said Halloween is more significant for his children than Christmas, and he woke up the next morning "with a knot in my stomach." That’s when he canceled the trip and went trick-or-treating dressed up as a pirate instead. He also took his children to his office for a week at the Capitol.
"We would all do well taking some time away from social media," Newsom said.
Newsom closed his talk on a personal note, addressing the booster shot many speculated had felled the Golden State’s controversial governor.
"Get that booster shot. It’s safe, it will save your life," he said. "Literally, the flu shot is what I’m a little sore [from in my arm], not the booster shot."

Save your life? If you're over 65, maybe. Three- fourths of COVID deaths are over 65; the same as a year ago.
Take away the old folks deaths (I'm 72) and you have an average flu year for those under 65.

He was at heiress Ivy Getty's wedding. Got to keep the lines of communication with those mega-donors open, what with a 2024 prexidential bid coming and all. Much more important than the impending end of the world gerbil worming scam.

I'm totally sure he put trick-or-treating with his spawn above preening at the Glasgow hypocrite festival. Or...the Getty's $$

The kids had an "intervention"? For Halloween or for something else?

Liar. He had side effects from the vaccine. Probably Bell's Palsy, which paralyzes half of the face and is highly visible. Of course, he couldn't let anyone see that because vaccine side effects mustn't be admitted as otherwise they'd look like liars.

Newsom's been trick-or-treating since he got elected, so how could you tell?

Probably Bell's Palsy, which paralyzes half of the face and is highly visible.
My father got Bell’s palsy at age 42 by driving in his convertible with the windows open much too early in a Buffalo, NY spring — no vaccine necessary. For the rest of his life (he died a week after his 90th birthday) one side of his face sagged visibly.

That's a lot of bullshit to stack into a paragraph.
Besides, I thought all those activities were Murder Death Kill Super Spreader Activities, or is that only for those who net six figures or less?

Well, he's cropped up without Bell's Palsy from a vaccine, but he skipped the "save the world" meeting to go Halloweening with his kids that the hard-core Gaia worshippers would tell him he should never have had because they are a threat to the planet.

Clumsy handling? You mean how Dementia Joe spilled the beans to Macron in a blabbermouth stream of consciousness, even though it had not been properly announced yet? Ol' Child Sniffer just casually mentioned it in passing, as if Macron already knew.
These things happen when you're going senile, like Biden is.

Confession: My French class in high school was a long time ago, 57 years now. I clearly remember my French teacher weeping after she reviewed my French SAT achievement test results in 1966. I was somewhere in the 500's (after four desultory years of French). Math and English were respectable, 760 and 800 (1560 as scored today). After ten years in the Army, they were good enough to get me into Harvard Class of 1981 (it was different back then, academic opportunity abounded, fantastic approachable professors (a few assholes admittedly) non-intrusive staff). Now, my kids won't go there unless it is free plus a stipend. One got his post-doc there, via Marvin Minsky (yeah, I know, but things are very flexible post-doc wise). The girls refused to stoop to that level.

I'm pretty sure 'Kamala Harris' and 'charm offensive' shouldn't be used in the same sentence.
Paraphrasing his joke about President Felix Faure, who died in office in 1899 while receiving a Clinton from his mistress -- here the subject & object are reversed for Madame Skanque La Pompeuse:
"Elle voulait être César, elle ne fait que Pompée”
* “Faure died suddenly from apoplexy in the Élysée Palace on 16 February 1899, while engaged in sexual activities in his office with 30-year-old Marguerite Steinheil. It has been widely reported that Felix Faure had his fatal seizure while Steinheil was fellating him, but the exact nature of their sexual intercourse is unknown and such reports may have stemmed from various jeux de mots made up afterward by his political opponents.
“One such pun was to nickname Mme Steinheil “la pompe funèbre” (wordplay in French: “pompes funèbres” means “death care business” and “pompe funèbre” could be translated, literally, as “funeral pump“).
George Clemenceau’s epitaph of Faure, in the same trend, was “Il voulait être César, il ne fut que Pompée” (another wordplay in French; could mean both “he wished to be Caesar, but ended up as Pompey”, or “he wished to be Caesar and ended up being blown“: the verb “pomper” in French is also slang for performing oral sex on a man).
Clemenceau, who was also editor of the newspaper L’Aurore, wrote that “upon entering the void, he [Faure] must have felt at home.”
“In 1898 (and for the first few years of the following century) the French automobile industry was the largest in the world. President Faure was not impressed. Invited to address industry leaders at what, in restrospect [sic], is recorded as the first Paris Motor Show, Faure told his audience, “Your cars are very ugly and they smell very bad” (“Vos voitures sont bien laides et sentent bien mauvais!”)”
[YouTube] Follow up to the FBI raids on Project Veritas reporters after PV turned Ashley Biden’s misplaced diary in to the authorities.
James O’Keefe: “I woke up to a pre-dawn raid -- banging on my door. I went to the door to answer the door and there were 10 FBI agents with a battering ram, white blinding lights. They turned me around, handcuffed me and threw me against the hallway. I was partially clothed in front of my neighbors. They confiscated my phone. They raided my apartment…So, I've heard the phrase, ‘The process is the punishment.’ I didn't really understand what that meant until this weekend. And Sean, I wouldn't wish this on any journalist.”
James O’Keefe: “These are about certain principles that are so fundamental. Our First Amendment in this country. I'm calling upon all journalists to take a stand against this. A source comes to us with information. I don't even decide to publish it. If they can do this to me, if they can do this to this journalist and raid my home and take my reporter notes, they'll do it to any journalist. This is about something very fundamental in this country. I don't know what direction this country is going in, but journalists everywhere have to rise up because we broke no laws here. They could do it to me. They'll do it to anybody.”

Biden berates the media, refuses to speak to them without yelling at them. Deepstate are willing Marxists because they are paid well to be Marxists courtesy of Obama. And we haven't even touched on General Milley's new Marxist military.

Ditto #4 and #5. Self serving community prima donnas. Their heavy-handed behavior and continued screw ups have become legendary. Never liked them. Don't trust them.

Inquiring minds want to know what is in that diary.
Biden sniffs little girls' hair.
Biden parades around his residence buck naked -- in front of his female Secret Service detail.
Biden's son kicks back to him a big chunk of the bribes and payola he receives from promising access to his dad.
Biden's son is a world-class scumbag pervert crackhead and walking national security risk.
So what exactly is in this Biden family diary that our "American Stasi" (h/t #5 above) are so desperate to suppress?
Is it true that Biden the Perv showered with his daughter up to and until she was twelve years old?

Was this message from The Big Guy recorded in the little girl's diary?
Tiptoe, thru the window, by the window
That is where I'll be
Come tiptoe thru the tulips with me
Oh tiptoe, from the garden
By the shadow, of the willow tree
And tiptoe, thru the tulips, with me.
Knee deep, in flowers we'll stray
We'll keep the showers away
If I kiss you, in the garden, in the moonlight
Will you pardon me
And tiptoe, thru the tulips with me

Lots of parents have their legitimate custodial rights screwed with by the authorities over imaginary child endangerment allegations. Here's there's plenty of smoke, probably fire, byt "nothing to see here," other than if they can rake PV and O'Keefe over the coals for having seen but not published it.

So .. when will the FBI start rounding up the massive number of journalists who had access to excerpts from Ann Franks diary???

Guy is an absolute creep around women, and around kids, and especially girl kids.
Got handsy with Hillary! FFS.
Still, it is a very strange item for an adult to have, which a thief would have to know what it is and is it worth it considering there may not be anything worth exposing which, considering recent behavior, a fake truthy diary was created by the FBI to try and sell to PV, in order to trap PV.

What I would enjoy seeing is Rittenhouse's attorneys filing a Judaical Complaint to Criminally charge the DA for Politically based Malicious Prosecution.
Sec. 484.87 MN Statutes
Because the state law a Prosecutor who bring criminal cases without adequate justification can be sued and even disbarred.

The veiled threats from BLM and Antifa regarding Judge, Jury, and Rittenhouse still have to play out. That might be the actual point of this sh#tshow.
#6
Don't believe for one minute that Kyle Rittenhouse is getting off this easily. The case against Derek Chauvin was every bit as weak and the jury convicted him anyway.

[Twitchy] - Vice President Kamala Harris’ approval rating is around 28 percent according to a recent USA Today poll, and as a result, the White House has been working to make the VP a little more relatable and likable. The rehab effort has caused Harris to sway too far in the other direction, and the French version of "likable Harris" is something else:

The classic PR flack deflection strategy. See my counterpart at Justice since this is a bad look for us. Everybody in the press just nods and moves on. The DoJ works for the President and can surely provide answers for a pressing national story to the WH press office. Pure BS technique for not wanting to talk about getting caught doing something totally angering with our money and laws.
